Very Bad Experience”
When I first arrived at hotel and showed my online booking , counter staff refused the booking and after some heated conversation he gave me other room ( totally opposite of what I booked) and as soon as I get in the room lights went off completely and I went to reception to change the room and he asked me to wait for his call in room for change of room. I never got any call from reception , next day I went to reception and explained whole scenario to other reception staff first they refused to change room but after some consultation and my threat of contacting booking agency worked out and they change the room. In short my life worse experience with Agoda regarding this hotel. Let see what I hear from you now. Regards Idrees

Unsanitary and a lie ”
This is not a 5stars. I visited this place for a week as it was the selected hotel for an event in Monastir where all guests booked here. The reception place, and decor is nice as well as the cocktail staff. However the reception is pleasant for the first 2 minutes, then quite brief and rude. I asked for an early check-in, they said nothing and just sat me there. I explained that I needed to work so if it wasn't possible to check in, at least indicate me an area where I could Skype. They replied rudely saying that anywhere was ol. I had to asked for the WiFi and find a place with a plug around the bar. Then I got my room early around 10am. I arrive during the global health crisis where a high level of hygiene is expected and even more in a 5stars. The only think that was made in my room was the sheets, but I found hair in it.. Also, the pillows are the one you have a countryside family home (flat and full of harden cotton balls inside). Frankly, I have much better pillows in a warehouse squat. Also nothing was clean (please check the pictures I posted). The toilets were dirty, the shower haven't been thoroughly cleans in months (you see the black greasy human remain along the bathtub sides), the floor had sand, feet marks and dirt, all door handles and switches haven't been cleaned in months either (greasy fingers marks all over) which was in the same state than the elevator door, which doesn't really has its doors closed. All the surfaces, counter tops, desks, night stands, etc were dirty, and there were food stains onto the bed cover and the couch. The windows do not close properly, the AC is non existent.. You need to activate the heat during the day that is functioning as an AC. However after 5pm, its heating up the whole place. No slippers, no laundry bags with the prices (which was apparently not normal) and no key to the safe as you need to request it from the reception... Beau en apparence ”
La Vmc de la sdb était bruyante et n asspirait rien. On a vendu une vue sur le jardin , on voyant une décharge de matériel. Les rideaux de la chambre étaient déchirés. Le self et de piètre qualité.

Sans doute le meilleur établissement dans le Sahel. Je viens et je reviendrai dans cette hôtel car j'y suis accueilli comme chez moi c'est propre et bien ordonné enfin des vacances au repos et au calme dans un cadre idyllique

Formidable et accessible ”
A 10 min à pieds de l'aéroport, cadre exceptionnel. Personnel attentifs. Il n'y a pas d'hôtel comparable au Royal Thalassa avec un tarif défiant toute concurrence. A 1:30 de Lyon... je préfère aller à monastir qu'à aix les bains : c'est moins cher et bien plus prestigieux. Je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi cet établissement n'a pas plus de notoriété compte tenu du cadre... tant pis pour les autres tant mieux pour moi !

Sehr abgewohnt, Fenster liess sich nicht schließen, Badezimmerfenster war kaputt, Einrichtung sehr abgewohnt, nur 1Steckdose, Frühstücks Buffet lieblos, keine Auswahl und nicht zu genießen! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

trascuratezza e sporcizia”
struttura con fasti di 10 anni senza più alcuna manutenzione e molto trascurata , il personale trovato a poco prezzo e incapace del suo lavoro dal ricevimento alle pulizie delle camere , che sono molto sporche . Alla proprietà interessa solo fare cassa dall'ingresso in piscina alla spiaggia facendo entrare tutti a pagamento e mettendo il sabato e la domenica migliaia di persone che non sono residenti in albergo , creando un caos infernale e senza ritegno , una invasione completa della struttura .

Um hotel bem equipado e localizado, confortável e com bom ambiente, prejudicado - durante a minha estadia - por falta de clientes, o que terá possivelmente conduzido a uma insuficiente variedade de escolhas ao pequeno almoço (não encontrei iogurtes - num hotel de 5*!) e à prática impossibilidade de comer um almoço rápido. A falta de hóspedes não será certamente culpa do hotel, até porque o preço que paguei através do agoda.com me pareceu muito razoável.
