It is located at outside of cox's bazar city but very much secured and beautiful with wonderful decorations, specially at night it glows it's glorious lighting.Food are very testy and quality are best. All staffs are very cooperative and we'll manured.So it is lucrative for family personal to spend valuable time.

Ver good facility to stay with family at a calm location and enjoy privately. Though it is far from main city, their shuttle service makes is very easy. For a family with 2-3 children, Executive suite is the best choice rather than studio room. I recommend it from safety point of view and other facilities as well.

Everything was perfect expect the fact when they said it was a sea view room it wasn’t a sea view room when I tired to get my room changed they tired to charge me upgrade free which was not Acceptable I had to talk and the management to get my room changed.

My stay at Royal Tulip was just amazing. I went with my family including my parents and young niece. This is a perfect place to stay with kids. They have a kids play zone, multiple swimming pools- for kids, a separate one for ladies and an infinity pool. We especially enjoyed the water park (entrance fee=440tk/person). The only issue was the extra bed, it was basically a sofa bed expanded into a full bed. The sofa was kind of uncomfortable and I expected an actual single bed. Other than this there was no issues and all their facilities was just great.

We are really happy and pleased to Royal tulip. We enjoyed and made fun a lot of. Specially the Beach area was fantastic and highly secured. But the restaurant services should be continued 7 O'clock at morning till 12 o'clock at night. thank you

Great location with excellent contemporary facilities. But the front desk staff are poorly skilled and unfriendly. They overcharged me $40 and called me to come back from the Airport in order to get the cash refund…lol. Surprisingly a five star hotel as such could not issue a refund to my credit card. Unless you are a government official don’t expect friendly services from the hotel staff. Not that they care, but I’m looking for a different hotel for my next visit to Cox’s Bazaar! (This was my 6th trip in six years)

NICE HOTEL WITH NICE AMENTIES IN ITS SURROUNDINGS TO KEEP YOU AND YOUR KIDS OCCUPIED WITH. ***NOTE IF YOU ARE PLANNING YOUR STAY IN COX BAZAAR BE NOTED THIS PLACE IS 20-21 KMS AWAY FROM COX BAZAAR BUT WORTH IT. JUST ONE COMPLAINT FOOD INROOM SERVICING MENU IS NOT ADVISABLE ANY THING FRIED YOU WILL NOT LIKE IT AS THE OIL LITERALLY OVERFLOWS AS COMPARED TO A KFC CHICKEN :) TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I MEANT BETTER ORDER FISH N CHIPS:) :). BUFFET IS GOOD. BUT THEY DO CHARGE HALF CHARGE FOR KIDS OVER OR AT 8 YRS OLD AND IS NOT COMPLIMENTARY FOR THEM I THINK AGODA NEEDS TO HIGHLIGHT THIS IN THEIR BOOKING PLATFORM.

From the outside it's a very nice hotel with an extremely good location, away from the crowds. However, it does not look like it is well maintained or is managed well (the airport shuttle works on a first come first serve basis so we had to hire a car). The staff are largely incompetent and do not know how to handle customer queries. For example we booked a king studio with a sea view but we're given a room with a view of their water park. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the amount that we paid but the location is amazing.

Sinior duty manager was very sincere and enthusiastic. He listened to our issues and dealt with them effectively. Without his intervention it would have been bit uncomfortable. Front desk people are not very efficient. Avoid dealing with people concern.
