Enjoyable for entire family ”
We are a family of five. I love that there is a kids club. Sadly we only used it for one day but it gave the kids a chance to do more things than just the pool. The kids literally cried when they were picked up because they did not want to leave. For the adults the entertainment was nice by the main pool and interactive. Staffing was polite at all time throughout the resort. I would’ve gave five stars however, our mini fridge was not stocked until the last night of our trip and there was not enough towels in the room for four people everyday (our smallest child is a infant and we traveled with his own). We called and requested these accommodations on our arrival day and they were not met until the last night. We just figured staff was over busy during the weekend dates. Other than that it was a wonderful time, the food was delicious and we would go back again.

Excellent Resort and Customer Service ”
My hubby and I had the most fabulous time at Royalton Negril. The staff was amazing 😉 . The room was very clean and welcoming (we did a swim out on the first floor) no issues with bugs or anything of the sort. Nightly Entertainment was always a joy, silent party on Friday was very fun, old school party on Saturday we enjoyed and the all white on Sunday was ok. We enjoyed this resort soooo much, we had 1 major issue with the food. The food at Nibbles was TRASH.... (jerk chicken, jerk pork sweet corn, soup 🤢) the buffet very bland few items were a hit or miss. Thank goodness for the A la Carte restaurants. Hunter Steakhouse and Calypso restaurant saved our trip food wise but other from that the resort itself gets 10/10 food 3/10. Big ups to Tashalee at guest services the information she provided was excellent. Fitzroy our bellman who assisted us to our room, Tamara our waitress at Hunter Steakhouse was SUPERB. Her customer service was impeccable she was very attentive, made great suggestions and very professional we had to big her up because she stood out the most throughout our stay keep it up girl 👏 with that attitude you are destined for greatness. Kemesha at checkout was warm and professional as well. For those interested in water sports lots of activities are there to do. I chickened out but hopefully you’ll be braver than I was 😆

ANOTHER AMAZING STAY.. ”
We are Returning Guest who has stayed at Royalton Negril 4 times in the past 6 months. And as all vacations you have a few hiccups along the way. I appreciate the way Management addressed any issues we had and corrected them right away. We are thankful for that and to the kind and Professional STAFF. AMAZING STAY AS ALWAYS”
This was our 4th visit to Royalton Negril in the pass 8 months and everytime we love it. How the staff remembers us every time. and the Great professional service we receive. Thats why Royalton Negril is our Home Away From Home. The only thing i would like to see is new Menu options as far as Poolside Lunch Trunks Room Service and Restaurant Dining. Everytime we go there its been the same Food Menu.

Value for money”
I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and had an excellent view of the sea. The food was not to my liking but the sports bar had excellent finger foods, burgers etc. I also loved the coffee/pastry area.

AMAZING ANNIVERSARY STAY ”
A few months prior we booked a reservation with a different all inclusive resort to celebrate our Anniversary and it was horrible. So we decided to do a do over celebration and book with Royalton Resort and Spa. And it was definitely the best decision. We really enjoyed everything and was sooo pleased with all the staff professionalism except the front desk receptionist but the front desk managers made up for there disgusting and unprofessional attitudes.

Do not use Agoda ”
Agoda took my money and didn’t pay the hotel We ended up in Jamaica with no hotel We were forced to pay the hotel directly and are currently trying to claim back our money from Agoda while on holiday Amazing destination totally ruined by Agoda No not trust them do not use them We are told by the hotel they do this to many customers Avoid avoid avoid

Good food, Great staff”
The food is all round ok, with a few exceptions. We made a reservation for Zen, the japanese/sushi restaurant and although it was a great display and the chef was nice, we would've liked to have a menu and just sushi as an option. The steakhouse is a great option and the buffet has plenty of options. The staff is exceptional, polite and helpful.

Anniversary”
The front desk ladies needs a little more customer service they weren't very friendly, I hated the fact that the hotel required a 100 deposit after you paid the hotel rate, That was upsetting. The other staff was welcoming and warm. The facility was amazing the room was to die for. I was very relaxed and comfortable I wish I could stay longer. I am going back.

Honeymoon ”
So we had originally booked for the Hideaway and upon check in we were advised that majority of the Hideaway was closed due to Covid-19. Our room was a swim up room and was located by the childrens pool. I think had Covid had not of been here this would have been a problem for us as we didn't want to be around any children! Luckily the resort itself was probably only 20% occupied meaning it was literally empty! The first room allocated had a bad smell (sewage like) so we called room service who quickly came ans refreshed the room with some air freshener. As we arrived in the evening we were hungry so went to the buffet to eat. We were hoping that when we returned the smell would be gone but it wasn't. We were moved to another room but unfortunately the smell was still present but not as strong. I think this is a common problem amongst the swim up rooms. Out housekeeper was AMAZING, she was very attentive and as she knew it was our honeymoon, she went out I'd her way to accommodate us. Due to covid the buffet was only open 3 days a week so you had to make reservations at the a la carte restaurant. Usually this is difficult when a resort is full but as it wasn't, booking a table at a time which suited us was easy! We would deffo recommend the Culinary Experience especially if you wasn't some quiet time with a loved one. Again the head chef made us feel welcome and added little extras to make us feel special. Overall, we would recommend staying however we wouldn't book hideaway as you are charged for it but don't get to use the entire facilities during covid.
