Excellent Vacation Spot ”
We spent 7 days, Jan 7-14, and it was wonderful. Weather was unpredictable, short down pours most days and it was windy. The staff made up for it. They were pleasant and courteous. Most importantly, the morale was high and they appeared to be happy with their jobs. There are a lot of people working throughout and service was quick. Any question or concerns I had were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall, excellent service

Hotel adhere to the covid 19 protocols, staff was friendly and the food was significantly better than what we anticipated. The water at the beach was kinda rough but manageable. We would definitely go back.

Everything is perfect except the rooms, they are dated and urgently in need of a face lift-the photos you see does not accurately represents the actual product. On the other hand, the food is great, drinks unlimited and the staff gives great customer service.

After a long and pensive check in , behold!! I was pleasantly surprised at the luxurious bedroom suite, open jacuzzi, double Lavatory, state of the art shower closet, grand balcony overlooking the blue waters of the Panasonic pool amidst the ocean. Dinner at the Steakhouse was excellent!! However, dessert needed an upgrade. Ice cream hut and coffee station was devine. Hope to see more canned drinks in the in-house fridge. Staff, except the receptionist that checked us in was accommodating. We had issues with the booking and waited for 3.3hours without being offered water,by then my kids were dehydrated, disgusting !!! More training in customer service is definitely required!!

I tried my best to make the most of my stay but I was hit in the face by a flying umbrella and someone else was hit in the head. Thats wasn't properly mounted down. I am still waiting to here from the manager. I was told there is no corporate number tospeak to anyone. Though the staff checked on me daily the manager never called or showed up. Not even to heck on us.

Beautiful hotel with lovely pools. Property was very clean, but more could've been done re covid prevention. Rooms are top tier. Food not bad. Overall the hotel is very overrated! Covid restriction affected much. The customer service from the staff was extremely poor (with an exception to samantha, Howard the bell men and a few others)

It's an ok place with kids ”
Convenient the beach and pool it's an older hotel they free upgrade but not really they don't have availability but you can purchase it online a diff room more money - they advertise free upgrade it's a catch they never have availability .. I will not recommend for adults -- front desk is a joke ... The always answer we don't have .. no mash .. no upgrades they don't have fasle advertising ... The hotel is old the sink don't work the safe don't work they take 24 hours to fix .. the employees .. bartender in the lobby don't smile .. horrible .. try to tip her she said it's ok she refused the tip... They need training in always smile the guest comes first how can I help you but not all the employees are like this .. Kamal makes our stay awesome .. he is a happy Butler ..

Very disappointed. Toilet cover broken, and placed over the seat. Bathroom door hinge’s need to be oiled, made terrible noice every time it was opened or closed. Sea eggs (urchins) in the sea. Need to be removed. Family member got stuck in the foot. Nurse wanted to charge US$35.00 to attend guest.

Royalton white sands rooms look nothing like the pictures online or in the lobby. The rooms are small and my room had small bugs near the bed, and every time I took a shower, the bathroom and hallway would flood. I told the front desk about this issue and I was moved to a better looking room, however this room still would flood causing my guest to fall. Overall, the food is good and the staff are friendly, the accommodations were the worst part.

Not worth the money ”
This hotel is in need of much work. The rooms are run down and need updating. I traveled there for a wedding and there were other guests that were disappointed with the accommodations of the hotel. Our shower leaked every time we used it. Had to keep multiple towels in the bedroom to make sure we were able to clean it up. Other friends that I traveled with were having the same issues. The food was never hot. Always cold…even at the buffet. Room service takes hours to get and the menu is extremely limited. The most decent meal we had was the steakhouse next door and that wasn’t too great either. The staff was friendly and the drinks were great if you don’t order the frozen style. Frozen style drinks are syrupy sweet and no alcohol whatsoever. Nothing much to do on the property except swim and the beach. The water slides for the kids weren’t working. I say book elsewhere…this is not it. Huge disappointment.
