Хостел расположен очень удобно - в 5 минутах ходьбы от жд вокзала. До центра тоже недалеко - минут 20. Хостел придерживается концепции минимализма в интерьере. Никаких приятных мелочей вы в номере не обнаружите. Но в целом, если не искать какой то "частички души" в помещении, то все необходимое есть. Но ничего лишнего!

Loved the fact that I got exactly what was in all the pictures. Everything is very clean. I was not aware I have to pay for linen and towels, even through I found them there on 2 beds after paying. Really loved the fact that I could use the language room even on my checkout day, I was even allowed to use coffee area while waiting for train in evening, very friendly staff.

I reckon this hostel is excellent great facilities, helpful staff, spacious immaculately clean rooms. Good value for money. Try it you won’t regret it !

It's good. But not best a&o out there”
On my entry, the reception guy started the conversation with "what do you want". After I asked him "what do I want?? Is that how you talk to your guests?" He just continued to be rude and unhelpful. Maybe he had a bad day - but for me it ruined the beginning it this lovely city. And when another guest, someone I met there, commented a joke, he was kicked out of the hostel. Double standards ain't it?

Simple accommodation in good location”
This is a very basic ho(s)tel, it has laundry facilities and a kitchen. Don't expect much fancy, but if you look for a roof over your head to sleep at in a good location, this is a good choice.

the bare minimum”
as the title says, dont expect anything. this place provides the bare minimum, although for a very good price. however if you are unlucky, you will get some spanish students as neighbours who will party until 3am and shout on the corridor. there is absolutely no noise insulation at all. a&o was worth a try once but i would highly recommend a better place to stay if you want a good night's rest.

You have to pay for bed sheets. Two beds were moved together to one bed so I had to share the bed with a stranger. Nice bathroom. Missing power points for bunk beds

Limited facilities due to renovation”
The stay is not that satisfactory due to the renovation which is expected to be finished in Oct. Staff is nice. The room is clean. Just no fan, no kitchen, no fridge.

It is far from the must see place though it is near the train station. You have to pay for the bed linens separately. It is not actually a hostel. No luggage storage.

7 min walk from the main station (HBF) The receptionists were nice. Though I lost my key card, they gave me new one for free. The 6-bed dorm was spacious and clean. The only drawback was that, because the some of the windows couldn't be perfectly sealed, it made a humming sound when the wind blows. The sould would be loud if you sleep next to the window. I solved this problem by leaving the window open slightly. The price was the cold air pouring in.

Good location near graz hbf, staff are very friendly, wifi is decent, rooms are spacious and clean. The cons: if room facing street, it is constant noise whole night. Need to purchase bedsheet rent...
