Самый главный минус - это отсутствие отопления, как центрального, так и в системе кондиционирования номеров. Уже в конце ноября, в ночное время, в номере ужасно холодно! Пришлось за свои деньги покупать обогреватели.

Достоинства всё очень хорошо чисто прилично интернет бесплатная парковка supermarket лулу рядом куча ресторанов любых Недостатки От метро далеко Воняет сигаретами в номере из вентиляции и в коридоре Слишком мягкие матрасы и подушки Непонятное устройство лежаки около бассейна которые падают

Далековато от метро, но за такие деньги пойдет”
Отель находится в 1,5 км от станции метро. Мы были с маленьким ребёнком и пешком было достаточно утомительно добираться до отеля т.к. Тротуары не на главных не подготовлены к коляска. Вцелом, за свои деньги достаточно неплохо. Приехали на 1,5 часа раньше, но заселили практически сразу. Рядом с отелем 3-4 круглосуточных магазина.

В целом хорошая гостиница уровня 3-4 звезды. Хорошее месторасположение, услужливый персонал. Однако, номера нуждаются в ремонте и обновлении. Интернет работает исправно и быстро.

Разочарована гостиницей ”
Нас было две семьи, при заказе указали, что хотим номера рядом. Нас расселили на разных этажах. Шкаф в номере был полон плесени!!! Шампуни, мыло и тд доставляли только,когда попросишь. Детскую кровать предоставили только на третий день. При выборе гостиницы основывалась на отзывах на сайте. Разачаровалась очень сильно.

к великому сожалению бронирование через агоду абсолютно как оказалось не гарантирует организацию трансфера с аэропорта. при бронировании через агоду отелей в дубае и в шри ланке, ни в одном из аэропортов нас не встретил никто. поэтому не рассчитывайте на агоду в этом плане. а отель хороший, хотя в следующий бы раз отель выбрали на марина дубай

Хорошее расположение и приветливый персонал”
Удобно, что есть оборудованная кухня, напротив отеля небольшой супермаркет, так что можно есть в номере! Гостиница хорошая, номер уютный, единственное, пол во всем номере кафельный, в спальне хотелось бы хотя бы коврик! Нет трансфера до пляжа, до Джумейра паблик бич на такси дерхам 20, но на этом пляже нет лежаков, зонтов и пальм, некуда спрятаться от солнца! А так в целом, отдых удался, все было хорошо!

It was our first family trip abroad, so i don't wanted to take any chances for accommodation. Based on customer good reviews i chose Abidos Hotel but there was always sense of fear that comments may not reflect true picture. So came 1 Oct 2020 when we landed in Dubai. The moment i entered hotel, all my anxiety was over. I was checked in less than a minute. Staff was v friendly, rooms were the same as mentioned in pictures i.e. v spacious & clean. Prices were v v v reasonable. As an added advantage a grocery store and a pharmacy that remains open 24/7 helped us a lot. Moreover, because of kitchen we don't have to worry about kids off & on appetite as everything could be cooked in kitchen. We also enjoyed swimming pool on roof top. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. I will highly recommend it for Families & will definitely consider it if & when i visit Dubai again. All the staff members deserve a pat for excellent work.

Awesome hotel! ”
Booked a two room apartment, it was excellent, clean, comfortable bed, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and clothes drying rack available in apartment. Rooftops swimming pool with heated jacuzzi was awesome and free to use. Nearby a excellent all you can eat hotpot restaurant and supermarket just across the road. I totally recommend this hotel, location is great!

Fantastic stay- can’t wait to visit again!”
From the moment we arrived Jessica at front desk was so friendly and helpful. We were early and she organised for our room to be cleaned first so we could check in earlier than normal check in time. The apartment had everything we needed including washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Only a short walk from mall of the emirates so a great location with access to the metro.

it was a very long stay there, 2 weeks.....location was really good, very convenient to move around, lots of food option available, rooms are good size and clean...staffs are really good....i must mention about Mr laxman, who cleaned our apartment ...such a nice personality in that level .........really impressive and made our stay more comfortable and easier...

Perfect Stay”
I had the most perfect stay at Abidos. I was there for 8nights and the apartment is huge. So much space for one person. The staff are all super nice and housekeeping is always on point and very attentive. The pool was also amazing, you have sun all day and its relatively quiet. Its also a 5min walk from Mall of Emirates. Everything was perfect, i will definitely come back here. Thank you Abidos!

EXCELLENT CHOIX”
Everything was great.Location (near the mall emirates and metro). the flats big, very clean with 2 ensuite bathrooms. the staff friendly.the roof with the swimming pool (not heated)and the bar. We recommend it ! Laurence from France

Perfect service”
I have been in the UAE a long time and this is the best service I have had so far. Any request, such as extra blankets, more plates, or whatever, is responded to very quickly. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. We have a two bedroom apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable, with a large kitchen and three bathrooms. Most importantly, the hotel responded very well when somebody in the underground car park crashed into my car and drove away. The manager, Mr Yousef, and the security guard, Ms Ester, spent many hours viewing the CCTV footage in order to contact the person who had done it. Thanks to their efforts, the situation was resolved efficiently. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A great COVID-19-cation”
Dr. Barber enjoyed her time here. She loved her room. She loved how close it was to food, shopping, pharmacy’s, and hospitals. We could definitely send her here again. Areas for improvement, the AC in the living room. It needs to be fixed and upgraded.
