The staff is very kind. He upgraded my room without surcharge. This is the second time of this year we visited this resort . I love it's tranquil. One things, there is few of plastic wrap bag and containers scattered over the Beach. It will be perfect if they all are cleaned up.

Is recommended property for those would like to have short vacation during weekend. The room is clean and comfort. Various of selection for the outdoor activity for young children. Unfortunately, the mini water park is under maintenance during the stay period. Overall is good and enjoyed.

Good hotel to stay and relax. Breakfast was excellent prepared and presentation. ”
We loved the hotel layout and decor. Well kept and clean with ongoing construction for expansion. Breakfast was excellent prepared with nice presentation. We didn't have time to try the swimming pool but the beach which I tried is not that clean and still has oil spills beneath the sand. Overall we had a great stay because of the famous seafood and lobster restaurant at the town of sungei rengit. Will come back again. Thanks

My aunt left her phone in the room.. after check out she realizes that her phone left in the hotel room..I manage to call the hotel and told them that my aunt phone was in the room. When we return back to the hotel the staff/housekeeping keep the phone and gave to my husband. Thanks so much to the staff and so sorry forgot to see your name tag..

Love the place and the cleanliness. Improvements should be done with breakfast which was the same for 2 days and also the swimming pool should be open till a little later to accommodate people who would want to swim later in the evening.

Place was so breezy and beautiful Have those mini extreme park, swings at the beach, beach was perfectly clean. So quite and during the night time. i love to hamg out at the balcony and enjoy the sound of waves. The room was so big, for deluxe and superior where you can fit max 4 adults. Even the toilet was spacious. Have 1 rain shower and 1 shower head. No cons unfortunately hehe! Will staying there for next trip!

Excellent location! Recommended the seaview room. You can enjoy sea breeze all the times, forget you AC! Gym with seaview is so on point, love it! The food is excellent too! The beach is within walk only, easily assessable. Bike is free for ride!

Every room looks almost the same, spacious, extra day bed or sofa to accommodate extra kid. Kids enjoy the facilities especially swimming pool, games room, archery, paint ball and the beach! Breakfast is fine but idk why they don't serve egg.

It’s a quite beachside and clean hotel . The rooms got some bedbugs problem. The hoteliers needs to pay attention to this matters as it biting me and my family members that causing severe pain and itchiness on our body. Already informed the management about it and hopefully it will not occur again.

Surprisingly Good Weekend Getaway”
The room is spacious and clean, I got the seaview room and the view of the sea is so nice. The hotel have a small garden near to the beach and the best part is they provide free bicycle for guest to use. Environment is suitable for kids as they like to play in the sand near the beach and also the hotel's playground. The staffs are helpful and friendly especially the mainetance staff as they really entertain you as I ask to pump the bicycle tire. All and all I did not expect to enjoyed this much during our stay. Will come again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.
