STAFF ARE ACCOMMODATING ”
The place is neat, staff are very friendly. They have a mini tambayan on the lobby where you have have fresh Air. They also have hot shower which I love the most

Basic but good”
Very cheerful, helpful and efficient staff make this cheap hotel into a good one. The road isn't too nice, but the hotel is close to the airport and the room, although basic, was clean and tidy. Food and drink also available.

I extended my stay here coz of work. This inn is simple and low priced but it's in the Metro (a bit of walk though).

This is nearby the airport and peaceful inn. although the room is a big small the staff are very accommodating. needed to say they should provide rug to the bathroom.

a classic example of Expectation vs. Reality situation. it seemed a pretty, cozy place to stay in photos, but in actual, it wasn't. they did not give me a key for the room, so when I ask for it from the staff using the room telephone with poor reception cause I wanted to go out, he said it's fine to leave the room unlocked cause there's nothing to be lost there anyway, I said wdym there's nothing to be lost? there's a lot to be lost here. still they didn't provide me a key so I just stayed the whole time I was there. the wind from the fan isn't strong enough even in the highest setting so it was kinda hot through out the night.

Its walking distance to the attraction in mactan shrine and from newtown mactan, but disappointing in terms of cleanliness, i saw many dirt under the bed, ovbiously rushing to clean the room.

Near airport with basic facilities. No elevator but the staff will help you carry your bags to your room. They are helpful, they even help us hail taxi. overall, A decent budget hotel for those who needs to be near the airport.

My flight arrived in Cebu at 3am. Not wanting to look for a cafe or other spot that was open at that hour and tired from a long trip I elected to find a place to crash for a few hours. The staff was nice. The room was VERY small; only slightly larger than the double bed that was in the room. There was a window AC unit that was loud but effective. The telephone didn't work There was no hot water The TV had no remote. When I spoke with the front desk at checkout I was told that to have a TV remote required a deposit and that the reason the telephone didn't work was that probably someone else was using it. But hey, what can one expect for the price

Super Dirty Cr and Lack of Utililities”
iam glad but yet unsatisfied with my stay i was glad that they let us to check in even though its already late what i dnt really mad about is that no food to buy. bcoz no rice left thier comfort room are not so clean they didnt put any rag on the floor they only gave us a not so dirty towel use it as a rag. thier staff is not so accomodating.

Low quality of bed sheets, the towel and sheets Doesn't smell like it's been cleaned properly. Old aircon so it doesn't get cold, dirty wall fan, no cable, not hospitable staff. Best thing: max mins going to the airport since we have a 7am flight. It was surprisingly easy to book a grab, fast wifi at the time. Just a place to sleep even if my body hurts the next day, maybe because of the bed.

dirty... the pictures do not depict the true state of the place...They accept short time accommodation for lovers. Smells cigarette, small toilet , dirty water... Was not able to take a bath!!!
