Dog friendly hotel close to the train station”
We traveled with two medium size dogs without car. The location is perfect for us because it’s close to the train station and dog daycare. The staff are friendly to dogs and there’s a kitchen for me to prepare fresh food for my dogs.

Impressed”
Im staying there for one night , as I have a tour to Taroko National Park .. Im blessed to be there . The location not so far from the Hualien station .. Most important thing is that , the hotel is very valuable for money .. ❤❤

Art hotel decoration ”
The place is warmly. The host and hostess are very friendly. Thanks a lot for offering such wonderful experience during time we were in Hualien. If i come again I definitely live here.

Clean, quiet, cozy”
We had a very good trip to Hualien thanks to Chris and the staffs at ArchInn. The place is clean, cozy, and well-decorated. It's close to convenient stores and the train station where you can take bus to Taroko. Will definitely come back.

Funky design with comfortable rooms and great staff”
We stayed for 7 days and although it might be longer than the norm, we enjoyed our stay very much. The owners/staff are friendly and helpful and to have access to drinks and snacks at all times is a nice touch. We enjoyed the covered backyard (but beware of mosquitos!) and found plenty of options for food nearby. We had a great stay and can recommend.

Best place to stay in Hualien”
We decided to go for this after careful consideration as we did not have enough information about hualien. The hotel was a little far away from the Hualien Station compared to other hotels we searched about. As soon as we reached , we found the place to be very simple and youthful. The reception area looked very nice and the person in charge was a very polite gentleman. He managed to speak decent English and was helpful in giving us tips on how to travel and what time do shops close. Hualien is a very very laid back town. The rooms were very very simple and cannot expect too much for the price. We stayed only for one night but it was totally worth it.

Rooms are clean and cozy.”
Pleasant and friendly staff, was kind enough to switch us to Twin room instead of the Double room we booked. Nice beef noodle stall "Jia Chang Beef Noodle" located near the inn. Also in close proximity to the train station so it makes it very easy to visit Taroko Gorge by bus from the station.

convenient and friendly staff”
The place is clean and the overall design is unique. Staffs are friendly as well. However, the charging ports provided are limited. Would be nicer if can provide more universal charging port.

Small room but nice stay”
Basic small room, we were 3nights and it was a little too 'cozy'. 1-2nights should be fine. But for the price is ok. There is no real separation from bathroom, a little dicomoftt, but there is another toilet on corridor. Stuff is nice and helpful, speaks english. Patio and kithcen we're nice to sit, free coffe and instant noodles, nice addition. We could store bags last day no problem. close to train station so Good as a base for taroko park. Ps. Only thing that could be improve is clean, bathroom floor and drawers had a lot of hairs.

We had a good stay at Arch Inn, it had all the necessities, and was in a quiet location close to the train station, breakfast and convenient stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend hiring a bike or scooter for easier travel around Hualien.

Nice room, Nice staff”
Can walk from train station. Room is new and use quality bed sheet. But my 1st room didnot have towel...big problem for me. For 2nd night, change to new room type, had towel but bedsheet is dirty, made me itchy all night. Best thing of this hotel, lots of ppl stayed here and maid come early. So if you come early in the morning or bf 3pm. It posdile to leave luggage.

Location is abit far from the TRA and bus station but the room is clean and comfortable. There are small fridge in room and water dispenser at lobby. Also provide some free snack and coffee at kitchen.

hotel has free laundry, free breakfast, free drinking water. The staff was supposed to be off at 10 p.m but he waited for me to check in until midnight.

Its room is soundproof you can clearly hear the noise from other room and hall way. Disappointed”
Pros~ value of money Cons~ not soundproof room ,floor is plain ,slippers would be nice if they were disposable,they look so used and stinky i didn't touch it, sink bit slow drain. Over all its cheap hotel and its fine,don't expect much.
