Great location”
For a night out in the Valley or New Farm area this is a great stop. Building happening across the road currently which is during business hours, noise starts after 8.30am. It is an Atrium style and bedrooms face to the Atrium (well ours did). So if you are a light sleeper may not suit with people coming into their rooms in the wee hours of the mornings. But fantastically clean and wonderfully friendly staff (at the Miro for reception).

I was in Brisbane for BigSound and location was a quick walk to all the venues. Good size apartment and provided the space I needed to relax and recharge before heading out again. Fantastic to have laundry facilities and come home with clean clothes after a week. Not much natural light enters the space but I wasn't spending a great deal of daylight hours at the apartment. I had no negative issues and would consider staying next year when I am back again.

Great location, simple apartment ”
Its a simple and spacious apartment. A great location, near story bridge and about 20 mins walk to queens street mall. The room is clean and all good.

Centre of Fortitude Valley.”
Perfectly located in the Valley. Rooms spacious and very comfortable. Beds were just right and linens were also perfect.

Clean, comfortable, good location”
The lady at check in was very friendly and polite, no faults there! The room was big and spacious, clean and quiet considering the location and that we stayed on a Saturday night. The only 2 things that could use some improvements (and these are very minor!) no air conditioning in the bedroom (ceiling fan only) and no complimentary tea, only random instant coffee sachets and we don’t drink coffee. Otherwise, very happy with our stay 🙂

the room was very clean and tidy, bedrooms were roomy and beds comfy. was easy to get to. A bit of street noise heard from the loungeroom but otherwise a pleasant stay

Good for long term stay”
Good for long term stay. Area is near story bridge and chinatown and not at the city. Need to take bus/ferry/walk into the city. Comes with washing machine, dryer and kitchen, which is ideal for families who are staying at Brisbane for at least a week.

Close to the Story Bridge and nice bar below it. Some noise from nearby building works but this seems to be the case everywhere we have been in Australia and New Zealand.

Good if you arent in a rush (check in took about 20minutes!) And dont use their car parking. It wouldnt open from the inside so passenger had to exit and open it from the front. Painful when youre hungover. And taking garbage with you is crap cause the one bin is randomly placed.

Extremely rude staff spoiled a great stay”
Would have been a perfect stay if it wasnt for the disgustingly rude staff who growled at us for asking simple questions. Would have been a great stay but was very uncomfortable with that ugly hound of a woman who needs more training or anger management treatment. If you dont want to work with people then get another job.

Dint recieve cleaning service and Overcharge cleaning service”
We were staying at the Atrio Apartment on 9oct-17oct2019. The location is okay. Minimart and bus stop around there. The train station is not too far. The room is in good condition. But the bedroom is close to the walkway so you can hear people talking sometimes. What is really not okay is that. We were charged "132AUD" for the reason that they said we left the room with disgusting rubbish. We did left 2 paper boxes with plastic bags inside. We dint throw the rubbish in the rubbish bin inside the toilet and inside the kitchen. BUT WE WERE RENTING SERVICE APARTMENT, NOT AIRBNB. Been to many service apartments but no other service apartments had ever do something like this. We stayed there for 8days, We recieved "NO" cleaning service as mentioned "every7days". I asked the apartment to explain about how "disgusting" rubbish was and how they would response for overcharing cleaning fees, but its 3days and i still recieve no answer. We want the money they overcharged back. Any recommendation on who can we complain? The apartment facilities is 7/10 The service mind is 3/10 Would recommend others service apartment than this one.
