Proper room even at the first level facing to the river and mountain. Staff was kind. Location is perfect, cross the street is the train station voor the sky lift, and a SPAR supermarket is just next to the hotel. We are for sure to come to this hotel again on our next visit.

Good Location, spacious room but not 4 star hotel

Nice hotel!”

I'm pretty picky when it comes to hotels. However I booked this hotel to be close to family. I was so pleasantly surprised that it was such a nice hotel in every way. I stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the cleanliness, various amenities, and spacious room and bathroom. The location was also great, about a 5 minute walk from the old city or Altstadt. Very nice and professional staff.

Fuss Free”

This is not a high end luxury hotel but it was great. We stayed here for 2 days during our time in Innsbruck and enjoyed it. It had simple decor but was really warm in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and large and great to put your head down to rest after a day's exploration of beautiful Innsbruck. It's a 10 minute walk into the old town and once you cross the road, you get to the Inn River where you can stroll alongside till you get into the city. The staff are friendly and helpful and gave us extremely clear directions to get from Innsbruck into Hall In Tirol (which was only a 15 minute bus ride away) Right next to the hotel is a huge supermarket so if you wanted a break from Austrian fair and just chomp on salads and vegetables, then you're sorted. Also, as you stand outside the entrance of the hotel, look towards your right and you'll see beautiful snowcapped mountains (not sure if they are the Swiss Alps but heck, they're beautiful) Will choose this hotel if we come back!

Easy walk to convention centre and town centre”

Only 5 minutes walk to Innsbruck Convention Centre and the Town Centre is 7 minutes walk. There are many shops and restaurants in the Town Centre. The University is also 5 minutes away. If 5-minute walk is too much, there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck, apart from being a mouthful, is an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay in Innsbruck. It is located directly across from the train that heads up the mountain, so is very convenient for skiers and sightseers. The hotel is a short walk to the city's old town, 5-10 minutes, depending on your pace. The staff was extremely courteous and kind and was very accommodating. We found the rooms to be of excellent quality: large and spacious, well appointed, aptly furnished, and very comfortable. The beds were large and of high quality, as were the linens. The only thing missing was a bathtub. There is parking directly below the hotel which costs 12 euros per night. A EuroSpar is located right next door to make for ease of purchasing any groceries of otherwise.

From check in to check out we had a very pleasant stay here. The front of house staff could not be more helpful. They were exceptionally friendly, as were the restaurant staff. The meals in the restaurant were fantastic value for money, really tasty and good quality food. The seating area in reception was peaceful and relaxing for a coffee break. Again, staff could not be more helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a room with a view of the snow capped alps which was just stunning to wake up to each morning. Comfortable beds and pillows and nice large bathroom with large shower. Only an 11min drive to the airport and a 10min walk to the old town. Great location. We loved it here and we will be back, as well as recommending it to others.

Hotel is very clean and new. Food is excellent. The view is superb and easy access to the Alps using the cable car station in front of the hotel.
