great location, staff are nice and friendly . buffet was delicious and such a wide variety. staff even offered to store luggage for 2 hours after check out, i will definitely be back. the room was very clean, but i suggest maybe an air fresher or a detergent that leaves off a nice clean fresh smell. the room just didnt have a nice smell, damp if i can say, overall stay was amazing ! spacious with a lovely beach view. decent bathroom and lovely shower

Being vegetarian they catered for me as per my request which was much appreciated. I also requested a liytle surprise for my daughter who turned 13, and they made up a plate with 2 huge slices of cake., saying happy birthday on the plate and ballons and a card. that extra personal touch which many hotels lack. Just one issue was that when we requested a jug of water in our room, as they didbt replenish water, we were asked to pay R25 for a jug of normal water. I didnt get that cos every night they give us Lindt chocolates but we had to pay for water lol. But overall excellent. The manager and check in staff was brilliant, as I booked with the app but some mishaps happened which they sorted out and even gave us early check in around 11h30 instead of 14h00.loved it and will be back

Staff were very professional from the entrance they ensure to disinfect my shoes, very friendly. There was just was floor above me that was very noise I couldn't sleep properly other that that I enjoyed the The south facing, looting at the promenade South more of topographic view. I am definitely coming back I have attend conferences at Bluewaters hotel so as food I wont say much it's always on point. Social distance strictly observed a. the restaurant.

I do not normally stay at this hotel but I took a chance and the experience was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The rooms were spacoius and VERY clean. WiFi was good in all areas. This is a seafront hotel and the views of the ocean were beautiful and relaxing. Overall this is a great great hotel in a great location.

I stayed at room 1714, The room was clean and in an classy standard. Amazing beach view. The breakfast was great, waiters were on the go. Staff was friendly, especially Unathi quick check in and checkout no hassle. Housekeeping was efficient. Suggestion: You need to install the latest aircons that have both heat and cool air.

We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary on the 5th November, we booked in on the 4th, its was such a beautiful room, the most awesome view, the cleanliness and staff hospitality was awesome. The breakfast was amazing and the staff we incredible, def treated like fit for a King & Queen!
