Beautiful Location & Away From City”

Hi, This place is amazing, beautiful location & very peaceful place to stay in Coorg. Their Google location is marked wrong, so you need to see the board on the way they have mentioned it. Please follow the same route and you will find the board and it's little inside. It was a pleasure staying in Brook Stone Villas & Best for Family and friends. Breakfast and lunch were amazing & they have options of the menu to choose from.

Overall I don’t recommend!”

First of all ,they mentioned Deluxe villas, but it's nothing but multiple rooms under same roof. The food is very very expensive and choice of food is limited.We don't have another option as the property is 2.5 km away from the main road .(This road is very bad and google map decieves you with the location) They charged 1000 rupees as fine because one of our little kid plucked few leaves of a plant in the play area.This was an outrageous and unacceptable act.

Great Experience!!”

This property provides an amazing experience. The location and view from the balcony rooms are beautiful, staff people are very humble and helpful. There is not much wide variety in food menu, but we can say they are maintaining the quality and hygiene. Facilities are fine, But please renovate the play room by replacing the broken TT table+ accessories and carom board. You can also add one or two Foosball set. Overall experience was very nice. I have reduced some rating because of the road to this property from the main road is very bad.

Suitable for groups”

Dec 04 -06, 2020 8adults 3 childrens The location is good in the middle of coffee plantation. From the main road is 2.2km with bumpy and narrow roads. Staff is good. They depend on inverter and generator. Every day morning 6.00AM power goes down. We have to search the people physically to let them turn on generator. This needs to be corrected as there is no intercom facility. The main villa has four rooms but all in ground floor. We were misguided by the hotel staff that main villa has rooms available in first floor. But it is for staff use :( the only room with a view. Food was not good (dinner) and not worth the price. Breakfast was good. Price is on the higher side. We actually cooked our own food next day with campfire and that was fun. Overall it's good.

Good Stay But Would have been Better”

Visited Brook stone villa and stayed there on 10th 11th OCT. Good thing first. 1. Rooms are neat & clean 2. Deep inside forest and coffee plantation. 3. Nice view from resort. 4. Food is good. 5. Place is very calm & isolated. Things would have been better. 1. Apart from nature nothing much to do at the place. 2. Food is expensive, no other eating option nearby. 3. No mobile network at resort. (Jio, vodafone didn't work) 4. Wifi connectivity only in dining area but not in rooms. 5. Resort is 2 KM inside from NH275 and that 2 KM is very bad road. 6. Google map navigate to wrong location. We called property manage Darshan & he guided us the path to resort. Place is nice & 3 KM from medikeri town.

If you want to live in true dense climate of nature for sure you need to stay here, Google location is not clear, If you want anything during night will be scared to travel to town though they told it's safe, but to stay during nights w/o going out is absolute true fun

A simple and elegant stay”

We stayed here for a night with two young kids aged 7 and 10 years. From a small room, we are upgraded to a bigger cottage for a nominal fee. The cottage was huge with sit-out, balcony and large glass windows on 3 sides. We opened the curtains and it felt like we are amongst the greens. The kids had a small play area. They have a restaurant which serve fresh food as per your order at nominal rates. The cottage was beautiful with clean bathroom. The staff was courteous with Darshan managing them. We enjoyed our stay here.

The stay is ideal for a small group of people who want to get away from the city noise and chill with friends and family amidst nature. Very clean rooms and facilities. The owner was very helpful in arranging travel facilities when requested. The only downside was that it is 2 kms off the main road and would recommend to get back to the place before night. Overall, a good experience with good food and a comfortable stay

HI Was not great. Good part : The staff were great , friendly , customer service minded and hard working. Food was great. Quantity is small comparatively Area of improvement : One thing that i want to bring up which was disappointing was : 1. I had asked for extra bed and for which i was charged Rs1000. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that i got body pain in just 1 hr of sleep at night. Post that i slept on the little sofa. Didn't really had sleep thro the night. 2. There is no space, vacation land to move around. it's only room and food area. Not much activities/facilities ( not even a chess board) from the hotel. There is no access to coffee plantations. It's all fenced. Would be greatly pleased if my extra bed cost can be reimbursed

Isolated location, no value for money. They say villas but it’s very small basic rooms. Very limited staff hence bad service. Limited options in food. Charged 2500 rs for extra bed. Very isolated location not worth at all.
