Cozy Place in a Great Location”
I stayed at Casa Vallejo with my partner. We originally intended to stay for only two nights, but decided to extend our stay because we found Baguio City to be a very great place. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and polite, and check in (as well as extending our stay) was a breeze. We booked the honeymoon room - it was cozy, the beddings were clean, the T&B was spotless, and I do appreciate the eco-friendly efforts of the hotel! Breakfast was very hearty, and the resaturant had a great ambiance. The hotel is located in Session Road and is very near SM Baguio, Burnham Park, and the bus terminal. We had a great experience here and will definitely come back. :)

Excellent and great customer service. Thanks to Fatima and Carl (Charlie?) for the and to the manager the customer service personnel at 3pm on February 11 who went out of their way to help us. One glitch to this excellent review, was the car service that the hotel contracted for us. Confirmed with hotel staff that a van would be provided for the day trip and then sent us a taxi that cramped 4 adults for an 8 hr tour of the city. Since it was not their own, they should not hire that car service anymore.

Good location ”
I stayed here with a group of friends (4 pax). We had a comfortable stay even though it was a bit hot since we got the fan room. Not the hotel's fault but if you're not used to non aircon room with 4 people sharing then get the aircon one. Even if it was a bit raining during our time, it feels a bit humid and hot inside the room. We commend the staff though for being very accommodating. The free breakfast is good but the ones who booked in agoda had a slightly different breakfast than those who booked directly with the the hotel. If you're into big breakfast then you might shell out extra bucks for that extra rice and viands. But the ambience of the restaurant is really nice and cozy. If you have a car, there is a parking below the hotel and also in front of the hotel along the streets. The hotel is walking distance to SM Baguio and Session Road though it may be a bit of tiring for the oldies. I like that the hotel offers organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also sell different organic soap bars.

Our overall experience with the hotel was good, all the staff were friendly and the facilities did suite our taste. We did some photoshoot and the place did gave justice to all our pictures =) The location of the hotel is very strategic, there's a lot of food establishments around it, there's also a spa just beside it which our group really enjoyed and it's also very near SM Baguio which is a very big advantage over other hotels. Also, although there's a lot of establishments around the hotel, the neighborhood is still peaceful and we all had a good night sleep. I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again if I had the chance.

1. we got a discounted rate for the stay. we only took a fan room as it's already cold in baguio even in the afternoon 2. they are very strict with the check in. 2pm is 2pm! you may be accommodated for an early check in if room is available at 25% charge. 3. good location: near the city proper, walking distance to SM, Ponta Vaga mall, public market, bus terminal, cathedral and burnham park. transportation is available 24/7, food choices is abundant as there are a lot of nearby restaurants, cafe and even 7eleven. The famous Hill station is just downstairs. Beside is north haven spa. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Money and time saver as well! 4. though it's close to the city proper it's still away from too much noise. only downside is that the room where we stayed is beside the road so you will hear the passing of vehicles. room is not sound proof but you'll still have a sound sleep though 5. free breakfast is plated with limited choices (only 3), but the amount of food provided is decent considering you will be eating at Hill Station for free. that's a tick off on your bucket list without spending (tipid tips). 6. They only provided 1 pair of slippers and 1 toothbrush for a guest of 2 (not a big deal as we brought our own, but something to improve. no complimentary bottled water or coffee. but yes we brought our own all in all, I am a satisfied and happy guest 👍🏻

Best Location”
When you want to frequent the main Baguio City like the Session Road and other iconic restos in town this is the best choice for you. I have never frequented session road before until I stayed here and discovered a lot more unexpected shops along the road. Parking issues sometimes get full but can be available quickly even on New Year's eve when we stayed here. Keep in mind this is a hundred year old establishment your experience is quiet nostalgic. Kudos to their friendly staff!

Very cosy”
I have stayed in the hotel many years ago little have change but i still love it. Very nostalgic. We stayed for 2days very close to SM and its in the heart of the city. Being quarters before converted the rooms are not fully soundproof but thats part of history. And being a frequent traveller there is no personal safety deposit box in the room you have to leave it in a common safe up in reception . A bit risky. Staff were very helpful. Will be staying with them again.

Best hotel I have stayed to in Baguio, so far.”
I appreciate your effort in being eco-friendly by having refillable bottles of toiletries rather than the normal small bottles provided by most hotels. However, having a Dolce Gusto which uses coffee pods does not help the environment. Coffee pods are one time use plastic and are just pure evil for the planet. If you can, I would suggest to have a small coffee maker or a french press in every room so guests can just brew coffee using local coffee beans. Thanks!

Vintage Hotel”
Although room was not air conditioned you would not feel the heat because they have a big ceiling fan, which I find it great as it adds to its theme vintage. Hotel was in the middle of all most tourist spots and it is walking distance to SM Baguio. The best thing about this place is their food, try tapang usa (deer meat) as breakfast.

A quaint place in the heart of Baguio city”
Less than a 5 minute walk from SM Baguio, Casa Vallejo is a convenient place to stay in. Its location is very walkable from all the popular tourist spots in the city. The hotel staff are also very friendly and accommodating. They welcomed my request in planning a surprise. Definitely would stay there again during my next visit in Baguio!

Best Hitel for the price”
This century old hotel is best for me when in Baguio. I love the old building, the scent , the sound when you tap the wood etc. The place is practically at the center of the city, and has a very comfortable bed with 2 pillows each but most of all the friendliest and welcoming smiles from the staff.

Great Staff”
Great location - near mall, park and best restaurants in Baguio. They have their own restaurant, good food but a bit pricey. The best thing about the place is their staff. Everyone was courteous. I thought I left something in my room after I checked out so I came back the next day. I later found it in one of the pockets inside my bag (sorry!). But they were very accommodating which I appreciated. Overall, good value for money. Best booked in agoda for discount ;-)

Overall, our stay is really great! The location is a +++ and the staffs are very helpful. One of our assigned room is newly painted. Thus, the smell of the paint is really strong. We requested to change the room and immediately granted our request. We got the rooms at a very good rate. Minor cons: Phones are not working (minor issue since we're just a few steps from the lobby), shower takes time to heat ( nasasayangan kami sa tubig).

Lovely Place”
Hotel of choice. The location is simply perfect since it’s nearby SM and the town. The rooms are clean too but since the hotel is a hundred years old, you shouldn’t expect things to be new. Great aesthetics tho. Will book again.
