Clean, comfortable, and cool!”
Clean: Everything from the entrance to room is neat, orderly, and well maintained. Cleaning is done everyday, except as advised (eg. Do not disturb), and alcohol is available throughout the building. Comfortable: Their rooms are comfortably spacious, with A/C and wifi. Staff are also helpful and accommodating. Cool: The whole experience was a breeze. Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out, and they’ve allowed me to store my bags while I explored before my expected departure time. Additional points: The food is superb. I ordered the Spaghetti with Meatball and the Carrot Shake and both were really good and affordable. Buffet breakfasts are simple and also delicious. Victory Liner Bus Station is a walking distance landmark from the place. There is also little to no trouble hailing a taxi; staff can also assist if needed. Room lighting is yellow-themed instead of white, but at day the blinds can be pulled up to let natural light in. Windows are frosted/translucent. All in all 10/10 experience. Would book here again the next time I visit the City of Pines. Maraming salamat po!

Excellent Stay”
This is our 1st time to travel out of town as a couple to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. I chose Chalet because of it's location and it did not disappoint. Chalet is really close to a lot of tourist spots so whenever we get tired sight seeing we could always go back to the hotel to rest for a while and go out again. I loved the room. We got a standard and didn't mind sleeping on separate beds. Lol. We didn't have the best view but the small garden outside was cute. The room is really clean and smelled clean which I love. The staff are accomodating and friendly and approachable. Also the breakfast buffet was good but hopefully they would have a more wide variety of breakfast served, like more meat maybe or bacon or hotdogs or some pancakes. I love the free coffee but they don't offer juice during breakfast which I hope they would take in consideration in the future. Overall, I had a satisfying stay with Chalet. thank you!

Highly recommended Hotel in Baguio for the following reasons: - The hotel location is I think in the centre of all tourists spots in Baguio. (SM Baguio, Burnham Park, Camp John Hay, etc) - Room 502 (REQUEST GRANTED! Good view of the mountains)-- KUDOS!-- clean and very spacious. - WEBSITE ROOM PICTURES vs REALITY is EXACTLY THE SAME! Although I've read some reviews that their rooms needs improvement/renovation, but room 502 really meets our expectations! - Accommodating staffs! We've checked-in at around 4pm and from the moment we entered going to their reception area, the hotel staffs immediately offered an assistance to cary our luggages. Considering that we had a late check-in, the next day, they allowed us to stay in the room until 1245H. -GREAT Value for money! You Get what you pay for! -FREE FLOWING COFFEE. CONS: - Limited Parking Space. but during our time, we still manage to have a safe parking space at their basement. - water supply needs improvement.

Worth every penny!”
You get your money's worth. The hotel room was clean. They provided us with hot potable water for our French press coffee. The hairdryer is not available in our room, but we were given it when we asked. The staff are knowledgeable too! We had a side trip to San Juan, La Union, and we don't have any idea how to go there. They gave us the instructions and it was accurate. If you are worried about having to skip your daily exercise because you are travelling, I suggest that you take a daily 20 minutes walk from Chalet to Burnham Park. Take the opportunity to relax and just enjoy the view.

If we'll go back to baguio again in the future, we will stay here again. The staffs are good. They were very accommodating. When we requested for something, they give it right away. The room was clean. The facilities were good. We stayed at room 304. The shower was working fine. It can be adjusted to super hot. The food on buffet were delicious. Ahh we're 100% satisfied. The location is good too. No problem with the taxis. It was near Victory Liner (much more closer, 2 minutes away) and Genesis terminal (5-7 minutes away)

Considerate management and accommodating staff”
I booked this hotel for our 1 night in Baguio. Erroneously booked another hotel for the same date which we called the property inmediately to cancel and ask for refund. We want to stay in Chalet but the other hotel is not replying to our request for cancellation refund. Chalet suggested to just cancel the booking with them and is willing to give a refund so we can avoid to pay two bookings for the same date. We needed to go to the other hotel because they are not replying to our phone queries. To make it short, we were able to cancel and ask for refund from the other hotel. We immediately booked Chalet again for our 1 night accommodation. The staff are very accommodating and easy to talk to. They showed real concern to their guests, called the phone in our room to apologize for the unnecessary drilling noise from the neighbor establishment and we were transferred to other room so we wont be disturbed by the noise. Great customer service! 💙

Booked a room for two for my partner's birthday. Asked the staff if they can make the room extra special to surprise my partner. To my surprise, they granted my request and they totally nailed it!!! Staff was even contacting me personally to discuss the what they will do on the surprise. Room was also very clean and we had a very great stay! Thank you so much, Ms Dianne and Chalet Baguio!!!

Awesome rooms with perfect view and friendly staff”
Perfect for small family. Very affordable, location is great, very near to many restaurants and Cafe. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to manong guard for his help in parking. Includes buffet breakfast which we really enjoyed. The rooms are very clean, spacious , and has perfect view of pines trees, mountains, and baguio sky. Really recommended. We'll definitely go back next time.

Worth it”
When you go to Baguio, you don't really stay in the hotel all day, because most of the time you'd have to go out to explore the place. But if you choose to stay in, the room we got was good enough for the whole family of 5 plus a baby. The room was spacious and clean. They did clean the room everyday which was nice. There is a convenience store nearby, walking distance to some food establishment and its not hard to get a taxi from the location.

SUPERB EXPERIENCE!”
The room was nice with big and cozy bed and sofa. Room was also clean and smelled nice. There was also a hot and cold shower which is very important for us. Amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious. Most of all, all of the staff were really kind and amazing! Kudos to the guard who was very kind to assist us everytime we need a cab. Will definitely book this again if we come back to Baguio.

If you want to wake up with Baguio's famous pine trees and refreshing morning scent with amazing mountain view, then this is the hotel you must book. It has buffet breakfast which my kids enjoyed. The staff is great and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean. The location too is great, very near to most restaurants and cafe. We will definitely go back.

Hotel staffs are great, guards are attentive and helpful, food is okay, location is okay, the room is clean. I highly recommend this hotel. Maybe just add some lights in the room coz it's raining hard the whole time I was in Baguio so I cant see clearly as their isnt enough sunlight coming in the room. Other than this, all is perfect.

They have parking spaces in front and at the basement. Elevators are working. The staff are very helpful and accomodating. The room is clean and with towel and toiletries provided. Wifi is working. Set breakfast is good plus they offer overflowing coffee all day. Will be staying here again!

I had an excellent stay at Chalet Hotel! The room is clean, the food is very filling, and they were very considerate and accommodating. I had to cancel my trip and they were very generous to give me a rebook due to current circumstances relating to COVID-19. Overall, I enjoyed my 4 nights stay! Would Recommend!
