Staff so helpful especially the receptionist guy.. A bit disappointed at first because cafe only accept CASH, but the receiptionist guy is very kind that managed to solve this problem as a small matter. Just enjoy our food then bring the receipt to him.. just swipe my debit card then.. My opinion, please make cashless at cafe because nowadays it is convenience for everyone. But i admit that nasi goreng kampung is very tasty. A nice view, swimming pool were clean, they clean the pool every morning before the guest can swim.. so fast and clean... for me as mom of two kids it is good to know this thing and see it in front of my eyes. I am willing to spend other days for our next trip..

Great place as always”
A gem in Janda Baik, if you wish to have a full facilities accomodation. The breakfast and the pool were good during visit. Situated on top of a hill thus lending a majestic view of the surrounding area. Book without doubt.

Improvement to be considered”
Overall stay for 3 nights is good & comfortable. Few things for management to consider: 1/ to allow payment by credit card. Only by cash & online transfer available. Not convenient to use online transfer since Maxis line not strong enough to perform the transaction. 2/ breakfast during weekdays (Mon - Fri) is RM30 per pax. For me, this price is not worth to pay. Hotel need to improve more on the taste & quantity of the foods. Menu on last Friday: i/ Porridge with condiments (ok) ii/ Nasi Dagang (Rice need to improve, fish curry finished, tinggal kuah jer & acar timun) iii/ Soto maybe (nasi impit + sup ayam only. No other condiment) iv/ Sausage & baked bean v/ Scramble egg (Hanyir) vi/ Bread with jam. vii/ Fruits (watermelon + orange) What is the best experience about this Hotel? 1/ Water pressure (shower) very good (air kuat best mandi) 2/ Facility free to use by hotel customer (pool, archery set) 3/ Room is clean 4/ Nice staff & helpful This item is not available: 1/ small fridge (in room) 2/ Iron & Iron board in each room. But the hotel has provide the iron & iron broad along the room corridor (sharing) 3/ Maybe the hotel should open small convenient shop (to sell toiletries, snacks, other things).

Location and hotel facilities is good just they wont allow us to check in early. Sharp 3 pm only. Event we offer to pay🤭 bit surely i will visit again.

The view was everything however it is an old resort, we have problem with pur aircond but it was resolve quickly.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Great for families with young kids.. The view was also beautiful.. If you want to go down to the river is also not too far.. But they were a bit too crowded for me..

Good, value for money and nearby attractions”
So, i just came back from this place. I would say an honest review as follows: Pros: - friendly receptionist, friendly staff. They will try their hard to satisfy you. - spacious and cozy superior room - nearby attractions such as atv, local food, bukit tinggi, colmar tropicale, japanese tea etc. - many carparks - buffet breakfast satisfied my stomach in the morning Cons: - aircond okay, cold. But needs regular maintenance to keep it working - only few local TV channels - no wifi
