В связи с опозданием автобуса Манила Багио, приехали на 2,5 часа позже намеченного, на поспать осталось мало. Было чисто и хороший горячий душ, есть сейф, в отеле дают купоны на затрак в кафе, расположенном прямо в отеле, но он начинается только в 7-00, а мы вышли из отеля примерно в-5-30. Зато напротив отеля есть Макдональдс, где можно неплохо позавтракать в такое раннее время (блинчики, кофе, котлета+картофельный пирожок). До автобусного терминала идти минут 10-15. В Багио не трайсиклов, только такси или пешком.

Great value for money”
I love staying at this hotel whenever I go to Baguio. True to its name, it's really at center of the city which makes everything accessible by walking or jeepney. You will save a lot on transpo cost because no need to.take taxi anymore. The place is so clean and they provided free breakfast! I was even allowed to check in early (830am) since the room.is already available, without additional cost. And! There's bidet! I think the only downside will be for those who have elderly or pwd companions because the elevator starts at the 2nd floor. You will have to climb the stairs going inside and to the first floor. But, aside from that, I really recommend staying here, even if it may cost a little bit more than other hotels.. the location is great and you will be able to save a lot in terms of transpo cost! And one more thing, the rooms have windows (at least the ones I've tried) so you would still get natural light.

Pretty Much a Perfect Hotel for a quick City Trip”
Baguio is just a frickin awesome destination for a few days. Taxies are plentiful and get you to where you need to go and quite cheaply too. They are a bit crazy on the road but other than that good enough. But the hotel? The hotel is right in the centre of the action, not far from anything. The staff other than being a little bit not hugely welcoming were great. Had no issues other than not being made feel like royalty! ha. Rooms were top notch, had a great view onto the town, were clean, but I did have a puddle of water in the bathroom that never went away, wasn't that much of an issue for me. Everything was awesome, if you're on the fence about somewhere to stay and you've read this far, DO IT! and enjoy :)

Couldn't ask for more. :)”
It one of our most relaxing stays in Baguio. Although the room wasn't quite that big, it was clean and complete. Yes, no bidet, but they provide the tabo! :) Staff were very friendly. We were able to leave our bags in their storage since we came in too early for check-in. They also provided complimentary breakfast for us. City Center is exactly what it's named for. It's along Session road and accessible to wherever you want to go in Baguio, even up to La Trinidad. Very convenient and thus, we were able to maximize our 3 day 2 night stay. Thanks. PS: Beans talk on the 2nd floor was surprisingly busy, even locals visit the place. Excellent cakes! :)

The jeepney terminals is also 2-5 mins walk. The public market is just behind the hotel. The famous Vizco, SM Baguio, Cathedral, Good Taste, Cafe by the ruins is also walkable. The room is very clean. They also have heaters. The aircon is working well. They gave us Free breakfast even if it is not included in the booking. Kudos for that!!! In short, if you stay here, you won’t regret it. It won’t cost you a lot of money per night!!! ❤️❤️

All worth it!”
This hotel is amazing. They allowed us to check in our bags earlier. The room is so clean and relaxing and room service is so fast. The cafeteria looks sophisticated and we were offered free breakfast although it was not stated when I booked this room. The mall, church, market, tourist attractions, and restaurants are just walking distance from the building. We had poor WiFi connection in our room (which is situated at the end of the hallway) and there is no parking area. But overall, I really had an excellent 3D2N stay in this hotel. I recommend this to anyone who wants an affordable yet classy experience. I for sure will definitely come back.

Highly recommended hotel at the town center”
City Center Hotel is within a short walking distance to various restaurants and shopping areas, like the Porta Vaga Mall and the public market. It’s also near Baguio Cathedral, SM Baguio, and even the bus terminal. The room is comfortable and spacious with big window and a glimpse of the Session Road. It ’s also great that the hotel has cafe where complimentary breakfasts for guests are served. Meals, hot and cold drinks, cakes, and pastries are also available for sale. Guests can also leave their luggages at the hotel’s front desk upon check-out if they still have shopping to do. Overall, it’s a great accommodation and I really felt at home.

Very close to landmarks, affordable and great staff”
We enjoyed our stay so much! We can't wait to be back already. Very courteous, accommodating and kind staff; great view and location. We arrived at the hotel past 2PM, but the staff let us check-in early since our room was already prepared. He gave us free complimentary breakfast for 2 days as our booking at Agoda didn't include meals. The room is spacious enough for us. Cable TV, Aircon and Hot and cold shower working. Provided towels, tissues, soap and shampoos. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast from the restaurant is also good, with brewed coffee. If I could suggest some improvements or upgrades on our room - I hope they provide in-house slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a cabinet for clothes. (These are just suggestions for upgrades as the room is already great, but they will come in handy to future guests). It will be highly appreciated if they do provide this sometime in the future. If they do, then everything would be perfect!!! The only problem we encountered is the WiFi. But when we reported it, the staff took action immediately. They reset the WiFi and it functioned properly from then onwards. Above all, CCH is a great hotel. Very accessible to all tourists spots in Baguio, affordable, amazing service, very very comfortable rooms. 2 thumbs up! Session Road was beautifully decorated with lights this holiday season and it made our stay more memorable - definitely gonna come back with a longer stay next time! Thank you City Center Hotel!!!

We had a nice weekend stay at city center hotel..we arrived a bit early for check-in (around lunchtime) but they already accomodated us since the room is ready to be occupied. what nice about this hotel is really the center of it all.it is centrally located at session road where you can find lots of establishments..we had just the room when we booked at agoda but got surprised when we got stubs for us to have free breakfast and these were good. staff were also nice and got an early response when we requested for extra pillows.we had some cake and coffee at beans talk just besides the hotel and cakes were delicious..market is around five minutes from the hotel so we went after breakfast before heading back to manila and we wont have to rush..only the hotel has no parking lot but we parked at the nearby building so no issue about that.i say i will definitely recommend this hotel for those who want a nice hotel but it won't cost that much..will book again next time then.

VERY CONVENIENT!!”
The location is excellent. Walking distance to Burnham Park, Market, SM Baguio. It was really convenient for us! The room is basic, but if you are a traveller who doesn't need to stay much in the room, this hotel is perfect. The bed is clean, the bathroom is neat. The breakfast at the beanstalk is delicious and the ambiance is very nice!! Overall, our stay was relaxing!! Worth the price! We'll definitely consider this as our 1st option on our next vacation!

We would definitely book this place again and recommend it to other travelers as well. We booked the family room for 5 persons and we got complimentary breakfast for 2 days! The staff were great and very helpful. Location was the best! It was close to Burnham Park and Session Road. The bathroom and bedroom were also very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and we’ll book here again for sure!

We stayed here for 3 days, August 2019. We booked thru Agoda (without breakfast) and upon checking in, we were given 2-day complimentary breakfast! 😊 Sheets and towels are changed everyday, water pressure is good and the bathroom is super clean! Location is also the best since it's in the center of Session Road. You get your money's worth! Will probably book here again when I come back in Baguio.

Great experience, fast checkin”
We stayed Feb 8-9. We were a group booked into different rooms. What I liked was how fast they were in processing check in. This might be the fastest I have experience comparing to five stars hotel. They were very attentive and helpful. They also gave us free breakfast even though it was not included in the agoda booking. Breakfast was good! We had an issue with the water not heating but they fixed it right away. I also requested for an extra pillow and hair dryer. We loved how it was so close to Burnham park, night market and restaurants. This hotel will be our staple everytime we will travel to Baguio. Kudos to all staff!

Hotel is located in the Session Road, accessible to many establishments. Very affordable rate! We stayed in an airconditioned standard room, but a very spacious one. Very clean, complete amenities.. with hot and cold shower, with cable TV, very comfortable bed. They offered free breakfast though not included in the Agoda rate.. and it was so satisfying! And lastly, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will return to Baguio and definitely will stay here again.

We stayed here 2 years ago, and the service is still the same in 2020. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean. Breakfast at Beans Talk is amazing. Also, it's pretty much close to everything. You can walk to Burnham Park, Baguio Public Market, etc. from here. I can't wait for my next Baguio trip! Will surely stay here again!

before I booked here, i did a lota research. they say there werent bidets and hindi soundproof, and I said yeah I can live with that ok lang.. pero pagdating namen sa room MERON pong BIDET and SOUNDPROOF ang room. bfast is plated and for free. the BEST ang coffee, ano pong klaseng coffee un? def not arabica e, ang sarap 65 lang if u buy it. easy access to all places and just right in front of the session ukay, kita kita ko if start na mag ukay hehe. ill go back and book here again, mabilis nga lang tlga ma fully book this hotel so book wayyy wayyy early. pati staff hala ang bait nila grabe.

A relaxing place to be”
We loved the surprise complimentary breakfast and we were even allowed to choose from their menu. Coffee shop has a good ambiance. Staff were all helpful and courteous. Room was so big even for 5 people with a big space in the middle. Super clean toilet and bath - just wish there was a hair dryer. Location was right in the middle of session road, very close to the market and jeepney terminal.

My stay was worth the money I paid. The staff were really accommodating and helpful. They allowed me to leave my bag when I came too early before check in time. They also give free breakfast to their guests. The place is near to almost everywhere in the city. The room is clean and well-maintained. For suggestions: please add slippers and hairdryer 😊

One of the best place to stay in baguio. Nice location, accessible to everything. Our booking don't have breakfast but we were so surprised because the managament gave us free breakfast. The food was great. Beanstalk is highly recommended, a must place to eat when in baguio. Staffs are all accomodating. The rooms are clean. Thanks City Center Hotel!
