Taipei Hotel With Great Location”
The Cosmos probably has the best location of any hotel in Taipei, adjacent to Taipei Main Station. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, with check-in and check-out very quick and painless. The triple family room was super clean, with the best beds ever. The room was made up promptly each morning. The room recommendation I would make is to have electrical outlets nearer to the beds so one could charge devices while using them in the beds. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but not spectacular. Overall I would highly recommend the Cosmos, and will surely stay there again when in Taipei.

Great Location”
I have returned to this hotel many times since living in Hsinchu and traveling to Taipei. It is easy to find, located right off the M3 exit of the Main Station. Excellent shopping and food nearby. Great jumping off point for the metro, train, and high speed rail. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I will be back!

Superb location. The hotel is just 1 min walk from MRT station M3 exit. Very convenient as Taipei Main Station is nearby. Variety of foods is available around the hotel. Hotel is clean and comfortable except the sound proof is not very good but this is still acceptable. Hotel staffs are friendly. The check-in and check-out process is very fast. Good hotel stay experience.

Excellent location, spacious room”
There's a direct exit (with escalators!) from the MTR to the hotel which makes travelling a breeze. The family room is spacious for family / group of more than 2 pax with ample space to place luggage. Hotel furnishing may be old but overall the room is very clean. Definitely recommended.

The location was the main reason I chose this hotel. It was really convenient to visit all the tourist spots. It was also spacious and clean. The fridge works perfectly, and the staffs are nice and helpful.

Wonderful staff”
Wife got sick on the second day. Staff was beyond helpful in getting her to the hospital. Then we stayed in the room all day long, making a huge daily trash mess. Housekeeping sent notes about when they should clean and did a great job.

My regular home in Taipei ”
I have stayed here at least 4 or 5 times in the last 8 months and I will continue to give them my business... Really convenient location, old hotel but nicely renovated with great staff. The restaurants are good, too... They sell the BEST 杏仁豆腐 right outside the door - don't miss it.

M3 Exit is just a few steps away. This Metro station has the red and blue line. Short walking distance to Taipei Main Station which houses the Taipei HSR and TRA and further down in the Airport Metro wherein City check-in can be done 3 hours prior to flight ETD... There is a nearby 7/11 and across is Tim Ho Wan. All the staff are very helpful with our questions and even accommodated us on our request for a restaurant reservation. Was upgraded to suite room on our next stay... The design is dated, though, but the everything is kept clean... Will definitely stay here again.

Good location, buffet breakfast is good, staff is very helpful. My son and I celebrated our birthday and we both received a birthday cake with a card from the assistant manager plus the staff of the hotel. The hotel has a money changer right inside the hotel, no need to go out to look for one.

Hotel is located at a super accessible location. Just had to turn left after leaving exit M3 of Taipei Main station. Our flight was at 7am, and we didn’t want to take the taxi because it is very expensive at NTD720. We decided to take bus 1819 which was operating at 24hours at Kuo Kuang Station. The bus station is located 5 mins away from the hotel.

Great location with professional staff”
Close to the Taipei train station or the airport metro. The staffs are all exceptionally professional and helpful. We stayed on the 16th floor with a great view of the Taipei Train Station from our room. The hotel is an older one, but the room was recently remodeled. The room was good size and clean. The entire floor, for some reason, has over-powering air freshener smell -- not sure what was there to cover up/over. The only real problem was our air conditioner could not bring down the room temperature. It was 26 degree Celsius no matter what we did. When I reported the problem to hotel staff, they quickly sent someone to take a look, and we went out to dinner. After returning from dinner, it was still 26 degree. They did leave a portable fan to help us feel better. About an hour later, a duty manager showed up to check up on the temperature situation. It was still 26 degree. Can't blame them for not trying though.

This is old building while constructed in 1970’s, but has newly decoration. Service is more like old Japanese style, very warm.
