Only issue is that it get very noisy for rooms facing the Bar-BQ pits when there is families using it. D'Villa should ask guests whether they intend to Bar-BQ and allocate the ground floor rooms facing Bar-BQ pit to them.

Great view, location is far but that is why we are there!”
I think breakfast should be improved. More information perhaps would be helpful. Staff is very friend, helpful. Proactive. Good staff really!

Excellent Villa but disappointed with the Villa liaison person. ”
Place is excellent with tranquility view. Clean and comfort. Breakfast need to improve with variety and not relying only on nasi lemak. To be at Villa need to go through checkpoint with security wants our driving license, which is absolutely ridiculous regardless private land or not, they should established a system such as taking photograph of front IC and put it in the computer and record the car license plate, which will be fine. No communication between the Villa and the security, where the security mentioned they have not received any acknowledgment from Villa. on our incoming. Very disappointing and frustrating with the liaison person from the Villa.

Overall the hotel is excellent with location and environment. Staff was friendly and hotel is clean. Thing can be improve is breakfast and also more facilities, currently only have swimming pool. if there are some games for guest then its should be great. And if can provide fridge and hair dryer in room then will be more convenient to guest.

The Villa is relatively new and don't expect to get any cell service while you're there. The room is clean and the villa is spacious with 30 rooms (was informed). The staff are friendly and accommodating but what you see is what you get. Meaning you paid for the room, the view and the ambiance but nothing else. Asked for extra pillows and was informed it it'll cost us RM10 per pillow (after paid such price for a room)..lol. What I'm trying to get at is I guess there's always room for management improvements? The villa didn't leave a mark on us but Janda Baik did.

rooms were not prepared to be stayed by guest”
I supposed we were just unlucky. Rooms were dirty, dusty and smells of moss terribly. In fact in one of the rooms filled with green moss on the bed spread. Underneath bed was full of hair, dust and small rubbish. Hotel were full house and supposed they were not ready. Had to call them to mop and sweep floor for 3 times. We had to aired the rooms. Rooms cost were expensive due to peak season and not worth it. Landscape was beautiful, ducks and goose pond was pleasant. Its a nice BBQ family get together but one night stay is enough as less activity.

The toilet is extremely dirty, and there seems to be fungus or somewhat on the ceiling. no baby cot if you are travelling with small children, there is only 3 channels available and there is no wi-fi at all.

Suasana yg nyaman dan tenang. Resort selesa. Cuma fasiliti kurang..kafe tiada. Perlu keluar 4km untuk kedai makan. Swimming pool kecil. Peti ais di bilik sgt perlu sbb tiada kafe.
