Good place to stay for the money.”
Only thing I didn't like was the attitude of one of the staff at the breakfast launch. She was rude to an elder, when she was no where to be found and she try to get the coffee, that was brewed already, to work, and she told her that people keep messing with it. Everybody was waiting for the coffee and she was not there. RUDE!

42nd Anniversary”
We're here for a week for our 42nd anniversary and would've been happier with a room more away from the corner one but it's still a great room.

Value for price”
The room needs a little bit of update and cleaning before a guest check in, because of covid, I had to clean and wipe the room upon entering and there’s quite a lot of dust on the surfaces plus the freezer was all frosted. The staff though were amaZing, housekeeping really comes in to check if you need anything, replaces towels and trash. The breakfast is superb, you get a lot of options. The location is good, right at the heart of everything, if you are sensitive to noise though it may not be for you since its very near the road. We enjoyed our stay there, value for money, location, internet, breakfast were good.

The room was nice & big. The bed slept great. Would have been nice if the refrigerator worked, the floor had been mopped, and the elevator & sidewalks had been cleaned. The outside looks run down. We had to get extra washcloths from the desk. The lady who worked the desk at night was very nice & helpful. The young man who worked days, needs to speak plainer and with a bit more volume. Those with hearing problems could not hear nor understand him. Not the worst place we've stayed, but not the best.

easy enough check in and was sort of my expectations. A get what your pay for, and I think the value was worth it with the wifi, fridge, etc. Staff was accommodating and didn't really have many issues. Could use some upgrades, like better lighting in the rooms or parking just to make it feel a little less dingy. One disappointment was breakfast opened a little on the later side, and kind of strange how the food was replaced probably within a few minutes? Makes me question the food freshness. But was hot enough and good variety.

Could have been better for price”
The staff was mostly great. 1 of the front desk ladies was fantastic but the other one working with her (an older shorter lady) was not so much. Her people skills could definitely use major improvement. My second complaint is the "refunfable" deposit. I have yet to recirve either

Aside from the milipede in my room and the duct taped floor, it was fine enough for the money.

Cleanliness ”
The bathroom reaped of a strong urine smell, reported it to staff, some came to "clean" it, odor still there, called front desk back, I was told they will come back and spray a disinfectant, I told them I had my own Lysol, She said "Oh this is professional strenth", needless to say odor still present. The place needs sanitizing all over, the room and furniture smells musty and dusty, the area outside by the elevator was dirty and nasty. I called around to try and find another hotel, there were no vacancies.. DO NOT STAY HERE, ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

If you just need the very basics this is a good place. Just have to overlook much needed upkeep to certain areas to improve looks. Need to change sheets at least once if staying a week. Need closets and places to sit on balcony

NASTY ”
When we checked in they gave us the wrong size room , our room was nasty the floors turned our socks black we waited in line forever because everybody had a issue they sent one couple to a room that was already occupied nobody’s rooms were not ready at check in time and I don’t know why ours was Nasty !!!! Even the tub was nasty and I think we saw a bed bug when it was squeezed it was full of blood I cannot be the only one that has said these things because it was full every place in the area was full but I’m sure cleaner than this one

Horrible hotel should been closed and updated..”
Hotel in photos shows a modern updated room, what you get is run down and outdated. Worst hotel I've stayed in for over a decade maybe 2 decades. Staff made it even worse as noone on premises wanted to be present or spoken to about anything

Horrible ”
Couldn’t even stay in the room. A roach ran behind the mirror in the bathroom as soon we walked in the room. Bed bug poop in the crease of the mattress after notices bed bug mattress covers under the sheets. Lady who checked us in was very unwelcoming when checked in. All around horrible experience & wouldn’t give our money back because we called from our restaurant we were at instead of goin to the office. Had to get another room at the Marriott $20 cheaper & much nicer
