Everything was great.”
Its location is surrounded by natural beauty and just a few minutes walk from a train station. Easy to go to Hallstatt by bus and train. Staff members were nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with many options. Facilities are new and well-organised. Nothing to complain about. I'd like stay this place again.

Ideal Resort Hotel For A Relax Stay”
The hotel room is new & clean. The location is very convenient. The envirt is very good. However, the wifi network is very weak, it definitely needs to be improved. The sofa bed is not good to sleep on, we ended up sleeping on the floor by using the mattress. It has no air conditioner which we think it is necessary during the summer.

We were visiting Hallstatt and we decided to stay in Obertraun-- which is very close to Hallstatt town proper. We booked a studio apartment and it was ok. The only thing we noted was the restaurant where we had breakfast was not that clean- crumbs on the floor, some jam on the walls-- I think there was not enough staff to manage the place. Also, on Sunday, when there were more people for breakfast, the bread items were not replenished immediately.

So far so good - just everything you need”
We read the reviews before we booked. Only down side was we were hoping basic cooking oil, salt and sugar are provided, a small portion will do us rather than getting one from the supermarket and cart them before we leave, a waste really.

Overall was ok. Friendly staffs. The water flow in shower area was very slow though. The area gets flooded and I have to wait for a few minutes for the water to flow through before continue to shower. Other than this, everything was good.

Crowded sometimes chaotic personell”
A lot of chinese „bus“ tavellers, bathroom setup was wrong, looks like it had to be buildt/finished fast. Toilet paper holder was mounted two meters away from the toilet

They charge Service fee that is more expensive than your Room, but no service at all.”
- They intentionally separate "Service Fee" to charge you that is more expensive than your room itself so they look like cheap on Agoda. The is simply cheating. - When I arrive, my assigned car parking space was occupied by someone else, but they did nothing to help me, and only warned me if I use other places to park my car, I will be charged with a penalty fee. The only choice is to go to another public car park that is far away from my room. Bad service with expensive service fee, that's all I can say.

excuse me!? this is a resort?? i arrive at 9pm is considered late arrival and nobody in the reception and i have to pick the key then find the room by myself! also, there is no air-conditioner in the room, no hair dryer in the room.. no dental kit, dirty towels.. And the location to the train station, it's not as near as Agoda described, it took me 15 mins walk from the station to this damn resort. It seems like everything here is self-service, i dont think this is the kind of resort that matching the general definition of resort.

One of the best resort I have stayed for a while. It's next to the lake Hallstatt. Room is big and clean and come with bath tub.

좁아터지고 예약힘든 할슈타트 보다 여기가 백배 낫다. 뷰 겁나 좋고 걍 힐링됨ㅋ 여유롭고 아름답고 저렴하고 친절하고 욕조까지 있고 방도 넓음...아침도 꽁짜다..안가면 바보임ㅋ

리셉션직원분 너무 친절하고 락스냄새가 조금 심하지만 그래도 깨끗하고 좋음 숙소주변도 너무 예쁘고 다음에 또 간다면 또 숙박하겠음 아주아주 만족함
