Overall is value for money, a bit difficult to find parking if the restaurant got dinner function. Convenient shop is a bit far. Bed cover and blanket a bit dirty. Room and toilet is clean. Overall satisfied.

Helpful front dest staffs but the housekeeping/cleaner is very rude”

Me and my mom had stayed in this hotel for 3d2n. Due to the hotel is located in a very new business district area and doesn't has any convenient store there so we have to request for extra drinking bottle water from the room service/ cleaner on duty. The cleaner turned unfriendly and was very unhappy with our request and threatened to charge for the subsequent bottle water if we request for the second time! As often as I've been traveled in my life and been staying in so many hotels albeit local or overseas, I have never encountered such an awkward situation before! The bottle water and the toiletries are mostly complimentary to the guests and normally the hotels' housekeeping have no problem to refill or offer to the guests without any extra charges if request. Apart from such unpleasant treatment from the housekeeper, the rest of our stay was ok.

Room is clean but small”

Check in process was smooth, not taking too much time. Staff is friendly and informative. Room is small for the size of Business Twin Room, but cleanliness is perfect. One thing that has caught my attention, the shower gel provided in the small bottle was partially used, maybe by previous guest. It was there, not being replaced. Price quoted for such room is quite expensive for me. Overall, the service and facilities are just OK.

Overall opinion - is value for money -i made my last minute midnight booking with really reasonable price, is easy to access all place with your private vehicle. -the stuff keep their cleaning routine very well even-though there is construction activity going on. others - there is walking distance of restaurant around the hotel like old town white coffee, sushi king, local malay restaurant and kedai runcit.

Standard room. Good enough for a short stay, very clean toilet, have small wadrobe, desk, LCD TV, in room coffee n tea. I really hope the management maintain the good service. Oh just one thing, if you book a room and you prefer a window please mention in your booking, otherwise they will give standard room with no window.

In terms of the cleanliness, yes, they have done a great job. However, there is something that cast me away right on the day I checked in, it is the air cond. They preset the temperature on about 27-28’C which made me feel like I was in a sauna. I was sweating after I reach the room, I tried to lower the temperature but the remote control is blank for the temperature adjusting, the rest of the function like swing is working perfectly fine. This is absurd for a hotel to provide such service!

Pros: Good location, 5 mins drive to city centre, chinese/malay/indian/japanese restaurant nearby. Walking distance to 7-11, 24hrs laundry. New and clean hotel/room. Complimentary coffee/tea and bottled water provided. Cons: public carpark, no hair dryer in room ( may barrow fronlm front desk), Wifi is slow.

Pros: Hotel is new, room is clean, location near to town, friendly staff. Cons: There are one big chinese restaurance opposite the hotel, if have wedding dinner event, all the car park lots at this area will full and find difficult to get a car park. I hope hotel can reserve more car park lot for hotel customer.

This is a new hotel and the room is clean, about 2km from Jalan Chui Yin, Sushi King, Old Town Coffee, Ramly Burger and Chatime are near the hotel, Opposite the road got supermarket. There are one more hotel just beside GPI Hotel called Tumike Hotel, there are under the same boss, the room design and room price are same. But i prefer GPI because the bath room are bigger.

The location of hotel is quite far away from town if you dont have own transport. Not so easy to grab a taxi at Bentong. This hotel is clean and with reasonable price. Highly recommend this hotel to friend with own transport.
