Каждый раз пытаемся найти что-то ещё лучше, но безрезультатно.... В этот приезд решили крайнюю ночь провести в Estern & Oriental Hotels, оказался реально на любителя... Погуляв по Джорджтауну мчим назад, в Hard Rock! Одна живая музыка + завтраки, покрывает 90% стоимости всего букинга, а если учесть всякие мелочи, типа PS4 с кучей игр .... Отель обходится бесплатно! Всем советую, особенно если едете с детьми, берите номер Kids suite.

Моря в отеле реально нет. Оно очень грязное! И никто в нем не купается. И нигде поблизости нормальных пляжей нет. Только предлагают местные рыбаки полчаса ехать на лодке до другого острова за 130 долларов за лодку туда-обратно! Там, говорят, пляж хороший. Но цена туда доехать неадекватная. Номера в отеле двоякие: нас поселили в номера с видом на горы, в этих номерах нет балконов! А номера с видом на море имеют балконы. Сам по себе Пенанг не подходит для пляжного отдыха. Только для шоппинга и отдыха в отеле в бассейнах. Есть несколько достопримечательностей, которые тоже можно посмотреть. Еда на острове не подходит для европейцев. Все почти во всех кафе и ресторанах дают острое.

Странный отель. Вроде играет рок, но преимущественно семьи с маленькими детьми. Звукоизоляция в номере плохая. Одним словом я бы описал это как ТУСОВОЧНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ. Да, и на всем Бату AQФеринги НЕ ПЛЯЖНЫЙ ОТДЫХ! В море купаться НЕЛЬЗЯ! Было несколько серьезных укусов медуз с поездкой в госпиталь и т.д. Но детьми из всего Бату Феринги посоветую этот отель

Это не Хард Рок”
Отель поразил огромным количеством детей, как будто приехали не в Хард Рок, а в детский сад. Политика отеля мало понятна: "Хватит глотать пиво, уделите время детям". Похоже, им пора менять название. Если б знали - не поехали, жаль денег, при чем не малых. Оставили дома своих детей, чтоб посмотреть и послушать дикие вопли чужих. Территория отеля довольно мала, не то, что кажется на фото. Если сравнивать с Хард Роком на Бали или в Паттайе, полное разочарование.

My partner and I celebrated our Anniversary here for 4D3N and it was absolutely worth our money and our stay was perfect! ❤️ We even wanted to stay for another night but they are already full, everyday even on weekdays is Breakfast buffet, you will see a lot of family and might get a bit crowded sometimes but the service is always at its best. Breakfast is great, a lot of choices, pool is big and not too deep, sun lounge is also a perfect place to relax, has easy access to the Beach and the hotel is always clean. Our room is located at 3rd floor and the view is beautiful, room is complete with all amenities and tv is provided with downloaded movies ready to watch. Overall ,it was all a fantastic stay in this Hotel, I hope they will continue to provide this kind of service. Thank you we will surely come back!👌🏻🙏🏻

Get foc upgraded sea view room by front desk! She is so polite! I check in time 1pm 08.04.19 checkout 09.04.19 01.30pm because not pack at this time.. my kids really enjoy with the facilities here.. we can drop our kids at roxity kids (ages 4-12) also have for infants(diff room).. the pool is so cozy.. u can choose.. the security is first class.. the pizza is superb diavola! Can try.. the kids also like.. u can request half no chilli flakes.. i really love the room. The environment. The staff very kind and polite! Easy to eat. The food also good!! The spa really rock it your day! The view also really rock it!! We are enjoy while we stay there!! Thank you HRC Penang!! Worth it! You get your money's worth”
The staffs were very friendly and always ready to help. Hard Rock Hotel is all about music, so we get to hear that everywhere from our room to the swimming pool. This hotel is very suitable for bringing children as they have many facilities for kids and the pool is a kid's dream with all the slides available. Buffet breakfast had lots of varieties, food was ok, but relatively more expensive ingredients were not available (i.e. prawns, fish, beef, lamb, squids). All in all, it was a very comfortable stay, will definitely bring our kids in future.

We stayed at 5 different hotels in the two weeks we were in Malaysia and this was by far the best. We were on our honeymoon and were pleasantly surprised we were upgraded to a seaview room and were given a cute little cake. But even without the upgrade this hotel is awesome. The rooms are so cool and you have the option to hire out an electric guitar for your stay, which we did and was so much fun. The pool is great and has heaps of different areas so was not crowded when we were there. The staff are lovely and accommodating all around the hotel and at the cafe. The food is great for breakfast, in the pizza shop and pool bar at the hotel and at the hard rock cafe next door. Beware.. servings are large.. I ordered a nachos from the room service entree menu and it would have fed 4 people! 100% coming back here again, 2 nights was not enough!

Fabulous Stay”
Booked one night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As this is our first time booking Hard Rock hotel, we were amazed with the awesome service from the staffs and the decor & ambience of our room. However, we got twin beds instead of a King/Queen bed. Nevertheless, the bed was super duper comfy. Check-in process was fast and smooth. We were served with refreshing ice tea drinks. All the staffs were generally hospitable and always smiling. I love the vibes here more than Hard Rock Desaru. Staffs were not pushy or hard sellers. My husband enjoyed his full body massage at the Rock Spa. Breakfast was the best ever. We also enjoyed the food served in the Hard Rock Cafe. We really had a wonderful stay here! We will definitely book this hotel again and come with our kids.

Always our favourite hotel for staycation in Penang. Beautiful spacious room and clean hotel. We always loved the experience staying in Hard Rock Hotel. This time our stay is more special because we celebrated my hubby birthday here & Hard rock has also arranged a complimentary cake for him. Eventhough, I placed my request just the night before. We had the best time! Thank you Hard Rock Penang for making our stay so enjoyable. The kids loved the pools they swam all day. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast. So many choices, good variety for everyone. We will stay here again on our next visit to Penang.

i love everything in here...facility, staff, swimming pool, food....except one. the PILLOW... i think as 4 5 star hotel i expect the pillow must be fluffy and comfort me..but sadly it soo 'USED', flat....i want my vacation to be very relaxing, but with pillow like that my sleep not so efficient. because i been 2 star hotel that has much much better pillow. ..so bad..i think you should change the pillow. i already been to hrd rock hotel penang 3x. it's always the pillow that turns me down.

Very child friendly hotel. The room is clean and the tv programme was good. Especially the Bose speaker which allow me to play my own music. Facility in the hotel was good, kids able to play water with all the slide... love the hotel, staff are friendly. While waiting for the room to be done, we were served with small bite and drink. Make us feel warm and cozy. Love the hotel. Will go back again.
