Good hotel with best location to shopping malls and food eateries ”
Is a five stars hotel to me as my family members enjoy our stay at Hatten hotel. The bed is very comfy and the room is very clean with nice pool and city view. The toiletries comes with nice fragrant body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, shower caps, ear buds and sanitary bag. The toilet flash is strong and the shower area comes with overhead splash and standing splash. All in good working condition. The room air con is strong and there are two tv in my room. My son enjoys his private time watching his cartoons channel on a tv at a side bench. While me and my husband enjoy our movie on a bigger tv on our king size bed. The bedsheet, pillow cases and comforter are very clean and comfy. I am a light sleeper but I always manage to have a good sleep during my stay at Hatten hotel. The make up room staffs is very helpful and I like their services. (Remember to give them tips and compliments their good work ; as they really put in effort to maintain good standards in Hoüse keeping) There are some restaurants that I like to recommended to others. A Chinese restaurant at back alley on right side of a Muslim restaurant. They provide delicious Chinese local food. ( they close on every Wednesday). Another Chinese restaurant is the clay pot 肉骨茶. It is located on the back alley which is left side of the Muslim restaurant ; opp row. And beside the 肉骨茶餐厅，(a few shops on the right side of the restaurant ) there is a massage spa shop which provides Thai massage. Per Hoür only Rm 65. The messue is good to release your body stress and pain. Jonker street is only a 10-15 mins walk away from Hatten hotel. There is a western cafe named geography cafe. They provide fantastic pizzas. And is only Rm 20 per pizza. A must try dish is their 8 pcs big satay at Rm 18. I love to stay in Hatten hotel and I should say they really put in effort to make every one feels like staying at home in Melaka. Good location with three shopping mall”
Hatten hotel is a great hotel with friendly staffs and the room is very comfy. I stay in room 1773 with pool view & city view. It comes with king size bed which is big enough for my girl to sleep with me and my husband. The room is clean with strong aircon, the toilet 🚽 flash is strong, the shower 🚿 overhead and spray all are workable in good condition. It comes with good toiletries like the the body lotion is fragrant, the shower gel gives nice aroma smell. The shampoo and conditioner are nice too. Room comes with complimentary mineral water and slippers. The towels, bedsheet, pillow cases are all very clean and with no stain. The breakfast they provided are international buffet. They have western food like salad, fruits with ham. Wide selection of breads and pastries. They have cooking area on mee Soto, mee hoon Soto and eggs ect. They have delicious nasi lemak with curry chicken. Also have Chinese dishes like chicken porridge, buns ect. They provide nice coffee, milk tea and different types of juice. They also have cereals with milk for young children. The breakfast worth the price of Rm 20 for child and Rm 40 for adult. Remember to give the make up room staffs some tip before leaving as I know is not easy to maintain a good hotel standard during this pandemic period. Keep up the good work and I will return again soon. Thanks for everything you have provided to me and I am so happy that Hatten stays strong and still there for me when I revisit to melaka. =)

Great Stay ”
Had a great stayed in this lovely hotel because all the staffs here are well mannered and greet with a smiling face . I was given a chance to upgrade my room to Junior Suite from Studio Suite Twin....a very big thank you to the malay guy who done the Check-In for me. Now for the room, everything in this room 1703 are clean in the bathroom and on the towels, bed sheet and pillow case are clean too....no stains and no smells. Location wise, it's in the City Center of Malacca and there's 2 shopping malls (Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall and Mahkota Parade) facing this hotel. Besides that, it's about 15 minutes walk to The Stadthuys, Christ Church Melaka, Windmill Dutch Square Melaka and last but not least the Jonker Street Night Market. As for breakfast........no complain as it is nice and delicious. Overall, my wife and i are very happy to stay in this hotel and we will come back again on the next trip to Malacca. You Cannot Go Wrong Staying Here!”
This is my 2nd stay here. The best location, Great Staff and delicious Breakfast. The beds are so comfortable that you wouldn't want to leave your room. Response from Reservation was excellent and I thank Ms Norlin for her prompt and efficient reply for our booking. Check in and Check out was smooth with assistance from Amran and Amirul from Concierge always ever willing to go the extra mile to assist. Front Office Staff Durga DD, Vicky, Durga was very pleasant and very helpful. I was travelling with my 82years old mother and is on a special diet. The staff from Chatterz Surintra, Seri & Vicky were very kind and we really enjoyed our breakfast. A big thank you to Chef Afizan to accommodate our request to heat up my mother's special diet food and we truly appreciate it. The Housekeeping staff on the 19th floor also were very helpful. Words cannot express our gratitude to all whom made our stay a very memorable one.

Overall everything’s good. Near to almost all the attraction in town. Walking distance to pahlawan mall, mahkota parade, etc. Room specious and clean. Big clean pool with melaka view. Buffet bfast with sort of good varieties and the f&b staff was helpful. Check in and check out smooth. Easy access, free parking. Room include bfast. Buffet for kids 6-12 years rm20/head. Cons: ask for room with nice view, but got a room with rooms view. Its ok, since the room is clean n good enough. Side bed lamp broken, sink water flow slow. Mayb in future MOD could check the room thoroughly or HKA to check the room during room makeup. Ordered room service, fried rice and chic chop with desert. But only received a set of fork n spoon. Mayb f&b shift superior could brief staff to check cutleries needed b4 sending food. But no worries, things can be fix to achieved hotel standard. My kids was happy. Definitely will stay here again.

This hotel really perfect, this is my first time to stay but not the last time, the swimming pool was clean, and have salon and massage inside the hotel, and the rooms was comfortable. Beside that, the price really good if you wanna to stay good hotel with cheap price, this is the best choice. And this hotel also link with their other business(shopping mall, Estadia Hotel(low class than Hatten Hotel but also very nice hotel)) Below also have 7-Eleven, it is very good for customer to choose which hotel to stay depend on customer budget (cause it is link), and good for customer shopping, it is very strategy business idea. By the way, I will be back again, I really like their food, service, big rooms, cheap price, comfortable environment, perfect location, and perfect facilities. Thanks for your service Hatten Hotel. Staying at this hotel is one of the reason a wanna comeback over and over to Malaka. The only hotel with good price and you got a palace. Alwys luv the bed. As I have sensitive skin (got itchy vert easy by the sheet), Hatten never failed me. Sleep like a baby, wake up as a princess. Huge room with it’s own living room and tv in evert type of room. Well clean bathroom and full facility as the iron and the board available inside the wardrobe. Breakfast many variation you will live to try it all everyday. Pool a bit small for this big hotel, but still awesome with the view. Surrounded by malls and the best choice for stay relax. Cleaning service boy name Kusnadi are very polite and very good to do his job. Just across from Mahkota Medical Center. And pickup point of Bus when you want to go direct to Singapore. This is my 3rd time and always amazed.

Best Hotel at Downtown Melaka”
Got a workshop to attend here hence bring the whole family. Book a premier suite and a suite. The premier suite is comfortable, spacious and my children love it. but would be best if they provide a pantry and a hob. Front desk staff is warm and helpful (Redzuan the name) along with an Indian lady.. but should inform us on all the premier room's previlaged upon arriving as we did not know what we entittled for.. Location wise, the hotel is surrounded by marts, malls, and all the historical landmarks such A Famosa. Food at the hotel is average, nevertheless, there are a lot of good food around... Asam Pedas and Restoren udang galah are the highlights. Surely will come back if opportunities arise, and next time, I am sure to use all the privileges that come along with the premier suite.

(Though I requested for rooms on the same level). The service provided staff are always of top standard. Every request were well attended to and reciprocated with a smile. Rooms are huge and clean! Hatten will definitely be our choice whenever we visit Malacca again. The location is central to well connected but sheltered linkways to many malls.

Best hotel ”
We went on August not knowing there was a big event happening at Dataram Merdeka that Saturday. The only downside of this whole trip was the queue for the lift from carpark to lobby during check in. We waited for almost 45mins to get lift. Other than that, the room was clean and comfy. We had 2 TV screens in the room, my kids were super happy & we didnt have to fight for our programmes. Hehe The breakfast spread - awesome!! Amenities & facilities - superb. So near to the malls around, we just had to walk & enjoy the scenery & shopping. Will definitely come again to this hotel.

Absolutely love my stay at Hatten Hotel. From the breezy check-in, spacious comfy room with sofa and two tv. The location is awesome, you can just simply walk everywhere. Food options are aplenty because of the connecting malls. We enjoyed the food truck meals beside Dataran Pahlawan. After a long tiring day, as a couple we can enjoy our time alone drinking coffee and listening to the live band at sky lounge. Awesome 90s music btw. Breakfast has wide variety and simply delicious! Something for everyone. Good idea showing projected movie on the big screen. Just like when you were a kid, having breakfast while watching cartoon on Sunday morning. We also enjoyed the pool very much. Kids loved it! So did the grown-ups! I wanted to try the spa since the price is very affordable but it was fully booked. So next time i will definitely come again for the spa, sky lounge room, breakfast & pool! Thank u Hatten Hotel! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Wonderful Hotel”
Drove up to Melaka from SG and stay at premier junior suite with 2 kids and the king bed is enough for us to sleep comfortably. Very clean big room and free parking which has to be validate by the hotel after checkout. Service from concierge is polite and helpful. Free tea snacks at the premier lounge from 3.30 to 5.30pm which is very thoughtful for hungry guest. Canned soft drinks in hotel room bar fridge is free too and top up daily !! Shopping malls are just beside hotel and Jonker street is about 10mins walk. Definitely will recommend and stay here again when visit to Melaka !!

Booked for jr suite, but we get free upgrade to premier suite. We had a great stayed at this hotel. This is not my first time stayed at this hotel, i had stayed in this hotel several times. Hatten Hotel will be my 1st choice without a doubt when we going to Melaka. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. The room was amazingly huge. Pool was amazing. Only sauna and steam room is closed due to current covid situation. Buffet breakfast also was good, and had wide selection. I give 100 marks for this hotel. Thanks Hatten.

Convenient location with good facilities and food”
Pros: great location, lots of massage places on its east side (turn right after exiting from main hotel lobby) and lots of shopping and dining options within 500 meters walking distance. Room is spacious and clean, facilities are good and well maintained. Breakfast is good too, lots of choice only that the teh tarik is a bit too sweet. Cons: lifts are a bit slow. The sky bar is quite noisy in the evening and you can hear it in the room wit all windows closed.

The hotel is located within walking distance to couple of shopping malls, historical places & restaurants, which is super convenient. My room mini fridge was not working during the first night. Told a lady receptionist about it when I was validating my room key the next day, and they got it fixed within the first hour. Makes my day. Then, rang up for housekeeping and the room was made within the first hour as well. Thumbs up to your service. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.
