The place is clean and the rooms have a lot of space. The pool can be used only if you book the villa. The beds are comfortable. Ja ja is part of the staff and she has been very efficient in organising our tour to the Taroko national park.

Noisy neighbour”

I'll be honest. .room is small n workmanship especially in the toilet much to be desired. The shower isn't properly sealed n there's run off to the comode area. Construction next door is noisy but it does stop ard 6pm. Starts next day ard 9am. The pool in the picture is only for use of those staying in no. 79 and not 77. Staff are great though. Very eager n genuinely helpful lot.

Warm and sweet ”

The corner room with balcony is warm and sweet whereby you can look up to the sky and fully relax over there. The room condition is quite new. Overall value for money! 👍👍

A perfect place to stay in HuaLien”

The staff were excellent checking us in and helped us book onto a Taroko Gorge tour. The rooms are lovely, even nicer than in some big-chain hotels. Very powerful shower. Breakfast was a little disappointing as not much choice - Taiwanese sausage, rice porridge and green veg. Definitely would stay again.

Good location with lovely and positive sever ”

That's a great hotel with good location and lovely staff, as a guest you can felt what's the personally service and recognition, staff always positively prepare anything which you will need during stay, as a trailer who only spent two date there is more important, upon check out one of their staff personally handed to me their local production as gift, extremely warm and over my expectation , hotel also send me SMS to extend best wishes when I'm in another city, that's a good hotel with value to recommendation.

I live for a while at HK77 and had an wonderful stay.The staff do so much and was so friendly.That was something you not got many other places.And the brekfast was super good.i got difference breakfast everday. The really good to make tasty breakfast. In all a very good stay.

Comfortable & beautiful room + Pleasant staff”

4 of us went on a trip to Hualien and we chose the perfect accommodation! The location was pretty good, a short walk to plenty of eating spots. The rooms were clean, with a japanese style design to it. We got room 102, with a deck that faces a small garden. Sitting there, having some beer is just simply perfect in the cooling weather. The staff were also really helpful and pleasant. They helped us with taxi bookings, restaurant bookings, and were so patient with our many questions. Simply a really pleasant stay. Would totally stay here again when going to Hualien!

Center area with helpful staff”

Really helpful and friendly staff, many selection of tour can be booked from the hotel. The location is not very near to train station but it is easy to walk around to get food, not far away from city area. The room is beautiful and clean. Be aware of mosquito if visiting during summer.

Great Location, short distance to good restaurant”

Located on good location and nearby shopping area and nice restaurant with you can walk around. Staff is very helpful to give suggestion and also during my stay I need to use computer while their computer just broken and the staff who is on duty try thier best to fix it even it's already out of her working time. Thier brekfast is cute, they set congee with local side dish in meal box style. For me it's taste good and I like it. There is famous restaurant nearby which you should try and can ask for staff suggestion

Pictures are deceiving”

The pictures are well taken, but did not reveal the real look. Very simple room. The place is hard to find. The price is also not reasonable. I would say it is not value for money. The breakfast is plain porridge with very miserable ingredients to pair with, please do not have any expectation.

centrally located good for shopping and leisure”

Service by the staff are very helpful to reccomend places of interests and eateries around the homestay. The room is very clean and well appointed. But breakfast is alright but lack the home cooked standard. This is not a big issue as the famous street stalls are all around walking distance.

close to the Hua Lian Train Station, hotel staff can help arrange taxi services to pick you up or for a day tour (chargeable). Very close to shopping, dinning and especially to famous resturants in the city. The rooms we stayed can hold 4 adults. Japanese style beds and garden. Pretty cool. Will recommend friends who goes to Hualien to stay there again.

A Home away from Home”

We dropped by Hualien for a 3D/2N stay and, in a departure from norm, left it to chance to see what we can visit there. The lady owner was there to help. Her patient advice was indispensable and we are delighted by the HuaDong Rift Valley tour. 3 things: First, ask the tour driver to arrange for lunch at Hong Wa Wu (Red Tile House), an Ami delight and the best tilapia I have ever eaten and I avoid that fish in other places because of the smell (I'm Singaporean, we favour ocean fishes) with other great Ami creations. Second, ask for Mr. Wang to be the driver if group of 4. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Just adds a lot of colour to things having him as the guide. Third, bring strong insect repellent in summer. They will tell you there are mosquitoes in the region. The correct term is - SANDFLIES!!!!!! I am allergic to those critters. Uuugh!!!!
