I loooove this hotel. Service of all staff from information desk to security are all worth commendations. My husband's wallet was left at the sofa in the lobby but was returned even before we knew that it was missing. The security officer found it and gave it to the staff at the info desk who i handed it to us after e asking some security questions.. Breakfast is way above expectation considering the agoda price of the accommodation. I also love the room and the balcony view. Blissful. Serene.

Perfect for groups”

Stayed only for overnight. Perfect for family (room for 4 pax) as it has a decent room size, clean bathroom with toiletries, comfortable bed, everything you possibly need is there. No aircondition but who needs it? Nothing to complaint, but all praises.. Loved especially the buffet breakfast! & of course the customer service.. Hotel Elizabeth is a perfect place to end our luzon tour. Many thanks!

Great for staycation”

Love the beauty of this hotel from the inside and outside as it feels so homey. The hotel is really good for family traveller. Accessible to some attractions like Mines View Park and Wright Park. Would definitely be one of my go to hotel in Baguio.

Recommended place to stay”

Guards are courteous as well as the receptionst and other staffs.. Deluxe family room good for 6 with free breakfast for as low as 4000 pesos.. Will not have the second thought to booked and stay there the next time we visit baguio and surely recommend this place ti my friends. Nag enjoi talaga kami sa buffet breakfast wit lots of choices of foods.. Sana all 😊😊😊

Vacation”

I got a cool deal for a family room. It was good for 4 adults, the buffet breakfast was good and basement parking was convenient. However, the rooms needed extra ventilation (NO AC) so we requested for an electric fan. It gets a bit warm during the day. There were ghost stories by friends who has stayed in this hotel before but we didnt see or feel anything. It was a nice vacation

Nice Stay at Hotel Elizabeth”

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean. I like the location because it is away from the city, but near Mines View, Mansion and Wright Park. The breakfast buffet is good, typical filipino breakfast. I hope they will have more selection for breakfast like bacon, pancakes etc. The coffee is great! We will come back again 😊

The stay was very good including their breakfast buffet! The only thing was their internet connection which was already expected as we have read this many times from the other reviews. But nevertheless, the hotel was worth coming back :)

Very Friendly and Accomodating Staffs, yet Wifi sucks”

PROS: -All the staff here are super nice and accommodating. We really felt welcome and at ease. They are happy in which transpired as well in their service. -Good Breakfast. -Peaceful location. -Bedding was good and clean. CONS: - Wifi inside the room sucks. We have to go outside the room or the lobby to surf the net which was a hassle. - Lightings inside the room is a bit weak for me. - The taste of the water in the faucet when you brush your teeth tastes different.

relaxing stay”

it was a relaxing stay , room was spacious, breakfast buffet was delicious and they change menu everyday which was good,, bathroom was a bit dirty though and smelly, staff were polite, guards were very friendly. it was a very relaxing 3 day stay👍

Nice hotel - really good breakfast”

Very clean hotel, well maintained, great staff overall, with excellent breakfast - only complaints were the bed and forget about requesting anything with the Front Desk. We stayed in an Executive Suite and the king size bed was very hard, super firm. It was like sleeping on plywood. Any request made, such as having a fan delivered to the room, was ignored. Hotel is in a good location. and near tourist attractions. Although climate and weather is cooler, the room does not have air conditioning, we kept windows closed to keep out all the outside noises, thus we requested a fan, but it was never delivered. Even when we inquired about changing beds the next day or moving to a room with softer bed, we were advised to speak to housekeeping, not front desk. Restaurant staff was excellent and the food was also excellent. Fresh ingredients, food tasted great, and very well presented. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and was always happy with the food and service. Excellent Security

Penthouse Stay”

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days, 2 nights at Penthouse Suite 2. The room was great, it has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms. It also has a small kitchen, spacious living room with couches and dining table and a balcony. Love the breakfast buffet, the staff is friendly and accommodated our request to change some bulbs as it does not work. However, I noticed that the curtains in all the rooms were not clean enough as I still saw some stains. Overall, our stay is fantastic and would definitely recommend it.

The Room was exceptionally CLEAN, location was a bit far from the populated and noisy streets of the City (which is relaxing). Breakfast was great as well. However, The Cleaner upon checking out insisting that ONE PIECE of wooden hanger is missing, so I accompanied him to go back to the room and found out that the piece of hanger he’s looking for is JUST on the FLOOR! 🤨 Nonetheless, the overall stay was amazing! 🤩

Petty extra charging”

Loved the big comfortable bed, big shower and breakfast buffet. However, we were disappointed when we were accused of taking three hangers (yes, cheap wire hangers) and had to pay to replace them. We were there one night so there really was no need to unpack and hang our clothes. Note to self: count and take pictures of everything in the room (hangers, cups, soap, etc.) upon entering the room for proof of evidence!

Pleasant 3D 2N Stay”

Pros: - Location is near tourist spots - Hotel has nice surroundings (surrounded by pine trees, peaceful) - They would give a Baguio print-out map for tourists (you can do a DIY tour) - Buffet breakfast during our 3D 2N stay (food choices are good) - Security is 24/7 - Water pressure and heater are superb - Front desk is fast to answer any concerns/requests - Free newspaper everyday (just get one at the front desk) Cons: - Wi-Fi is not quite stable but manageable since we are always out of the hotel - Parking area inside the hotel is not quite spacious (but there is also a parking area outside if you want a more spacious parking)

Picturesque and nice location”

Stay period: Holy week 2018 March 30 to April 1 Santorini suites Quadruple (basement) Location: Gibraltar St is walking distance to Wright Park, The Mansion, Botanical Garden, and one ride away to Mines View Park (you may also walk) Picturesque hotel. Pastel colored gazebos and nice landscape. Interior looks great too. Food: average, typical Filipino food. Live band during dinner. You may ask for fast food delivery it's available in the city. They can still improve on this. Fitness center is available, but not maintained. Treadmill is functional too and a couple of stationary bikes. A quick work-out can be done. Hotel room has no airconditioner of course but ceiling fan is available. But the access door to the common backyard is broken. Door knobs are also broken. No bidet hose for the toilet. Lighting is too dim for me. Room service is good. Noise is evident among neighboring rooms. Telco signals and wi-fi speed is quite weak but ok. 1k security deposit must be handed upon check-in. Over-all stay at the hotel was pleasant and satisfactory. Staff are courteous and always helpful. Still recommendable.

rooms are a good size. there was free wifi. buffet breakfast generous. staff are very helpful. we had a deluxe single on the 2nd floor with a balcony which faced the hotel entrance and could be noisy since we left sliding doors open for the fresh air. otherwise everything else was fine.

This hotel a good choice for a romantic getaway. Far from the busy streets of baguio and a good view both back and front sides. Staffs are all polite all the time. Hotel Elizabeth is located near Wright Park so going to these areas, as well as Mines View is a breeze. It's situated in sort of a residential area, so you can be guaranteed of a quiet evening (far from vehicle noises - unless there are noisy guests of course). We had a car so we didn't have issues with transportation. However as I observed, there were no jeepneys nor tricycles passing by the area so I am under the impression that reaching this hotel might be an issue. The check-in was a bit slow as there was only 1 person at the reception area handing both the check-ins and check-outs. Their breakfast was sufficient. It's a nice place to stay in Baguio and we are still seeing ourselves checking-in the next time we are there.
