Сырой старый отель”
Не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле! Очень старый, сырой. Мебель в номере разваливается. Откровенно грязно! Цена в 2 с лишним тысячи песо совершенно не согласуется с качеством пребывания. В случае отключения электричества у отеля нет своего генератора. То есть из 3х дней, 2 дня у меня не было ни света, ни интернета, ни горячей воды!!!! Вопрос о возврате денег, хотя бы части был принят в штыки!

Excellent and Cool Accomodation”
Maraming negative comments here in the past pero we opted to trust pa rin to stay here dahil sa value for money. Eventually, hindi kami nabigo. Here are some facts that we experienced: • Super bilis ang approval for our QTP • Meron silang sariling Triage. But we are done with the Triage sa Bus Terminal pa lang • Well accomodating ang staff at mabilis na confirm ang booking namin online • Dumating kami ng past 1 hour sa aming booking time pero very glad pa rin nila kaming inentertain with no extra charges • They make it appoint na well disinfected and clean ang aming room • Supet bango at linis ng room pagpasok pa lang namin at complete ang amenities • Modern na ang room at malamig kahit walang aircon • Gumagana ang heater at super comfty mag rest. May cabled tv, extra bedsheets at may vanity mirror pa sila • Super sarap ng free breakfast at served immediately. Breakfast is served from 7am till 10am. Maraming choices at may free coffee pa. Gabi pa lang ay pwede na magpa reserve kaya hindi ka mauubusan • Totally secured ang room at building at may guard • Sobrang bait ng mga staff and always lend a help lalo na nung marami kaming dala and pati ang paghahanap ng taxi • 10 minutes walk lang siya to Burnham Park, Session Road, Genesis and Solid North Bus Terminal and SM Baguio • Accessible ang lugar at kilala ng mga taxi drivers Never regret nor hesistate to book in this hotel dahil talagang it will going to compliment your great vacation sa Baguio City! Sa amin kayo maniwala dahil kagagaling lang namin here!

Just in time for the holidays! (New years) ”
we booked this hotel on New years eve til Jan 2 2020. The lounge has holiday decoration to tee. Decorated with led fireplace and Christmas tree, it was good for picture taking. Breakfast included, we didnt have to go out early in the morning and worry where to eat. Toiletries and clean sheets and towels were brought. We booked our room for 1400 l, breakfast included, it was such a steal. Staff were helpful and accomodating. We even used their phone to contact Victory Liner and Bencab musuem. We checked out early and asked if we can leave our staff as we were heading to a tour beforw we leave baguio. They were courteous and nice to accomodate our request.

Wonderful Experience!”
I brought my family with senior and we spent 1 night here. The location is near (7-11 minute walk depends to you though) to Burnham park and SM Baguio and from there you can start your tour. The price is so worth it because as for the room and breakfast, they upgraded them originally from good for two person breakfast and bunk beds (4 pax) into 2 queen beds and good for 4 pax breakfast, which I was very surprised and happy about it. It never happened to me from the past of my staycations and hotel bookings. The food is also perfect with coffee! The staffs are very nice and accommodating. They greeted us with warm welcome and greet us everytime we met along the hallway hahaha. The heater is also working and wifi is fast! Definitely highly recommended this hotel! It was a wonderful experience and I am really glad about it and my family as well since it was their first time visiting Baguio. Well done and stay wonderfull. 😍

Best Budget Hotel”
I booked with my husband and we stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. It is the best budget hotel in Baguio so we will definitely go back here every christmas break. Pro: 1. Unlimited coffee (self service) 2. 24 hours frontdesk 3. Free wi-fi 4. Hot and cold shower 5. Clean room 6. Good location (5-10 mins walk to burnham park) Cons 1. The floors and kinda sticky when wet (probably because they mopped it with too much fabcon) 2. Wi-fi signal in our room is weak 3. Dimmed lights both in our room and in the cafe area (it makes the place somehow eerie) 4. Not for oldies (due to its upward slope location) I will still give them 5 stars because those are just minor cons. Thank you so much Hotel Henrico Kisad for our wonderful stay!

We stayed for 2 nights in room 104, a room with one large bed, perfect for couples. It has it's own closet (and hangers), own TV, and CR. I would rate our stay as 5 stars! The strong points of Hotel Henrico Kisad are: 1. Male Staff (Day Shift) is very very very accommodating! He makes you feel really comfortable. He offers assistance and very considerate. 2. Unlimited COFFEE!! 3. Good WIFI Connection 4. Cozy Ambience, Great Delicious Food! These are, I think, what every traveler should know: 1. No jeepneys pass by the nearest highway. (During our stay, haven't noticed one). Which means you have to walk/ take a taxi every time. 2. Not so near to the heart of the city. (Compared to other Inns/Hotels) 3. No signal in our room. And these are the points for improvement: 1. Our room has a broken glass window where the freezing air passes, making our room very cold, especially at night. 2. Consider repainting. It will add so much more good vibes and makes your good rooms great. :)

As a budget traveler, I always look for a cheaper price hotel yet with good accommodation. The location is quite good even if the hotel is situated in a higher elevation since it is near to the Victory liner bus terminal with less than P100 taxi metered fare. Going to botanical garden the taxi fare was only P125. From the hotel to burnham park they said it we can take a walk if we want but we took a taxi and we were billed P55 only. It is near SM Baguio as well. In other words its located just in the City proper. They had good food as well. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The room is not so spacious as expected of its low price. The beddings are clean as well. They allowed us to check out and leave our baggage in the front desk since our bus sched was 10 in the evening yet. What i did not like to see were the molds in the CR walls/hose near the shower. There was no free mineral water but we can borrow glasses so we just bought 6 liter bottled water from the 7/11. Our stay were great, thank you so much.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was spacious (for 3 persons) and clean. The staff are really, really nice especially Mr. Lando from the front desk. He’s one of the nicest lobby personnel I’ve dealt with. The way he treated us upped our stay by a long shot.

Exceptional Service!”
Complimentary breakfast for two, unlimited coffee & water, hotel with heater, what else should I asked?! They even allow us to stay earlier before 02:00 PM! I would like to emphasize this one as the room floors might feel sticky but it is not dirty rather they use fabric conditioner for cleaning (I think). I give kudos to the receptionist during our stay (unfortunately, I did not have the chance to get HIS name. We stayed the last 16-17th of November 2019) he knows what to offer with us. If you plan to visit the night market at Burnham Park, this is the best location. There's a nearby pizzeria/seafood restaurant too named Sabroza at very affordable prices! I WILL BOOK AGAIN GUYS!

We stayed at hotel henrico kisad for 4 days and 3 nights. Our stay was very comfortable because all of the staff there were very accommodating especially Sir Lando from the front desk! Will definitely recommend this place to stay. Until our next booking! ❤️

Sudden trip”
My trip was not planned and when I knew that it is easier to go to Baguio now,I immediately planned my trip. It was nice to know that I booked a hotel that's near to almost every place which made it easier for me to go around Baguio. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The place is located in an uphill so you will have a little exercise going to the place but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Affordable, Friendly Staff & Good Food”
I know that the facility is a bit old but you can see that they’ve at least improved it. Rooms are clean and disinfected to the fullest and you can smell it once you enter the room but that’s is ok with me which is better than not cleaned at all. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they’re there if you need anything from them. Food is available and affordable from the kitchen (Breakfast starts at 6am until 7am and regular kitchen hours starts at 10am until 7pm). Overall my stay as I should sum it is “Home away from Home”

It's our first time to travel as a family at Baguio, and Hotel Henrico Kisad is definitely one of the best place to stay with a limited budget, like us. Great Place to stay”
The location is near from all the tourist spot in Baguio. Price is affordable compare to other hotels nearby and the staffs are really friendly. They even gave me a med for my headache hehe. Kudos to all of them! Had a wonderful stay in Baguio 😊

good location just near at burnham park, a lot of bfast selection and we love the food! the facilities are also good. one thing to comment is the light at the room is not so bright. overall is ok

Nice and affordable hotel”
Staff are very accomodating. We're a group of 4 but the breakfast is only for 2 persons but the staff were kind enough to include all 4 for free breakfast! Room is just okay since we're only there at night to sleep. Will book again!
