Nice location and view, service is not the best though”

It might be due to the pandemic, but we had a hard time asking for what we need in this hotel. There was no phone, so we had to go out and look for staff to request things. One rainy night we had to stay in, we had food delivered via Grab and then asked the staff for cutleries, they gave us plates and utensils, although I am pretty sure they saw that we were delivered 2 bags full of bulalo. They should see as I was struggling to find a mask for a few mins while the rider was waiting outside with them. So we had to go out and ask for the rest of the stuff that we need for dinner. One time the hot shower was not working, they checked it out but staff was not able to fix it, they did offer to have us move to another room but we declined since we were already settled in and will check out the next day. Hot shower suddenly worked, we noticed it's just unplugged. I don't really know what happened. The room we got was nice, room 04. Be ready with everything that you need if you want to stay.

no staff at front desk at night, and they lock the front door so you cant leave. wala man lang guard to help u go out. no hot water shower. no channels on the tv. balcony is dirty. They only provided 1 small bottle of combined shampoo/soap/conditioner

Quiet and relaxing”

Location is behind the park but is not noisy at all. The room size is quite small but fair for the price. I love that the room has a veranda that can be opened to let the cool breeze in. Hot water shower is a bit intermittent and you need to learn the technique how to use it efficiently. Thank you to our host who was there on Christmas eve. She was always kind and accommodating.

Due to this ongoing pandemic and being within 4 walls, we wanted to take a breath and visit out loved city, Baguio! Being at Hotel Ramiro was such a great choice specially cause the staff has been so kind, friendly and helpful. Thumbs Up and big hug for all of them specially to the best host, Minnie, their kitten who makes sure we get a daily dose of love :)

YOU'LL GET A 9 SQM DOUBLE SIZE SUPER HARD BED, CLOGGED BATHROOM SINK, CLOGGED BATHROOM FLOORING, STAINS OF FECES AT TOILET BOWL, FLOORING AND FAUCET! FOUL ODOR COMES OUT OF THE BATHROOM SO WE COULD HARDLY SLEEP! No hot shower. No wifi, cellphone signal is weak. Far from the tourist spots. I booked for 30sqm meter queen size bed with nice photo descriptions but you'll get a room like a stock room!

I suggest that the housekeeper will going to collect garbage everyday. Please do repair the lock for the sliding door of room #4. I don't feel secured on our first night. I feel nervous that someone might enter our room. But thank you for the assurance that there's someone working for our security 24 hours.

Worst than expected”

I booked the hotel thinking we could have the comfort we needed even if it was a bet pricy. But surprisingly the room does not a toilet and a shower on itself, the room that we booked was not available instead we were offered a two isolated room with a common toilet.... what???? or to upgrade the room and add nother 500 a night. For 3500k i could have a better room in manila. Since we dont like to stay in the common toilet as not being stated in agoda so we decided to stay in upgraded room. The room has a balcony without seats outside, no aircondition, the toilet is mouldy, the heater is low. Since i could no longer refund my money we decided to stay. On the following day we were asked to moved down to the original room as it was booked by other guest and that is where I was upset. I decided to asked my refund or stay in the room or sort it out as the room was already paid. It was worst experience ever. Its not worth than what you I was paying. As a hotelier and worked in a famous cruiseline I will not recommend to stay on this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 4 year old kid. We got it for only 1400 pesos. It was super sulit. We liked our room. It was clean, comfy and relaxing since its in a secluded and quiet place. You get to sleep at and rest without any noise in the middle of the night. Staff are super nice and very accommodating. We checked out 4 in the morning and the security guard offered to grab a taxi for us. The resto staff accommodated our needs of hot water, utensils, etc even if we did not buy anything in their resto. Also, they allowed us to check in early which we were so thankful about because it was raining in Baguio at that time. We will be back soon! Thank you!
