A brilliant, central hotel with great staff”
The room was lovely, very modern and clean. The hotel is very central and close to all attractions, and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely book a return visit here.

Very clean, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. I must say the double bed mattress in our room needs to be changed as it is finished, you could feel where previous guests only sleeps, lots of bumps. Other than that wonderful hot water and clean.

A perfect hotel for a quick visit in Dublin! Ideally located close to many pubs, restaurant and the shopping district of the city. Easy access to and from the airport. Definitely a good choice!

Nice, but limited”
The staff are grand and very nice. This is basically a converted Georgian house, so the room size varies greatly. Also, lots of little odd steps and tight corners. No way a wheelchair is getting through. The sixth floor has not elevator access and the stairs are steep and narrow. The bathroom in my room was very old-fashioned, and getting in and out of the shower is not for the mobility impaired. They don't have any food facilities apart from frozen pizzas. HOWEVER, the bar has an adequate selection, and the sitting in front of the fire on a freezing winter night with a pint makes you feel like a posh bloke in his townhouse. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

Do not drink the bathroom tap water!!”
Myself and my other half have stayed here before and we loved it, great location, nice bedrooms, great for the price! From previously working in a hotel I presumed the water in the bathroom was safe to drink as the bar wasn’t open at all so we couldn’t get any food or drinks during our 2 night stay. I took a drink from the tap and I have been vomiting for 15 hours (so far). I understand this is my own fault I shouldn’t have done that but just in case anyone else gets so thirsty to the point of drinking the first liquid in sight - do. not. do. it. I have gotten what feels like food poisoning from the water obviously being dirty and not safe for consumption! Lesson learned and I’m not holding the hotel liable as it was my own fault but please learn from my mistake!

No hot water for shower:(”
Room was tidy, bed was comfy and staff were friendly. We couldn't get any hot water in the shower though which wasn't great, hot water worked in the sink however.
