Great Place for One ”
Hotel Stork is great for solo travelers who love having their own privacy. The main reason I chose Hotel Stork is because of the en-suite bathroom as I'm not too keen on sharing a bathroom with others. It really is value for money as I had the whole room to myself and it's still within the price of a hostel but personally, it felt like a mini hotel room. It was my first time travelling by myself and it felt good to not share anything with anyone. The room/bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. The stairs to the bed is a little steep and after a long day exploring Okinawa, it can feel quite tiresome to climb up some stairs just to go sleep. A handy smartphone is provided which you can use to make free calls, browse the internet or use it to hotspot to your own device which is great! I like that the reception is staffed 24 hours and Hotel Stork is a 10-20 minute walk from Omoromachi station and Makishi station (Kokusai Dori Street). Overall, I highly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Stork!

Value for money and great location!”
Its not a 5 star hotel or anything near thay fancy just to get that out of the way. However, for the price per night with the clean and quiet accomodation to rest for the night, I believe it is worth it. They have water dispenser and cup noodle dispenser near the front lobby plus a few other small amenities. I was able to request for a thicker bed. The loft bed is close to the ceiling so just be careful not to stand on the bed. Very close to convenience store and mall and walkable to Kokusai Street (10-15 mins)

Cool place to stay in!”
I love this place! The room is so cool - small but so well equipped. Toilet is just below the bed. We are given a free WiFi phone, good quality shampoo, soap and conditioner. It’s so thoughtful that I’m actually quite pleasantly surprised by their small little touches to make the stay better. It’s near the shopping mall and convenient stores. Makes everything so easy. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location, staff and facilities ”
We loved staying at Stork Hotel. The staff helped us when our ferry was cancelled and we had to stay another two nights. With a kettle, microwave, fridge, free soft drink and coin laundry we had everything we needed. The bunk bed rooms were also really cool. You can walk to the ferry, train station and downtown area easily from the hotel but the neighbourhood itself is peaceful. There’s also a shopping mall and museum the next street over. Would definitely recommend Stork Hotel.

Reasonable price, single room, compare with before stay, it has some surprise facilities added. eg. handy mobile service, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bicycle renew, cup noodles self-machine.

Very good and helpful staff at hotel stork”
They are willing to help us to coordinate on the outings that we plan to do (to translate and convey the message to the other side for us to go for our diving and snorkeling trip) , let us know which bus to take to our destination and not forgetting their pantry that let us heat up our food and eat at our own comfort ..at economical cost except the bed is at upstairs gt to climb up and down which is a hassle for us only

really nice room for the price. 10 minute walk from the station. right next to a conbini. staff were very helpful and friendly. you can rent bikes from them and kokusai dori is a 10 minute ride away.

Small room but with necessity”
Small room, anyway for solo traveler is fine, clean, with refrigerator, hair dryer, no kettle, lobby provided free hot water, free fruit drink n soft drink, microwave n a room space with chair n wash basin. The only not good is have to climb up n down from bed to toilet but with this price I accepted. Walking distance to ` Naha main place' shopping mall, with supermarket, daiso etc

If you come from the monorail you will have to walk uphills 15 minutes. The room is small, but clean and comfortable. The free WIFI-router/mobile with tourist information has been really useful during our trip!

A bit far from Yurail but can walk.”
I got the room on 6th floor, No. 607. There is a cement beam over my bed. I feel it is very dangerous if I get up at night and my head will hit it. Actually, my hands hit it several times during the night. The stair up to bed is a bit high, I would not recommend for old people. The staffs are very nice, always helpful and try their best in English.

Great location with an awesome museum and markets, restaurants and shopping around. The room had a strong wifi and good water pressure. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that the shower had a very slow draining and some mold around the wall. I would definitely visit again as it was a great stay for the money

My first hotel experience in Japan. The hotel was nice and in a good location. The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that it didn’t have any congregation areas (other than a small vending room) for people to hang out together.
