the location is very close to old town ,you can walk in 5-10 min the hotel is feel like home,cozy and the breakfast is nice the room is clean,comfortable but small bathroom a bit far from train station but it is nice experience to stay here in Innsbruck

Poor water pressure in the shower”
The location and diversity of food for breakfast are really good. However, the breakfast starts rather late (7:30) and the water pressure in the shower was so poor that taking a shower takes much longer than it suppose to and washing long hair is practically impossible. At least that is my experience at the third floor.

Internet was Bad.”
1. You are required to give the staff your car keys. I did not feel comfortable doing this... the clerk said it was their rules. 2. I could not stream my playoff Football game, it kept stopping. 3. We also had problems with the breakfast. 4. We already paid 108 euros ($116) and the morning clerk said we needed to pay the 6 Euro city tax. 5. We had better service at a hotel we stayed at in Munchen, Germany for less. So for all these reasons, take my advice do not stay here. Had I seen comments like these I wouldn’t have done so.

Too hard to get to. Google Map incorrect”
Gotta walk uphill then down to get there. Then, no elevators. Even first floor has stairs.

We requested for late check in as we were self driving. Upon arrival, reception was still open and we managed to check in successfully. However, for parking wise the reception was not very friendly/ helpful and asked us to find parking spots near to the church close to the hotel as they have no more space. We are new to the place and there was absolutely no parking slots and we have to keep driving for almost 1 hour close to midnight. Upon check in to the room the air circulation was really stuffy. Also, the sound proofing was not good as early as 6am we could hear people talking on the ground floor when we were staying on high floor. During check out, we waited for more than 15 mins as the 2 x receptionists was busy in the kitchen. Overall stay was OK as we need only a place to sleep for stopover, however, the service and condition of the place could be improved. Thanks.

I loved our stay here. It’s about 30 mins walk from train station, but very close to the old town. The room (we had a triple) was spacious. Furniture was basic but functional. Breakfast was great. Staff very kind and friendly.

Funny arrival with the receptionist not presenting herself. Lack of communication about parking lead to an awkward confrontation that resulted in her suggestion that if we didnt like the parking in the hotel we could try other places. No elevator to rooms. Below decent breakfast. Old decor in the rooms. Fast walk to city centre was the only plus

EXCELLENT VIEWS”
We had a top floor room and had an absolutely breathtaking view. Very close to the city center (walking distance) and a very friendly staff. Great value for the money. Would recommend.

The hotel had no lift. There was no one to assist us in carrying bags to 3 floor. It was not value for money. We ended up paying 8k per day for below satisfactory amenties.

Dirty and Dilapidated”
The room was dirty, the shower was full of mould. The shower door was hanging off. One bed was so hard it was like sleeping bon concrete. The linen was threadbare and bin tatters. One guest size cake of soap for two people for 4 nights.Drunken guests on the landing outside room all night.No guest information booklet in room. The best thing about this hotel was leaving!

everything is good except the bed keep my skin itched. price is fair during Christmas. staff were helpful. fast checkin/out. location is not far from old town. However the bed keeping my leg skin feel itched. the hotel needs to have the mites on bed eliminated.

Small room, poor breakfast and location.”
Actually, this hotel is not far from city but you have to climb up to the hill which is very difficult with the luggage. However, going down the hill to the city takes only 10-15 minutes. But at this price, you could find the better hotel; better location and rooms. Even this hotel is located on the hill, but there is no city view at all, just another house nearby.
