Great Setvice and Facility, including hotspring and pool, bar at the high top... Everything is perfect. Location itself is sorrounding by sex-bar but at the same time, holy shrine and seaside is quitr near. Bizzare but good mean. I love it.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. They offer many options for entertainment such as pool and hot springs. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view and delicious drinks! In addition the staff are super kind! The staffs from the rooftop bar were so kind to us and we had a great experience at the bar. The only bad point is the location. Far from the city centre (about 15-20 minutes walking). There are no restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel.

It was really affordable and the hotel was really clean. pools was really fun too and the view was amazing. but i dont recommend going with your children since the place is close to red light district.

The indoor and outdoor onsen were great. The pool looked like it would have been nice in a sunnier season, but we still enjoyed the jacuzzi despite the weather. Orion and blue seal available next to the onsen entrance. Clean modern rooms.

worth location, but good onsen”
the location was quite bad, middle of no where, not much u can find nearby, except porn shop, closest 7-11 may take 10mins walk. Not to mention the parking need pay extra $1500 yen. however the onsen is a plus, pretty impressive quality

The staff are extremely helpful, especially N. Kato, she is the most responsible and helpful hotel staff I have ever met. The breakfast is great and delicious. I like the hot spring as well. Everything is perfect except the location.

Not tattoo-friendly”
The staff are nice to help. But i cannot get into the Onsen even I covered my tattoo with specific bandage. Luckily I can enjoy a nice bathtub at my room, but that is totally different from hot spring water.

I found this new boutique 那覇サンスイホテル Hotel Sansui Naha in 沖縄 Okinawa and enjoyed a great experience with the friendly team of hotel staff because: 1. Great sea view of the Tomari Port from Kaminoue on my high-floor room. There is even a SkyBar on the 14th level for evening cocktails watching the sunset. 2. Hotspring water everywhere! From the Rooftop Pool (Yes! SURPRISE!) to the 20-metre lap pool on Level 2 with a Jacuzzi ( SURPRISE again!) & the traditional rotemburo and indoor onsen separated public baths for men & women. 3. Variety of Ryukyuu food offerings (breakfast Viking & evening Oden) led by famous Executive Chef Sunakawa Naoki. These soulful meals are delicious, heart-warming, nutritious & popular with both locals & the international travellers. Value-for-money! 4. Great night-life in the vicinity. Close to the Naha port / cruise harbour & the famous Naminoue Shrine.

Our hot spring is a natural hot spring, which is rare in Okinawa. The hot spring, sauna, pool and restaurant on the 1st floor and bar on the top floor can be used by non-guests as well. There are many facilities including hot spring, sauna, sky bar, rooftop pool, garden pool and also some kids facilities. Very nice experience. Just the negative point is the location which is near to the red light area. It’s not that good for a girls guest walk pass on the night time

Amazing Onsen and good English ”
The hotel is located a bit outside the typical tourist path. I0 min to the closest 7-11. Two outside, not heated pools open year round. They make it up with their on-side Onsen (hot spring). Onsen has 5 pools with different temp and a sauna. For Americans - yes you have to be butt naked and no towel to cover allowed. Staff speaks great English - a pleasant surprise.
