A simple and nice hotel”
Hotel location is convenience for transport with surrounding by 1 big market and 7-11. Further walking distance have 2 roll restaurant for your choice and also near by to fullen Jetty which is tamsui signature place. For the hotel staff is friendly and clean. Room is prefect for stay with a comfort big bed, beside a morning buffet restaurant ready for you they also have a sub section for a nice coffee hang out area for you. Never miss up the place..thanks

Spacious room, comfortable, great service”
We are having a wonderful time staying in the room. One thing I would like to point out is they serve shampoo and shower gel made from tea extract. That make it special.

Lives up to the reviews!”
The rooms were clean with no musty odors. Beds are firm. The pillows are fluffy. The windows are well insulated from outdoor sound. The water for the shower was hot. The breakfast is top notch with a lot of selections to choose from. It ranges from basic toast to buns, to congee, to noodles, to salad, to eggs, to bacon, and a little more. They also had for beverages coffee, tea, juice, hot soy milk and a cappuccino machine. The only thing is that its about an 1 hour and 30 mins to Taipei by mass transit. It takes about 40 mins by a taxi. But being so far north it's a lot more relaxing away from the crowds.

Strategy location”
The Hotel is strategy which located in Tamsui, which can easily access to nearly attractive & restaurants. The hotel is new and modern design and the staff are friendly. The Hotel doesn't provide any luggage handling services/ no Bell Boy. Basically, you have to do it yourself if you are coming with family with whole lot of luggage. Their basement car park does not fit for SUV Car, and the nearby public car park is circa 0.5km away. No disabled access ie. ramp to the entrance lobby. No swimming pool.

The hotel is located a bit out of main area, if you need a place to escape from crowd, it's a perfect choice. Stuffs are nice, but they may ask you to pick up things you request from the reception, but not directly to your door. Plenty options with breakfast.

Nice Room but not suitable for children and elderly”
Room was spacious.. in fact super spacious and very concept, we love the idea of the story for the hotel. BUT 1. hotel do not have anti slip mat to be place in the bath room and it creates a danger for children n elderly, bathroom accident occurs in such events. check with the hotel staff, they mention they dont offer anti slip mat. 2. smoke detector was so dusty with thick layer of dust. if your an OCD person like me, i doubt you be able to sleep comfortably, housekeeping should really look into this area and clean it . 3. peeling wall paint are left hanging and was not attended by the facilactor people ? totally not cool. i will return but i really do wish , such issues i raise are attended.

Easy access with public transport ”
We were upgraded with family room due to the hotel rooms were fully occupied during our stay. There is a supermarket just across the road and a few nice restaurants nearby. It is easy to explore the Tamsui area by foot or taking public transport.
