There is a mechanical parking lot in the basement of the property. The number of parking spaces is limited and the system is first-come, first-stop. No reservations can be made. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I spent 2 nights. The room was very clean. Especially, Toilet which is clean and good furnished. The water quite strong very suitable for shower. If I go to Taichung I will definitely stay this hotel again.

I love the decor of the rooms and the bathroom was spacious with a claw-foot tub and a separate shower. The room was a nice size and the hotel restaurant had great options for my daughter. My daughter's favorite aspect was the rooftop pool. We went swimming each evening. It was a beautiful area.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were modern and spacious. The restaurant was nice and had many child-friendly options. We spent several hours at the rooftop pool in the morning and later in the evening.

If you are driving with a lower car please just park outside the hotel would pay you $300 for the parking fee, everything thing in the hotel is fine, small space for you have very thing you need and pretty new hotel with very convenient public transport.

Great rooms, inconsistent policies”
Rooms and reception personal were great. I chose the hotel for the nice rooftop pool for a weekend in Taichung. When I arrived I was told that food and drinks are not allowed on the rooftop for safety reasons, even the hotle advertised a pool bar. On the next day, the pool was closed for a private party with DJ, and catering service....... This does not really match with no food and drink allowed on the rooftop for safety reasons. Also it is quite unfair to advertise the pool and then close it for private parties. Some guest might have chosen the hotel for its rooftop pool.

We came early and left our luggage at the counter and we thought that if we came back, the luggage would have been sent to our room already but we still had to lug it up to our room on our own. They did not have a porter service. Room was very clean and facilities was well upkept. Room was spacious as well. The gym was clean and neat also. Spacious rooms with nothing to gripe about. Beds were firm and felt good. The room facilities are ample for your stay. However the pool was not heated during the winter which made taking a dip impossible. Breakfast was decent, standard English and Taiwanese breakfast spread. As for its location, it was not near any night market, but walk about 500m behind it, there are some street food. Nowhere near any attractions, so you will need to taxi around. Overall, a pleasant night.

Staff not so friendly ”
Room was clean and spacious. The receptionist is quite cool when we asked for early check in and said to pay extra if we would like to get the room one hour earlier at 2pm. I was surprised with such respond for a business hotel like this? apparently the room is ready or can be ready before 3pm - does it mean the next day we checked out at 11am deserve for some refund ?

After 15 hour of flight and 2 hour of train ride to arrive at this hotel around 9am, was told check in time was 3pm. Walked around town till 1:30pm. Asked the staff if any room was available as I was getting really exhausted. Was told no room and had to wait till 3pm. I protested as I knew as people check out before 11, all rooms don’t wait till 3pm to get cleaned and become available then. There’s got to be one or two rooms that had been cleaned. Almost all hotels I stayed at tried to accommodate guests who arrived early. The manager relented and placed a call and magically 1 room became ready for me immediately. Therefore, they did have rooms available but they just weren’t willing to accommodate guests like me who arrive early. The room and bathroom are nice. But I will not recommend this hotel because they value their rule more than service and hospitality. That may be a good motto for running a jail, but not a hotel!
