Comprehensive experience for budgeted holidays”

first impression was massive place and area in the middle of Megamendung area. After all, it was worth it experience with my big family spending 2 nights here. Tents are bit far from the lobby and not suitable for elderly or kids under 10 coz you need to "climb" the step-foot cliffs to the top of the place. Nevertheless, rubicon and containers are splendid place to stay coz quite close with lobby and near with plenty outdoor facilities. Last, breakfast was awesome when we had it. Plenty of choices and yummy of course!

This is my first at JSI. Wonderfull experience for my family. Cozy place, room are clean & variatif, great facility. Im stay at Sahara room, small but clean & comfort, bedroom & bathroom very clean. I will come again next time, wanna try "Rubicon" or "Grand Gladiator" room.

Fantastic Complex!”

Accomodations from Economic to Luxury! Activities for little kids to teenagers... plus for the "teen-ager inside any Adult" The off-roading is thrilling, the playgrounds are stimulating, the pool is huge and clean! All the vistas are soothing. The staff are super helpful & accommodating. Handled our situations very swiftly & professionally. A great place for the whole family to discharge and then recharge their "batteries" Highly recommended!

Nice place for weekend getaway”

Big playgroud for kids, pool was nice, i took a woooden villa type (rubicon) and it was a perfect size for family of 4. The phone line not working so we cannot order room service while the only restaurant available near here is from the hotel. Would be great if they give more restaurant options since the place quite far from the main street.

more swimming pool need”

i was booking in gladiator, there is in back side area,, i think on that area less of facility. Better if adding more swimming pool near gladiator area its gonna be more atractive for familly who stay, so they dont need to go far to infront to reach swiiming pool.

LOCATION VERY FAR”

No signboard to go there..: very far from main road... but the place very beautiful..for those bring kids or old people, pls not to book type of tent... Then the aircond was not fix with strategic space...

Need improvement on the staff response which was super super slow, anything needs to check in different department. The weird thing i supposed staying 3 nites yet they called me to get ready for checking out on my 2nd night. Seems the staff didn’t have proper coordination. The housekeeping staff quiet friendly, yet poor staff quality on restaurant when taking the order and the food quality just so-so. Better order earlier before starving since it will take quiet sometimes. Consider the premium price, The room cleanliness still need to be improved since many ants in the room and The kettle needs to be changed soon. The utensils need to be provided when the guest checked in without being asked. The complimentary needs to be more consistent to be filled in. My daughter loved to stay in the resort since there id big outdoor playground. Indoor playground hygiene needs the urgent attention. Likes the swimming pool a lot.

cute resort but far from 4 stars”

spend our holiday here on December 2018. We booked gladiator room, which is cute colourful container, so instragamable. the room was ok, clean, comfort. but since it it outdoor, prepare for ants. the resort is big complex, with many choices of rooms and villa. but the swimming pool is too far from our villa, too far for walking. we must take our car. and no towel provided in the swimming pool area so you must take your towel from the room. and the worse thing, after the towel is wet after swimming, you can't ask for new one! i asked for new towel and exchange with the wet one, they said the towel will be charged. WHAT???!! is it really 4 stars?

The place is amazing and luxury. It has large play ground for children, small zoo, swimming pool and football beach! Also, there are mini Jeep for rent with an amazing track and there is a Jungle that is exciting for walk. You can spend many hours in the hotel enjoying their facilities. The staff is super cooperative and you get everything really fast. The restaurant is excellent. The only drawback i see is that it is difficult to reach. It will take you around 20 min from Puncak road to reach the hotel and there is no supermarkets nearby. You still can ask the security team to purchase for you using their motorcycle but you will pay them a tip.

We are really love to stay in here. So mant activities for young children in playground and also gym activity for adult. Jeep activity is also have fun and my kids also excited to drive Jeep.

this resort is right place for group, family, jeep/bicycle hobiest, outdoor lovers etc, because they have arena for those, location is near jakarta about 1-1,5 hour, the temperature is ideal, not too cold not too hot, so the swimming pool is comfort for child or everyone (water temperature isn't not cold/not warm)

an okay resort”

went there with group of 12, we booked two bedroom villa the villa were good, simple an cozy, cleanliness almost perfect but compare to what we pay, it is considered expensive, 1.8mills for only two bedroom, no international tv channel, no breakfast , located far from lobby, restaurant, and swimming pool , we have to go a bit far to enjoy the resort facilities we have also look around , the unit sahara kind of silly, with parking view only, the Cherokee tent is really not kids friendly, and very unsafe, sits on a cliff, there's nothing you can do there,

Grand Gladiator no. 5 has gorgeous view”

- Stayed at grand gladiator room no. 5, It has a cozy sofa facing the mountain and rice fields, absolute beauty. - nice and clean spacey room. A bit private cos each room has distance to other room. - fun jeep activity, great experience even for children. - cool playpark, unfortunately too far for walk distance from our room. - a bit difficult to contact room service, no phone in the room. - resort distance from puncak main road about 6km, so prepare your food and drinks. - only one pool, at main lobby which is far from any room. - playpark only in front of wooden villa, Far from other villa room type too. - no laundry bag. Please add another facility so we can use our stay maximally. Please make the service more convenient. Over all We enjoyed our stay at JSI
