Booked it because of the excellent reviews! And i got a better room because my husband likes to stay indoors. I would say it was intelligently and creatively designed. Great reception, there was a computer I could use- and that helped because my laptop died on me. Since there wasn’t anyone using it, I could work on it for sometime. The cleaning staff did a good job. Special thanks to Cathy for a very personalized BD card! My room requests - quiet was granted. Thanks! Even though I could still hear the cars on the street, it was not on the side of the main road but on a side street. 4 bottles of water - yes! Loved that! Got super hard pillows and i had to ask twice before two softer pillows arrived at our room. All in all - i highly recommend this place. Breakfast was ok - i just couldn’t eat a lot of things due to dietary restrictions. Well managed breakfast on the reception - 5th floor. And. Right behind 7-11 was a treat.

Very impressive property - perfect place to stay in Taiwan”
Just Sleep Ximending was a fantastic place to stay in Taiwan. It's location is amazing — steps away from the metro and a convenience store, and about two blocks from the Ximending night market. The room was amazing — recently redone, very hip yet comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was quite comfortable, too, and, best of all, the sheets were not tucked in — just folded — which was so nice for someone like me (like all of us?) who spends the first two minutes in bed kicking out the sheets. Additionally, the free breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the free laundry was a very welcome touch. The staff was also kind and spoke great English. I would move into this property if I could!

It’s our 2nd time here in this quirky boutique hotel, and we give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • Rooms are relatively HUGE, we have 3 XL luggages and my kid can still run around • Good price • They paid so much attention to details and comfort, you gotta check out their water bottle design! There's also a hotpot buffet restaurant just next to the hotel if you need somewhere to kill time on the last day, before an afternoon flight! The hotel offers free weighing service and if you forget to bring an adaptor, you can get one from the hotel concierge free of charge. I love the buffet breakfast and the menu changes daily so you don't have to worry about eating the same dishes everyday. In the evening, the buffet breakfast space turns into a lounge where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. As for the rooms, I like it that the toilet is separate from the shower and the sink so waiting time is reduced. The double bedrooms are quite small but it's cosy enough. The triple bedroom is very spacious in comparison and you can enjoy a view of Ximending from the room!

We've been to Taipei for 4 times. 2 times with children. This is the most outstanding hotel we've been to so far. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast has good variety. Has a comfortable lobby to relax at after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. And most importantly the staffs are outstanding. Friendly and courteous. Great work Just Sleep Ximending. You've made us feel at home for the 7 days of stay we were here.

A modern clean hotel ”
The front desk people were so helpful friendly and warm. Service was very quick when they had to go to our room to fix something. The family room was just right for us. The daily breakfast had a lot of choices and the main spread varied for the 3 days we were there. It’s a 10 minute walk to/from the airport MTR station A1, Also it’s just across the shops and food shops of the Ximending area. 7-11 is just beside the lobby.

Highly recommended! Although room configuration is different from the usual hotel rooms, it made a lot of difference, time-wise. One can be taking a shower at the same time that tge other person is washing her hand or doing her thing😊 we really appreciated the room lay out. While the hotel provided sachets of coffee and tea in each room, there is a 24-hour free snacks/brewed coffee/ tea/fruits on the 7th floor! And there’s free DIY laundry, too (even the soap is free)! Staff is very helpful and always smiling! They also speak good English. Location is very good, a few meters away away from the Ximending area. (Which p will give you some peace and quiet as Ximending can be very boost) And Ximen Station is just a 3-5 minute walk. There’s a 7-11 connected to the lobby😊

We stayed this hotel for two nights and we're about 10 ppl. Their service was nice and the reason that I gave this hotel 5 stars was the location. It was really close to the main street of Ximending. We could go easily to the main street by walk like 5 min? We mostly used Uber but it looked convenient even if you need to use any kind of public transportations. There were a lot of massage shops and restaurants around the hotel and also there's convenience store downstairs on the 1 floor. The interior was modern and there're lots of cute details :) I definitely recommend this hotel!

Super clean room and it is so convenient, the airport transfer is just "in-front" of the hotel (about 7 mins walk with no slope/steps). We could just check in there then take the train to the airport. Save the trouble of having to carry all our luggages to the airport. Breakfast was fantastic as well.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The room was fantastic with a bench on one side and a small dinette. The location was great, just across from busy ximending market but quiet and far from the busy and madding crowd I am just being picky but here are some little cons for me for this hotel 1. Bathroom facilities were not integrated in one room. meaning there were two separate rooms - one for shower area, one for toilet and the sink is outside. One has to step out of the shower into the cold room to use the sink, or go to the other stall use the toilet and vice versa 2. Exit 6 . It is quite a walk to get to the train about 10 mins (150 meters?) Plus from the train back to street level involved walking up a flight of stairs around 40 or more steps. The other exit 6 entrance has an escalator going down the station and up to the street level . this could be quite Disadvantage for those with luggage or the elderly or those with walking difficulty

The rooms are quite small even though I have booked a family room. However, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is not much but it is delicious. This hotel is located on a private building which they are located from 5th floor onwards. You have to move the luggage by yourself to the 5th floor by lift. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.
