Dated rooms and facilities but nice rustic surrounding”

Facilities are old and not well maintained. Seemed to have seen better days. Nice rustic surrounding for stroll. Breakfast is simple - salad, eggs, staple, fruits - but adequate. Town center and eateries are conveniently at a short drive away.

Place is rather deep in the woods, must be accessible by car. Otherwise if taxi or Grab I think it’ll be costly. The host is very friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast is very good comes cook and serve when you’re there for breakfast. Bungalow house is good as well clean and spacious. Only the bed is a little hard but still comfy.

Room in. Large estate”

The rooms are very dated, beds hard but clean, toilet has cockroaches. We requested for a water kettle and it came really fast. No food after 6pm if not ordered in advance. But the house is located in a grand estate on a hill, which grants beautiful views if you talk a walk and over breakfast at the restaurant. Good enough for one night.

A little worn around the edges”

This hotel is situated in a quiet location just a few minutes’ drive from the main road. We had a large, spacious cabin which was comfortable, but would benefit from refurbishment. Breakfast is the only meal provided and it was adequate, Despite the rather tired decor, I’d consider staying there again on account of the location.

Resort is abit dated already but still a nice place to stay”

We stayed at Family Villa 1. The resort gives a very dated feel but it was sufficient for a family of our size. There were 2 queen sized beds which were also decent enough and comfortable to sleep in. I had a very good night's rest compared to previous hotel which we cancelled 1 night and booked here.

Not recommended ”

The location are far away from roadside which hidden need drive about 5min to reach destination from main road.. not recommended unless self drive because there are no any shop near by, thus better from needs from convenience shop before check in... the room is old but clean enough... breakfast have limited quantity and served cold~ not recommended unless you are looking to stay in nature way

SUCH A GREAT PLACE AND NICE SERVICE !!!”

Really appreciate for service the host was really nice they both was owner directly taking care of us. We came around 13.00 pm and I was really hungry Aunt host doesn't had any food but she still trying to find some bread for me to have and before we got back to bkk we got accident so we have to put our motorcycle at police station and the host came to pick us up on front of resort soi and have a really nice hot serve breakfast. FOR SURE NEXT TIME WE WOULD BE BACK AGAIN when we come to Khao kho . PS. THE RESORT WAS SO PRIVATE AND GREAT ENVIRONMENT SUGGEST FOR WHO LIKE A QUIET PLACE ,

Staff were super friendly to help us in our requests (washing of our clothes, getting utensils late at night, request for plug of charger etc). Location is slightly far inside but still manageable if driving. Overall a good experience!

A natural & quiet environment ”

We called the host and checked in late at midnight and the staff was still willing to serve us. Need to self driving to the valley because there is distance from main road. The host and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The host is also caring and helpful. We stayed two days there and enjoyed the simply but warmth breakfast at the valley.

Terrible stays”

Spider web is around the ceiling, bugs found on bed, floor is dirty, entire place is very run down.
