The room was nice. I was worried about the noise from the street but once a large group left, the street was quiet. There is a small gap under the door so the hallway sound comes in. I put a towel to block it and it helped. The beds are nice for Taiwan but hard if you are use to North American style hotels. The breakfast that came with it was good with lots of selections even for vegetarians. The desk had a person available with good English ability.

All staffs are very polite and enthusiastically helping guest. I encountered a trouble when the confirmed local trip appointment from klook didn't come to hotel to pickup. I was very overwhelmed and felt helpless since my sim card was only for mobile data usage but not for voice call. I was not able to contact klook customer service. At that time, i tried to get help from hotel help desk. They was very enthusiastic in helping me to overcome this trouble.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Close to train station: 10 to 15 minute walk Has free bicycles for 2 hours. Close enough to eateries. Not at centre of town though, but not a problem.

We booked a four person bedroom with 2 queen size beds. The room was very spacious and clean. The toilet is clean and it is equipped with a toilet seat with a warmer, definitely a plus advantage during winter! This hotel is also only 6-8 minutes walk from the Hualien railway station. The free breakfast provided was very sumptuous with many local delights! Overall, our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Will definitely book this place again if we come back to Hualien again next time!

We stayed at this hotel in June 2019. The booking through Agoda was not processed properly, but the front desk staff were very friendly, courteous, and made efforts to help resolve this issue. They also offered us a free upgrade given the hurtles that we experienced during the check-in. This hotel offers bikes to be rented for free, exercise room with weight training, ping pong table, etc. The breakfast is decent and the services received is beyond the expenses paid. Our family had a great time at this hotel

You can easily walk from the station. Around the hotel is quiet and looks safe. There are not many restaurants around the hotel. But recommended.

I like staying in this hotel, the room was spacious and clean. It is near the TRA Sta only 10 minutes walk distance. The hotel has two building, we took breakfast in the opposite building. I like having breakfast here, the hotel provided fresh orange. The orange is really sweet, the food also good. Overall, great experience staying here.

This hotel is located about a 6mins walk from the Hualian TRA station. Just open up your google map, and it will be very straightforward to reach to this hotel. One thing that wow me was the room of the size. It was very big. But there were 2 "no"s for me: 1. the room soundproof was poor (can easily hear noise from the outsider and/or corridors; 2. you can easily smell people smoking from other rooms. Overall I will say this is a good hotel. But if there are other choices, maybe it will be okay to give it a look as well.

Was booked for economic twins without breakfast. Paid below $50, suprisingly we got twin room that comes with 2 queen beds instead of single bed. The room very big and comfortable, the bathroom also big and clean. Only that aircon a bit too cold at night due to centralize aircon we cant adjust the temperature. A room not soundproof becoz there a gap below the door when it closed, but the area is very quite so no crowd and no car sound passing by. Expect the sound from the other guest staying in the same floor. Other than that the night is very quiet and you can sleep well peacefully.

Nice location- a few mins walk from hualien station with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Facilities are simple but clean. They would even prepare a breakfast box for you on day of run. Would totally book again for next run!

We got to the hostel very late at night and were greeted by a really friendly person who spoke great English. The breakfast at the cafe is good and really convenient. Value for money is good. Nothing special, but great for the city and when you want to be central. We walked from the station and had no trouble finding it late. Great facilities for backpackers. Highly recommended.

Staff shall improve on transportation knowledge for attractions”
As a solo traveler, I asked them for a suggestion to go to the attractions, their answer is always Taxi and Taxi. But after I went to the Tourist Information Centre, they told me to take 301 bus from the bus stop in front of the Tourist Centre at Hualien Train Station to go to attractions like Dongdamen Night Market and also Starbucks with Container design. Also, you may rent a bicycle or electrical motorcycle (no license needed.) Hope these help the others!
