Unclean. Overpriced. ”
The only thing good I can say is that the front desk agent who checked us in was really nice. The location is great too but it stops there. First I had no tv access in the master bedroom. Secondly, when I finally had someone to look into it the next day, they said that the cable company would be out to fix it that day or the next. He never showed on any day. Third, getting ready to take a shower there was hair in the shower with used soap. It didn’t stop there. We got take out and forgot utensils. While searching for utensils and in the attempt to sanitize them, they had green residue on them. I will never return to this room and maybe the property all together. I will never recommend it and I wanted to overlook some things that may have gone unnoticed but goodness gracious.

Trip ”
Had trouble checking in because Agoda had not sent my payment to the hotel. I had my conformation saying paid in full but the lady at the desk had me call Agoda and have them call the hotel and send the money before she would check me in. This took an hour and was very frustrating after my long drive. I felt like she should have worked this out with you since I had my conformation with me . The room was less than satisfactory and on the twenty second floor. I will not reserve another room unless I know exactly what I am getting. Not pleased at all.

The room had a great view, I think the rooms need a bit of updating along with the kitchen, 1 out of 4 burners worked on the stove, rugs need cleaning, room could have been cleaner the rest of the fac”
Staff at the front desk was great and so was everyone we met. The parking garage was far to walk whenever you needed to go out, but it was understandable why it was there, so it was okay and clean.

Great location, Terrible check-in”
Location is good. Maintenance staff excellent! Condo was nice. Front desk check-in was terrible. We had a late check-in, 12:30am. Line was long and slow. There was one attendent who was rude with a heavy accent/hard to understand, and the one who checked me in kept doing other things while checking me in - answering the phone, calling maintenance for a guest, etc. I watched the rude attendent check in 3 guests while I waited for my attendent to finish my check-in. It was a bad experience. There was another instance where we had a question about beach towels. We waited in the check-in line to ask, but then the rude attendant came out. So, I stepped out of line and said, "May I ask you a quick question?" She just dismissed me, saying, "I must finish this". Rude again. My question was a quick yes or no. Other than the check-in process, and the slow elevators, we had a good stay, but I'll be looking into another place for our next visit. Check-in sets the tone, and to not have friendly, quick, courteous staff, especially at 12:30am after a 6 hour drive there, was very off-putting

Great hotel but do not book through agoda...”
The hotel was great! We book through Agoda... they never told us about an additional cost we would have to pay for clean up... $167.00( none refundable). Also it took 2 and a half hours to check in due to agoda never sending over our reservation. We paid agoda in full for our entire stay on May 8th for arriving on May 19th. Very frustrating!!

Was a great stay !”
Our stay at the Majestic was simply surpurb! It made for our great mini-vacation in Panama City. I was very impressed with everything- especially the gym, which a professional sports team would be proud of. The staff was great and the security people were on spot and did a thorough job. I just loved our stay and am looking forward to coming back!

Majestic Beach Resort was the BEST!!!! I love the location, and I felt complete safe in the facility. We had a oceanview room...BEST VEIW EVER!!!!

Dissatisfaction”
when we walked into our room to find hair in hallway and dryer lint balls along the hallway,toilet plunger leaning against bathroom wall with bits of toilet paper clinging to plunger, and mold on shower curtain. we'd like to be compensated for the disgusting filth we found in our room.

couldn't find my reservation & told me it wasn't there fault or problem, that i had to call & fix the problem. they where ruid and not helpul.

Not good. The elevator was extremely slow and it was noisy and inconvenient. Workers were rude and unhelpful.

Disappointment”
Upon check-in, I was advised to pay extra fees that were not expected. The staff did not care that my booking agent did not advise that the extras would accompany my check in. There were many vacancies in the area, we could have chosen to go elsewhere. The room was not good. The bed was HORRIBLE. I had to sleep in a hole in the mattress, very uncomfortable. There was no where to put your suitcase except on the floor and the only sitting options were the table chairs or the bed (unless you go outside). The furniture was worn and not in good shape. The linens seemed to be from the 1970's and the thread count on the sheet seemed to be less than 100, like sandpaper. We did not have enough towels and the bathroom extras were cheap and "skimpy". The table on the balcony was broken so I was afraid to put anything on it. The outside furniture was not comfortable. I did like the ability to rent free movies and the security was good. We would not return to this facility.

Lieber nicht wieder”
Leider unschön, beim Einchecken wird eine Sondergebühr von (welche mir nicht mitgeteilt wurde) erhoben, wofür man erst auf Nachfrage eine Rechnung erhält. Diese Gebühr schließt eine Möbelversicherung und Zimmerreinigung ein. Hierfür war das Zimmer doch erheblich schmutzig. Teppiche waren nicht gesaugt und Haare von vorherigen Bsitzern zu finden. Die Einrichtung war schlicht und einfach. Das Einzig gute an dem Zimmer war der Balkon zur Strandseite. Das Internet über W-LAN war relativ langsam. Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis war nicht angemessen.
