Dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
We arrived early hours in the morning, so we didnt check the room. Next day it shocked us both. To find TOE NAILS clippings at the side of the BED! The dirty under the bed, food, crisps, sweet papers dust it had not been vacuumed for a long time!!!!!! You could write your name with the dust on the table. The bathroom sink had lots of dirty cracks. Towels were grey & stained. Then to top all of this there was a constant bagging and we couldn't sleep with tap tapping! We asked to be moved to another room. But they could not as the hotel was full. When they change the bed 2 days later the duvet cover had stains on. Over all i would like to be refunded for the 3 days of staying there in a dirty room. Do not spend your money on this hotel & other guest had similar complaints! Very disappointing. And we go to Limerick twice a year i would never book this hotel again. The streets are cleaner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pool was a bonus, affordable ”
The rooms were of a good size, but it took forever to walk through the corridors opening and shutting fire doors to reach them, especially on my own, wheeling two suitcases. It didn't help that on the second night of my stay the fire alarm went off just after 5am we evacuated only to hear from another guest that it was a false alarm. No word from hotel employees to say return to my room or an explanation, etc... My shower didn't work, nor my toilet flush and the night manager tried 2phones before the connection worked in my room. Quality control before the room was occupied? This was after I requested a room change because my allocated room reeked of smoke - and it was meant to be a non smoking room! The room rate was discounted and this made it good value, but if I had been paying full price I would have been very dissatisfied!

Great service hotel”
Stayed a week with spouse and friends. Good restaurant and nice bar. Met some great people. Rooms were large and comfortable. I would recommedn to any travellign to Limerick. Only 5-10 minutes to the docklands by taxi.
