Location was great

Our room was not ready until 5pm and there was no early check in

The condo layout was great for families. Common areas separate from bedrooms. Lots of room. Loved having the whole floor.

One of the balcony doors was impossible to open. One hot water tank for all the bedrooms, so no hot water when people were showering at the same time. Amenities say that there is WiFi, but that’s a lie. The WiFi available was the public WiFi set up for the whole condo and there was NEVER any signal. Especially because anyone on the beach could use it since it was not password protected. This was VERY frustrating since two of us need to do a little work remotely this week. Ike’s rentals used the condo boardwalk for beach access and set up the banana boat and parasailing queues at the end of boardwalk. Ike’s rentals refused to rent any beach chairs to us in front of the condo except for the big wooden chairs, which they wouldn’t move. People from other condos could rent chairs from Ike’s and would sit between the wooden chairs and the water. We paid a LOT of money to be restricted that way and were told it was due agreement between condo and Ike’s. There were only two parking places available, which was hard when we had three vehicles. The third car parking option offered was the Vacasa office parking lot, miles from the condo. Not a tenable solution.
