Good accommodation but bit higher on price”
Pros: this hotel is located at centre of madikeri. Room is cleanly maintained. Car parking is available. I saw only one hotel staff during my 2night stays. He is courteous & helped us in choosing the places to visit based on their accessibility. Cons:: no lift, need to carry the luggage yourself over stair case. common area is not maintained well. Bit higher on price> 3k per night.

Not good. Don't stay here. Look for better accommodation”
We booked our stay at this hotel for 2nights 3 days. Hotel room looks clean at first glance. Room and bathroom looks clean. Hot water is available. Rooms are spacious as well. However, there is a strange stinking smell inside the room. Upon close observation, we understood that the stench is emanating from the bed/pillow/blankets. It seems the bedding has not been visiting the laundry for quite some time. The staff is in complete denial and emphasized that the room has been freshly cleaned. Room amenities as per the website mentions bathrobes and toiletries. Bathrobes were not provided. Among toiletries only a soap bar was provided, that also only after we asked for it. Closet was provided, but no clothes hanger. Also there is no point in keeping a TV in the room if hotel management doesn't subscribe to channels. Also, when asked about breakfast, they said they don't have provision to serve breakfast, although the booking package includes complimentary breakfast during the stay. Behavior of the staff is not appreciable.

Please do not choose this property... below are the reasons • Very old property • No clean • After check-in, the staff was arranging the things ( TV recharge, fan repair, etc) • No Parking • No phone in the room and every time you have to visit the reception for help. • For breakfast, you have to visit another nearby hotel on the 3rd floor. • Totally 0 ratings with my experience.

Rooms were ok against cost . No inhouse resturant .have to order from outside . Its at prime location .ok for 1 night stay but don't expect luxury

Our stay at Coorg”
Check in experience was bad. Reception person was not sure about the booking. Fortunately i had the printout and he had to agree to give us room. We had booked 1 month in advance. Room service poor and staff not cooperative at all. Although room was excellent and was located very near to the market, experience could have been much better if these people had restaurant. You can order food from outside and the delivery people charge extra.
