Великолепный отель за разумную цену”

Отличный, чистый номер. Прекрасная ухоженная территория, два больших бассейна. Отличный ресторан, немного дороговато для Камбоджии, но приемлемо. Отличный выбор блюд на завтрак. Бесплатный шаттл в обе стороны аэропорта, бесплатный шаттл в центр и обратно с 19 до 23 каждый час. Рекомендую всем, кто приедет не только храмы смотреть, но также наслаждаться отдыхом у воды.

Отель в отеле”

На самом деле это несколько вилл в отеле Angkor Palace Resort&Spa, поэтому никто не знает его месторасположения. Соответственно, вся инфраструктура - это инфраструктура отеля Angkor Palace. В отеле понравился только номер (но и стоит он соответственно). Огромные две спальни с отдельными входами каждая, два туалета-ванных-душа и + гостинная а также отличный бассейн примерно 4х3 м. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Хотя нет, с 5 до 7 вечера можно бесплатно выпить в лодже. Завтраки на 2 из 5. С 7 до 8 утра есть реальная возможность не найти свободного столика внутри здания. Сами завтраки крайне не понравились. Это даже не 4 звезды, скорее ближе к 2. Даже если брать дешевый номер за 50-100$, то завтраки все равно могли бы быть гораздо лучше. Обслуживание - есть два вида. Либо менеджер, который говорит по английски и быстро и с улыбкой все решает, либо официант/служащий, который тебя не понимает и на все говорит нет. Чтобы решить вопрос, надо позвать или попросить (если получится) позвать менеджера, который все решит. Это утомляет. Советовать этот отель за эти деньги могу только семье-двум с детьми (свой бассейн)

Отель - супер. Завтраки выше всяких похвал. Бесплатный трансфер в/из аэропорта. Рядом всегда дежурят тук-тукеры. Цены не задраны, как везде.

Райский уголок”

Отличное место для отдыха вдвоем. Все очень понравилось. Потрясающие завтраки, отличный бар у бассейна. Москитов травят вечером перед сном. очень заботливый и дружелюбный персонал.

Nice hotel; good rooms ”

Very nice hotel with large rooms. Really enjoyed our 3 nights there. Swimming pool with swim up bar was nice. Breakfast also good and sufficient. Closely located to center of SR and with tuk tuk only 3 USD.

To much ask room number”

At breakfast. Too much asking room number, like dont believe we stay at that hotel , the supervisor with blue shirt looking us very not friendly , he always ask his staff about our room number. After breakfast we cek out at 10am.. not recomended

Very exceptional 5 stars Hotel”

Really amazing hotel. Has 2 big swimming pools, sauna and steam room, spa, nice garden, room was very big, quiet, very clean, breakfasts had a lot of choices. Staff is very helpful. Had mini van to bring guests to the town and back every evening. Was very nice stay.

Excellent hotel, but two qualms”

Hotel is pristine and very well maintained. At AUD420 for 4 nights it was very good value for money. However, there are two complaints - probably reflective of our stay only: 1. We were woken at 10:40pm by an unexpected doorbell and ignored it. 5 minutes later it happened again and I turned on the do not disturb light outside. 5 minutes after that we got a phone call to our room talking about a toothbrush. We were both Ill and trying to sleep and they had the wrong room. At the full rate of $350 per night that kind of stuff up is totally unacceptable. 2. The hotel wrapped each laundered item in plastic when it was returned to us. In a country embracing consumerism and with a rampant rubbish issue this is totally inconsistent with the messages the hotel pushed about sustainability. Despite these it is a very nice hotel with very courteous staff. It is a 15 minute remork ride to town but at $3 one way who cares. Restaurant food is very nice but a bit exy. I would still recommend.

The most wonderful hotel I have ever set foot in!”

You will think you have died and woken up in someone else's life when you are staying here. We went for a stroll round the gardens after being there for two days and found a full length pool with it's own bar we didn't even know was there. The central pool is lovely with little bridges you can swim under and a bar to swim up to and get a beer. The staff all seem truly pleased to see you from the Hotel Manager to the gardeners and cleaners.

Palace, yes definitely ”

Nice pool X 2. One with slide & playground, second pool 35m long-infinity. Spacious rooms. Wonderful resort feel in a city bit further from famous Pub Street, but hey Tuk Tuk cost only $2 to go there. Breakfast yummy, lots of choices, our fav was KimChi and of course soups And dumplings. Good place to stay and price was alright as I booked through Agoda.

Hotel Stay Was Awesome but Faraway from Pub Street”

The hotel was great with nice ambience, garden, spa and pool. The room was huge and very comfortable. The only drawback is to go to Pubstreet have to take tuk tuk and it cost USD 3 one way. Eventhough there was shuttle service provided by the hotel but it was very inconvinient for the customers. Overall very quiet place and faraway from the bustling city. Another awesome thing is the Spa, we have tried ample in the town but nothing beats this spa. Even though it is pricy but it is worth the penny.

Relaxing spot in Siem Ream!”

This hotel was awesome! The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathroom is luxurious! :) I loved the pool area because it is big, with a pool bar. The entire place is perfect for rest and relaxation :)

Professional hosts & great results”

I would like you to read this whole review. My Family and I took 2 Deluxe Balcony Pool View Rooms and stayed for a week. The deal through Agoda was well worthwhile and great value. When we arrived the first few hours brought a few mistakes and things weren't looking so good BUT I must say that the Resort and its staff bent over backwards to fix everything for us. They were fantastic. A particular mention must go to Mr Pagna and Mr Soly. Two of the most professional managers I have encountered. They accepted responsibility for everything and just simply made it better. We all make mistakes, its how we fix them that counts. We travel a lot and this resort was a welcome oasis. The pools are great, the staff friendly, its very clean, lovely tree and water lined resort style grounds, children friendly, with a small playground, lovely buffet breakfast, fine cuisine in the restaurants, affordable prices, live dolcet tones in the lobby bar of an evening, nightly courtesy bus to town, close location to what you came for but isolated enough to be so peaceful. There are 12 hectares of grounds to walk around and relax in. Sipping a Pina Colada whilst sitting at the main pool's wet bar is a joy too, and it's a long way from the shallow places where children swim and slide. Something for everyone. We intended to stay for 3 nights and ended up there a week. We will be back. Thank you Mr Pagna, Mr Soly and all your professional staff.

Professional and friendly staff, our bedroom was so big and comfy... Buffet breakfast was truly delicious... Very near to some tourist landmarks... Thank you for the warm welcome during our entire stay... We will recommend this hotel to our friends...

Fantastic staff and nice gardens”

We stayed 6 days in this hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. breakfast was good and the restaurant was ok although it be improved. Prices were good for an hotel of this category. We would get back to this hotel if we ever go to Siem Reap again.

the perfect place to relax after a busy day walking around the temples. big pool and a couple of restaurants to choose from. the rooms are very spacious and the staff very attentive. free shuttle service from the airport too

Poor staff”

The hotel is nice. Big swimming pool, big room, the environment inside hotel is super nice. The sadness point is that the staff is not friendly at all. They never smile and when we talk with them, they didn't like happy to respond back to us. Super poor staff.

We were very hot.”

April is the dry and hot season. Temperature 40C+ during the day and 30C even at 7pm. The hotel has air-con in bedrooms, the spa, shops and restaurants but even the air-con seemed ineffective during the day. Be nice to have some cooling system in the common areas especially the lobby as they have lovely singers entertaining guests at night but no one can stay for long in that boiling heat.

I'm disappointed as I wasn't expected to stay at Angkor Palace resort &Spa hotel. The Palace Risedent Villa is just another different name which under the property of Angkor Palace Resort & Spa hotel, you actually stay at Angkor Palace Resort & Spa. One hotel but 2 names on Agoda website to sell more segments, this what I heard from staff. I ordered nonsmoking room from the first but they gave me smoking room and they told me to be patient, the smell will gone away in a little while, but I wasn't agree because I'm allergy with smoking smell and my young 3 kids as well. I can't imagine how impractical of the reservation department is. Anyway I got it changed to other room and we were find.
