Good location and Service ”
I would like to express my gratitude to Ms Amy. Without her help, we would not be able to get to Taipei. She is nice , helpful and professional. The hotel location is good too. There’s a 7-11 just diagonally opposite and walking distance to their Dong Da night market. The room is comfortable and big enough. There is gym and self laundry service allocated at 5th floor. Didn’t have a chance to eat their breakfast as we were rushing back to Taipei.

Location, Staff, Breakfast - all great!”
I stayed for 2 nights in a double room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and spoke English. There are plenty of options for breakfast from local food to Western. The hotel is a 10min taxi ride from Hualien Railway Station. And is located in the middle of the city. Close by are lots of 7-11s, FamilyMarts, places to eat. Highly recommended,

This is a temporary decision of trip to take my family to Hualien, and we are lucky to have a reservation at this hotel. The space in the room is very gor, so there is no sense of oppression. The space of the bathroom is also very generous, and the shower is separated from the bathtub space, especially kid like the big bathtub. The light inside the house is very good, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The free self-service laundry room and children's playroom are the most noteworthy features of this hotel. It is important to note that the entrance of the hotel is located on the usual two-lane street, so guests who drive a large vehicle may have parking problems (the parking lot is behind the hotel). But it is worth recommending this hotel (I hope to stay at this hotel for a longer time on our next trip)

Hotel transfer from/to train station MUST be arranged one day in advance. I paid NTD150 for one way. Breakfast is good. Nice pantry area. Lobby is big with many sitting area. Free laundry service. Notice day staff not as friendly as those on night duty. Ms Cherry is especially friendly and helpful. Hotel can arrange a scooter for rent at 400/day. Convenient.

The room is spacious with classy, modern design. The bathroom is big and there is a long table to put our toiletries. Staff is friendly and helpful. Typical hotel breakfast, taste not bad. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available, just nice for us when we were wondering to clean the hassle. Thumbs up!

Excellent location just a stone's throw away from the city's busy golden triangle for food and shopping and also from the Dongdamen night market street. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean with ample facilities to make our stay very comfortable.

Walking distance to the Dongamen night market (15 mins) but longer to/from Haulien Train Station (1/2 hr). Confusing intersections but we worked it out after staying 2 nights. The night that it drizzled, the staff lent us an umbrella to walk to the night market, which was nice. Fine as a short stay base to be picked up for day tour to the Taroko National Park and the gorge. Not many eateries around the hotel, that's why only 3 stars. Be careful of traffic hazards when walking along shops and "pavements" if you decide to walk to/from hotel from the train station.

Pros : Excellent Hotel we would say is the best hotel, we have stayed throughout our Taiwan trip. as we have been swopping hotels throughout our vacations From Taipei > Kaoshiung > Hualien > Back to Taipei for our final stay before flying back to Singapore. In total we have stayed 4 hotels and we did a benchmark for all our hotel. We would rate Park City Hotel as #1 for Room Comfortness and amenities provided for all our hotels we have stayed. The staff in the hotel are all welcoming and friendly to us. Overall we just felt that the hotel needs to improve on the breakfast buffet offering, we felt it does not match other hotel standards. Such as the lack of "Western foods in breakfast buffet" Example "Western fried rice, fried eggs,omelette Smoke Sausage, Waffles, Hotcakes"

Very friendly and helpful staff and clean and very quiet hotel. ”
Hotel is situated at the fringe of night market triangle of Hualien which is within walking distance. We had a great stay as we found the staff extremely helpful. The room itself was clean and functional. The hotel also have free laundromat in the building.
