The place was clean and had enough space. It's also kid friendly because the place has its own garden and not just right in front of the road. There's lots of space for parking too.

the place kinda remind me of John Hay with its building color and lot of open spaces, lot of parking space. our request to have all single beds were ready when we went there. for improvement - taxi sign when you want to go out. a lot of taxi comes by but mostly with passenger already. another thing also, is the echo in the de luxe rooms, since i think there are 5 rooms available, when fully occupied the echo is heard in other rooms or when you talk in the hallway overall it was a great experience in this hotel

If you are looking for an accommodation to sleep for a night and go around the city in the day, we can recommend you this place. Location is very good when you are going around Burnham Park and going up to La Trinidad. It has a secured parking space inside its own compounded cottages. There was also a place to have a bonfire party for big groups. Although, the exhaust fan of our bathroom was a bit loud, no towels included in the room. Breakfast is at 7am. Price is reasonable for its facilities. Bathroom has a water heater which you need to decipher how to use but the important thing is it has hot water! No handheld bidet spray so old-school Pail and Dipper for us. Beddings are enough for us to stay warm over the night. It smelled clean and washed as I always smell the bedding in the hotels we stay in when we travel.

Don't expect this place to be modern, but, it's positive though! Staying here is simple, just good - old Baguio. With good food and good customer service too!

Choose the new building”

Never ever book in the old building. It’s worst. It’s dilapidated, the sheets and the towels are old and worn out. You still have to take the stairs to go down to reach that room you never imagined. In think it’s F3. Devoid of the basics such as spoon, fork, knife, glasses and no water heater for coffee. You would also the footsteps of the guests upstairs who arrived in the wee hours of the morning. It was really disgusting! Good thing on our 2nd night, we were transferred to the new building, because I complained. that’s where we experienced a little comfort. Their staff is accommodating. But still in the new building, you would only find a tray with coffee cups, nothing more and there’s no ref also. I would rather scout for some hotels nearby.

Acceptable place for budget-friendly stays!”

Since the price for the property is low, don't expect much from the place. The rooms were satisfactory, but I'd advise guests to bring their own pillows and blankets. They change the sheets before guests arrive, but I personally feel more comfortable using my own things. The bathroom had a heater, but the floor tiles weren't really clean, so I would still wear slippers when walking around the entire room. The room was actually very spacious. I do appreciate the staff, though. They were friendly naman and willing to lend us the internet at the reception area. Btw, the signal in the area is quite bad, so prepare your devices or whatever pocket wifi you use. The only place that the wifi reaches is the reception, so if you have anything urgent (e.g. meeting, project, etc.), I'd advise you to go to the front desk to ask for their wifi password. One more thing, the place has limited parking, but it's very near Burnham Park and the night market.

Upon arrival, there is no bottled water available in the room (meaning, we need to purchase). After that, we need to pay for 10php which the staff can't give us a reason why. The shower heater is not working properly. Also, I don't think the towels were cleaned properly.

They were very accommodating with our reasonable requests. They are also able to provide prompt response to our questions. My family loves the place because it is closer to nearby attractions, it has clean rooms, and with huge pine trees surrounding the hotel.
