Excellent Service”
The place is perfect for short vacations, comparatively close to Cairo (1.5 hrs). The room was OK with a very nice view of the sea. The food was great. But what made everything more perfect was the STAFF, quite helpful - attentive - professional especially Ms. A. Saber at the reception. Definitely will come back sometime later.

Alright- Would not revisit ”
The resort has a nice location: close to the beach. However, you have to cross a bridge to get there. This is nto an issue, but if you're room is located at the opposite side of the hotel, it might be better to request a room closer to bridge (especially for elders.) Some of the rooms are a long walk from the elevator, so it can be tiring for some to get to the beach. Another point to make is that when we booked on Agoda, free WiFi was one of the factors included. When we arrived to the resort, the staff denied this and said it was not free, but only 'available' for 40EGP per hour per person. After showing the staff members that it says free online, they chose to give us 1 hour of free WiFi for one person (out of three people.) Below the resort are plenty of coffee shops that play loud music late into the night, so be aware of that. Lastly, the rooms are very spacious, the bathtub quite dirty, the water cold, and the lighting very dim. If you like to read, keep that in mind.

منذ اليوم الاول ورفض المتواجد علي البوابه ادخال السياره التي تقلنا الا بمصاريف زياده رغم علمه اني مقيمه بالفندق وثاني امر علي الباب الخاص بالفندق توجد بوابه اخذ شنطه اللاب الخاص بي واوقعها تعمد علي الجهاز وانا اليح له خذا لاب توب انا بخرجه بعدها تفهم ولكن جهازى قد خرب ثم كل ليله لا يوجد مياه من الفجر وهذا فندق النظافه ما ارسلولي عامل التنظيف غير اول يوم وعندما افتعلت شكوي ارسلوه في اليوم الذي قررت فيه ان لا اكمل اجازتي هناك كل تعاملتهم ماديه اكتر من ارضاء العميل ولا يصلحون لاستقبال احد ولا يستحق غير انه يكون 2.1ليس إلا
