Из минусов - комната на 3 этаже, окно выходило в стену соеднего дома, комната маленькая, санузел тоже совсем небольшой, иногда через окно проникали запахи дыма и горелого масла, что было не приятно. Но по такой цене в этом районе гостиниц почти нет, так что для 1-2 дней в Пномпене вполне сносно.

great small hotel ”

It is a small hotel where most of the staff did not speak english, however there are one staff that can speak perfect and he help us a lot. The hotel is beside a restaurant that did not look very clean at the outside. However the room is very clean and spacious. The hotel is near to bus stop and tourist location where we can walk to almost everywhere we want to go.

old style guesthouse”

very near to night market and bus station. air conditioning cannot function well, feel hot. a place just refresh yourself before going to other cities. very old guesthouse.. in my opinion need some maintenance..

Fine for a night”

We basically just needed a place to sleep for one night before taking the bus. Excellent location if you are looking for the night market and it was a close walk to Giant Ibis Bus which is what we used. (They are an awesome company by the way!) Hotel was fine, staff was fine, you definitely get what you pay for. Not the cleanest place but again was totally fine for a night.

Just NO”

No more and better no I arrived to check in in the afternoon, the electrify was off until 9pm was really disappointed. They are hotel should have spare electricity. The hotel the room everything is stressful so one word NO

Great value and location near transport”

Despite the mix of negative reviews, I thought this hotel was a great value. Big rooms. Comfy beds. Bathrooms that worked. Efficient staff. Location is fantastic for Giant Ibis bus and close to the river. Definitely not a 3 star hotel, but a nice value. Will definitely stay again.

Nice stay ”

We opted for a fan, but the room was so small that we needed air con. The bathroom was also tiny! Stairs aren't the greatest but You can get up and down them. But don't let this all put you off because the staff are so friendly, loveliest we've had so far. Free water everyday. The room was cleaned. Location was brilliant. Would stay here again.

Friendly and clean but a little hard to find”

It took me awhile to find this hotel even with the help of tuk-tuk drivers. Once I did it was a pleasant stay. Although a bit funky, low ceilings and slanted stairs. It was a good hotel and close to the National Museum, Wat Phnom and other visitor attractions. The restaurant was not bad but I highly recommend Kabbas near the National museum

Clean, friendly staffs and convinient location”

It was a pleasant stay and worth for the money paid. The room is cool although it is only equiped with fan. Just nice for 1 to 2 persons - only a twin bed and a small coffee table in the room. Attached bathroom, very old but clean. The location is convinient - very easy access to local food, restaurants and bars. Walking distance to most of the spots e.g. Central Market, Old Market, Night Market, Riverfront, the Royal Palace etc. The staffs are friendly and helpful. No problem to communicate with simple English.

Cheap and cheerful”

we really needed some laundry done that night and the staff were so helpful and got it back to us in 2 hours. The stairs getting up to the rooms aren't for the faint hearted but the rooms are good value for the price

Good location, quiet room, but low ceiling ”

we booked triple room, so the room was spacious with three bed , clean, comfortable mattresses and sheets; but too low ceiling even our small asian body sometimes was hit by the ceiling; too small and tightfull bathroom, we recommend to book double beds room must be better.

Haven't got a clue”

Did'nt enjoy my stay here really at all. The staff weren't friendly at all and the room was grimy. The air con in my room was faulty and one of the sockets was hang off the wall. The food was average at best and getting in at night wasn't always so easy. Not a great stay altogether.

keep your expectations low... very low”

I stayed here just for a night due to its close proximity to the bus station. The room has a toilet which is way too small and doesn't have its top covered. The room is also filthy. The staff are friendly and the food is good. Can't say the same for the room though...

you should stay in this hotel”

The room is comfortable but he internet inside the room is not good. It is pretty close to the night market and central market, where you can find cheap food. The food of the hotel is delicious and the price is ok. The staff is lovely they always try to help you and do their best but just 2 of 5 employees speak english.

Never Stay at This Hotel”

i dont mind if they didnt change the bed Sheet i dont mind if the height of plafon in the room is only 2 meter but if the staff is very - very Rude when we're goin to leave to the airport in the early morning (around 4 a clock) and waitin for our tuk tuk driver they just shoo us and lock the hotel imeadiately and leave us outside, while it's rainin heavily outside we try to ask for help to find the tuk - tuk driver, but we dont get that friendlines, we only get the rudeness of the staf, well, i will not recomend this hotel for anyone

Good value, great location”

Enjoyable stay. For 10 dollars a night, it's about what you'd expect. Bed is comfortable, fan is more than effective. Bathroom is dingy but shower is good enough. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help.

location is very good”

this guesthouse with very good and convenient location nearby the river ,when we arrived in the morning we got early check in after they clean the room. aircon is good but TV set is too small. what make us most satisfied is the quilt the have.because there's no quilt in other guesthouse. bathroom is a little small.this price is good enough though breakfast is not included. the old women is very friend for all the time. Everything is ok but when we check out the young boy said wait for checking the room before leaving, we first time to face such requirement during 2 months journey. I think we should trust every customers.

Clean, great location, friendly staff”

We had stayed in this guest house a week before and ended up going back for a night as we caught the bus the next day to Ho Chi Minh. This family run guesthouse is in a perfect location with a cafe, they do great fruit juices. The staff are very friendly and have good English. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable.

Great budget stay in Phnom Penh”

Great little coffee shop on the ground floor. Rooms are quite small but great mattress and warm water. Most tuk tuk drivers don't seem to know hotel names in Phnom Penh so make a note of the address before you set off.
