The best staycation during the pandemic ”
I went for holiday with my family during pandemic. We concern a lot about the cleanliness of the hotel and Pullman is the best for implementing the health protocol during the pandemic. Pullman hotel really put the health care protocol on the top of the list. We need to wash our hand and the security checked our temperature before we get in to the lobby. When my family and I arrived at Pullman, the first impression that come up is this is a hidden gem. The lobby was huge and beautifully decorated with Christmas theme. The ambience was so peaceful and gave the tranquility of mind. The receptionist welcomed us with nice gestures, they put on complete mask and gloves. They gave some papers to be filled before checking in. After that we can get the key to our room. This hotel is very big and there are 7 buildings. We stay in the deluxe room on the 7th building. The room is big, very clean and comfortable. I like the spacious dress room and bathroom. The bedroom is very big for 3 of us. The aminities are complete. All rooms have a balcony which I like the most. You can really breath a fresh air with a beautiful mountain view on the balcony. There are 4 big pools with 1 infinity pool with the garden view. This is what I call as "Puncak rasa Bali" beacuse the view and and everything. The most important thing also is the staffs were very nice, friendly and helpful. Whenever we meet the hotel staff, they definitely greet us. I have good experience here at Pullman Vimala Hills. One of the restaurant's staffs, named Selly, was very helpful and friendly. I think all the restaurant's managers, staffs and waiters have the excellent service. The food was good with many choices. And again all the food is served by the chef in the station to maintain the cleanliness and safety. The facilities are great! They have 5 star qualities kid's club. They have games and activities that make us feel so happy and trust me, NO boring at all. Lastly, my family and I have a pleasant stay here

worth every penny 😁 if you like mountain view and sunset, this would be one of the best view (if it's cloudy, you'll still enjoy the mountain view), but ask for room on tower 4 (Dieng), especially the Suite (Corner) room, mine is 4606, they say it is the favorite room, and it's true! you can enjoy the mountain view right from the living room and bedroom! the balcony is very spacious. the room is big n clean, the king bed is very comfy, the living room is awesome, the couch on the balcony is also comfy, I manage to sleep there on the last night using my sleeping bag (because it's windy n cold) while waiting for the moon to set 😁 the food is delicious, except the spaghetti is a bit too sour for my 15th yo daughter, but everything else is great (we ordered nachos, pizza margaritas n meat lovers, fried rice, fettuccine, spaghetti bolognesse) make sure you bring your tripod (and digicam if necessar), and you can take as many pictures and time-lapse video.

I think it's not the Amenities or the place that makes a place stand out.. Its the "staff" that makes it memorable.. And the guys at Pullman group know this fact.. Its no wonder that people keep going back for that personal touch of courtesy by all staff at pullmans.. Amazing courtesy and politeness by the staff.. Starting from the concierge to checking in at the reception (Ms. Putri - Amazingly professional) ) all way until checkout all staff were simply genuine in making your stay very comfortable .. Great Escape from Jakarta”
This is a great and full of fun things resort to escape the madness of Jakarta. The location is just out of the Ciawi Toll before the crazy Puncak traffic. The hotel is new and very big with lots of room. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable with all the necessities needed. The breakfast has variety and the staff is so friendly and helpful especially Mr. Teddy ‘bear’ at the climbing wall. He was so friendly with my children. Every staff that my children interacted while there are so friendly and I really appreciate it. So happy to have stayed at The Pullman Resort Ciawi. Happy children happy parents. There is a Sundanese restaurant that can deliver just a few meters away. And there is also a minimart at the clubhouse just in front of the resort . Definitely will recommend this resort!

Perfect short getaway from polluted Jakarta”
We wanted short escape from Jakarta but didn’t want to travel too far. The hotel is conveniently located in Vimala Hills which can be accessed through back route to Ciawi. So even though the roads to Puncak was closed, we can still get there in less than an hour. The compound is large enough for morning jogs without getting bored of the scenery. The food are really good and they offer multiple dining area so you won’t be stuck with the same buffet all day. They also provide buggy cars if you don’t or can’t walk too far. The suite room was very comfortable, we didn’t need to request extra bed. The only thing that’s not so convenient is that our suite was located right above the playground, so during holidays be ready to hear screaming kids all day

Tranquility at its best”
Even before we arrived the complex is already breathtaking,fresh air and lush gardens give our eyes instant refreshment. The check in process was seamless,the front desk staff mas Kukuh is very polite,attentive and informative. Our stay was amazing, therapedic bed, clean and relaxing bathroom, and the view of mt Salak from our balcony was just superb. The pool was big and equipped with comfy day bed. Breakfast at Damar restaurant was delicious with lots of varieties, the staffs were all very fast responding and maintain the cleanliness of our table. All in all a wonderful stay and definitely will come back.

we love this hotel!!! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff with 2 glass of relaxation juice and all the staff was extremely friendly. We got our request attended, our room is at the highest level with mountain view. The breakfast food in restaurant is superb!! serve varieties of food and the restaurant supervisor, waiter, waitress and all station chef deserves a special thanks. We had three great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. I truly enjoyed walking the two of us through the up & down slope road (from pullman hotel to the vimala hills entrance). The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Will come back for a short holiday again with my big family soon! thank you once a gain. All perfect except the family pool!!!”
All is perfect with this hotels, food is good, the Suite room is good, children activities are abundant. Only 2 complaints: - Family pool is very concerning from safety and health perspective especially kids pool - seems there are no pool regulation, many guest wear full daily wear and not swimsuit into the pool. This seems like mediocre cheap hotel pool, and not very clean from health perspective! - Although I pre-filled the form for room cleaning time, and asked again during check-in by the receptionist..... but somehow staffs forget to clean my room for 3 days! very disappointing.

My room is located on deck 7 foja i think they having unique name for their building. The cleanliness of my cabin is the best view when i enter it, and also i really like my room bcs its centre means u can see the restaurant and pool in front of you they have balcony so for smokers they can use it. For the breakfast you can enjoy by the pool inside or even smoking area its huge restaurant anyway

The hotel was so perfect.. The location also strategic, right on the ciawi exit and enterance highway. There are 2 swimming pools.. The kids club, outdoor playground was very clean and comfy. Spacious bed room with comfortable bed and huge bathtub. They have a very Good view also. Breakfast was great with variety menu. Its worth to try if you never been here before.

If you want to visit puncak and you don't want to deal with the traffic, this is the best place. It's very close to the Ciawi toll gate. The hotel it self is great, very clean, great surrounding. There are 3 swimming pool to choose and the jogging track is surrounding by huge trees. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Very Nice

Big room and very clean. so many facilities to do here so your children will not get bored while staying here... Breakfast is various but limited (pasta corner only provide penne with tomato sauce.. will be better if we can request any kind of pasta we like). The location also good, not too high so we'll not stuck on traffic jam to puncak area. Sure will be back here again sometime.

Tropical "BALI" vibes”
This is our second time staying at Pullman Ciawi during pandemic. Such a perfect place if you are looking for a quite, serene, family friendly and tropical "Bali" vibes. With large rooms, super comfortable beds, 5 different pools, delicious beverages (we suggest you to try their Penang Curry, devine!) and various outdoor activities, there is no room for such a boring staycation indeed. One of the best Resort in Puncak”
First trip with my wife in 2022 to PCVH resort. When we checked in, the receptionist informed us, our room got upgraded to the Villa. When we arrived at the Villa, its so spacious, luxurious, and clean. The breakfast is good, have a lot of option. should booked 2 nights instead of 1 :)

It was our second time stay in Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills and it still our family favourite hotel everytime we have plan to go to Puncak. Their delicious breakfast buffet which we always miss and look forward every time we have chance to be back. They also have the best pools and activity that I believe will entertain kids and adults. Last but not least, a shoutout for their service and all the kind gesture of the hotel staffs who always very thoughtful and helpful to us. Fantastic Hotel, but a bit disappointed with Agoda”
Fantastic hotel, definitely worth every penny. Amazing room and facilities, and great jogging track for run and long walk. Great activity options for kids. The only downside, somehow the booking confirmation from Agoda was somewhat different than the one I thought I input into the search and booked. I search and input for 4 adults and 2 rooms. (2 person bfast per room included) but somehow when I went and checked in, it was only for 1 person per room (total 2 person 2 rooms). So I had to pay extra 1mio rupiah for 2 nights. Still worth the money, but would love to ensure this not going to happen again.

Exceptional!! 2 days 1 night was NOT enough at all. Pullman team really understand that in this time of pandemic we just want to chill and enjoy the hotel to the max. Their range of activities and facilities were so great, my boy (4th) can really made the most of it : the playground, pool, cupcakes decor, ATV, scooter, archery, basketball, VR, billiard, bird show, rabbit feeding, wall climbing!! They also has activities for teens and adult! Very thoughtfull. Would really reccommend and back sometimes soon! We had a great great time!

Had a wonderful experience in here. We spent 2 nights with my family & really had a pleasant stay. The room is clean & cozy. The hotel was great place for staycation, the staff very friendly. Booked 2 rooms.. got connecting one and pool access ( tks for free upgrade 🤭🙏) The hotel itself is very big with lots of activities, cleanliness quite ok, there are ants in the coffee maker but they clean it right away.. rooms are spacious, air conditioner is very good...
