Good location and nice apartment ”
One of the best valued accommodation we had in Kaohsiung. Room is spacious with living areas. The they offered free snacks n drinks at cafe throughout the day and free use of laundry /dryers. We will want to stay again when visit kaohsiung.

Splendid location and Great Value”
Royal Group Hotel Chun Shan Branch is located within San Duo Shopping District, only 5 minutes walking distance from R8 San Duo Shopping District KTR. Just a left turn at the dessert shop in front of Exit 7! There are convenient shops and laundry shops around the hotel too. The hotel provides 24hr of hot drinks and snacks in pantry at level 1 and spacious rooms with two double beds! Suitable for both business and leisure travellers!

Spacious hotel and walking distance”
Location wise it's near exit 7 of Sanduo Shopping station. Walk straight turn left you can see royal hotel. It's grand with all the chandelier. The cleanliness is good. Hotel is very spacious. But those with kids will have to think twice about renting this hotel as most channels mostly have porn in it. Great for couples but bad for those with kids. The breakfast is simple Taiwanese breakfast, but they have a 24hr snack bar consisting of paus, popcorns, tea leaves egg, juices if guests are hungry. The staff is very professional and help us with our destination. The only con is the hotel have lots of steps which makes carrying of luggages tough as we have to lift it up and down whenever we walk the steps. Overall it's a very worthy hotel to stay!

Great hotel with Good service”
Price is reasonable. The washer and the dryer Is free to use. However during my stay, the dryer is spoil, I spend 3-4 hours to dry my clothes but is not dry, informed the staffs immediately, they informed the dryer supplier to come repair the next morning. The service is great though the dryer is spoil. Location is next to the mrt.

Decent hotel ”
Room and toilet are of decent size. Only one lift and it broke down during the morning peak hour. Walking up and down the cramp stairs is no joke, especially when you are pregnant. Breakfast is ok.

Good location but old hotel”
It has good location with not bad breakfast but the hotel is rather old and no self washing facilities .

Good Location”
Just two minutes walked from the mrt station and it is very convenient to move around at this area. Shower area is a bit mouldy but overall it is still okay. Need more hangers for the room as there are only four hangers in the wardrobe for a four person room. Staffs are friendly and nice.

The hotel provided 24 hrs self service ice cream, drinks & hot beverage, pop corn & bun.. overall is satisfied, just the bed sheet a bit dusty which I hope the hotel can improve further.

Hotel with basic amenities.”
Hotel staff was not very helpful. Had an elderly with me and elderly needs to take medicine with food late in the night. Bought some small snacks from bakery and kept in fridge for daily night consumption. Requested to heat up, but hotel is not willing to help and said kitchen is busy? and instead asked me to put it in the steamer located in the breakfast area to heat up. Did as told but another staff came by and mentioned that the steamer is not allowed to put 'personal food' in the steamer? It was only a small bun that i have put in to steam hot. In this aspect, i would have thought hotel could have been more understanding that i have a sick elderly that needs to take medicine after food. Location wise is ok, 7mins walk to a shopping mall but apart from a 7 eleven right downstairs of hotel, there is nothing in the area. Can't complain much for the price paid.

Good facilities and near to train station”
It is near to sanduo mrt station. Around 5 mins walk. Hotel has 24 hours free food and drink at lobby. Very good! But downside is there is nothing much to do around the hotel except that few department stores
