Great. But need precaution to prevent noisy customer.”
Great. Quiet. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love how secluded it is. Staffs are also ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very helpful, very professional, quick, attentive, good listener. But here are some inputs for the hotel: 1. Pls put "Don't be Loud"sign in the hallway preferably with Rp. Millions of penalty cos a lot of Indonesians like to be noisy: shouting and running around making heavy steps through the hallway in front of people's doors. I can hear them having conversation shouting 10 doors away in the hallway. My husband and I got woken up and disturbed few times during the day, esp by people intentionaly open their front door in front of our room for hours talking loudly. I did open the door and glance at the noise makers few times as a polite courtesy, but they (around 5-6 times occurence of loud groups of ppl those 4days 3 nights we stayed) don't have courtesy. I did call the receptionist to handle those loud ppl but they already left by the time the security arrived. 2. As per individual taste and quality of breakfast food is great BUT pls put more protein in the breakfast. BUFFET breakfast only had sweet sour fish and egg as protein (others are really thin skewers of chicken in porridge, soto and fried rice). Cmon. What is that? I thought you are 4 or 5 stars hotel. . Definitely would visit again.

Pleasant Stay”
I stayed for 3 days & 2 nights with my family. We booked 2 rooms; Deluxe Double & Twin, but I booked those promo rooms by Agoda which we could upgrade the room for free, got 25% disc for F&B, 10% of Spa. And that was really a nice deal, since we really stayed in hotel and ordered foods there. And because my account is a VIP, so I got much cheaper rate for the rooms. For the hotel itself, we really enjoyed all of the facilities during our stay. The hotel is so huge, beautiful and the staffs were very helpful & friendly. Fast check in by mba Yunita (if I'm not mistaken?) and mba Melinda in LL One Restaurant was also very helpful to inform that our room got 25% disc while we only got 15% off before, and she transfered back the amount. Then the security was also very friendly and warm, I forgot the name.. Pak Dij.. something. We could park at the lobby not too long because we wanted to take a pic at Zen Deck after checked out. After all I really enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to my friends or other family. Thank you Agoda & Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis! Great jobbb.

Great stay cation with safe health protocol”
It was our family 1st getaway after 100 days stay at home. And Royal Tulip gave us comfort and safe environment with all the health protocol. My staycation was great, all staff is very friendly, the area and the facility are superb : the park, the outdoor playground, the restaurant (LL one and Fire, both have good taste food). So much activity you can do with you family : rent a bike, atv, riding a horse, or just walking in the hotel area. Thank you so much Royal Tulip for the great weekend. We will come back again for sure.

Very Nice Hotel and View”
We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis. Very nice, spacious and clean room with very nice view. Best service! All their staffs are very helpful and polite. They provided us with baby crib and helped me to store my breastmilks at their freezer. Love the wide breakfast menu selections. The park is beautiful and nice pool. Would definitely be back!

Really worth every penny. Esp for family with kids. There are lots of activities to do in hotel, since the location is about 15 minutes away from the main road. And the food they served in LL restaurant is also yum. If you’re travelling with kids, I’d recommend to have dinner in LL restaurant and choose to seat outdoor, they have really great ambience, with lights, and everything. Just prepare for the wind though. It’s a bit chilly outside. The staffs are very attentive, they’ll greet you so politely whenever meeting you and always check if everything doing well or else. The only minus was the water came out from the shower and the tap was not smooth. So it was like popping out and burst out everywhere and became a problem if you’re all dress up for dinner. You’ll get wet all over from head to toe like me.

Unforgettable Experience with Excellent Service”
We stayed for one night in the Executive Deluxe Double Room, it is located in the 6th floor and facing to the mountain therefore the view is spectacular, the room is really clean and quite spacious. After we arrived in our room, we were invited to enjoy Afternoon Tea by Ms.Desi from the Executive Lounge, the lounge is comfortable, the food & tea is delicious and the staffs are really helpful. We spent the night in Fire Grill&Bar, the 21 day dry-aged US rib eye is a must! It goes really well with the complimentary blue cheese sauce and himalayan salt. Thank you to Ms.Selvi for serving us and recommending the dish to us. The breakfast at LL One Restaurant is quite delicious as well. And surprisingly after breakfast, there is a birthday cake in my room. Yes it was my birthday and my wife work together with the staff for it, but I never expect them to know about it so I feel really appreciated. The staffs are very friendly and helpful during our stay, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Getaway from Jakarta”
Very nice view, calm ambience, very good hotel. Nice park, nice pool, there are also outdoor activities, my kids love it. Breakfast was vary and delicious. Room was spacious, clean, and have outstanding view. You can just sit outside and enjoy the view. Restaurant food also great, pizza is very recommended.

It was a perfect place to spend some zen time. The staff are very thoughtful of our needs, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, nothing to complain. It would be much perfect if the curtain are blind and wider to prevent light came inside the room to increase sleeping quality. Apart from that, everything was extraordinary

Clean and Spacious”
The Studio Executive Room was spacious, clean and refreshing as we mostly open the huge glass door towards the terrace. Although we had to wait a bit longer to check-in, the Room comes with a nice touch: a special access to the Executive Lounge for you to enjoy afternoon tea. Basically a nice space with choices of coffee, tea and a plater of delicious snacks. The Hotel has 3 main restaurants which on our visit was mostly busy. But we were lucky to get a nice outdoor breakfast, with some choices we actually enjoyed. If you travel with kids, you'll have many outdoor options: 2 kid pools, outdoor kids area include flying fox, indoor kids area and bicycle rent, and important to note: those facilities are clean, just as the hotels outdoor areas. Cars parking are a bit far, but the walk is fine as the air is cool, they have a transport from lobby to parking, but I mostly didn't catch them. Staff was friendly and fast although it was a packed weekend.

Awesome, cozy, good protocol”
This hotel apply good protocol during PPKM, we have to bring swab antigen max 2x24 hrs from arrival time. We took antigen with cheap price at hotel 75 k/pax only for adult. Would say the best hotel we stay during this last 2 years. We've been travel a lot, eventhough in pandemic situation, we choose hotel.with good protocol. Room really spacious, clean, good service, my 2 daughters each get coupon for horse riding and feeding the rabbits. Swimming pool was empty but excellent, some foreigners with children also using these pool. Restaurant was something special for tacos, burgers & pizza. Lounge was the best ice orange coffee i had they served. Overall this is an amazing hotel, will definetely comeback one day especially not so far from my house in cibubir, using sentul road to avoid PPKM. View was amazing as well. Keep it up.

can say all superb,just some little things My room has a some footprints or handprints on wall below my TV and also on the wall behind my bed. Its just small details but I think its important for 5 stars hotel. And you need to aware of all the road sign to gunung geulis, think of to add more road sign on the way to hotel,because some road were still underwork and rough. Health protocol also good, and they gave us option to choose hill view or garden view,as long as rooms still available

Best Hotel in Bogor area”
The best hotel to stay for staycation, everything is brand new and facilities are endless..best part is the view from room and zen platform, great for memorable IG feeds and adult only swimming pool. Was upgraded to Suite Room which is overlook golf course and wall to wall terrace...great for honeymoon or families too as the room is crazy huge..thanks Royal Tulip for making my stay an unforgettable one..

Great experience”
The staff are friendly, they even let me brought my small dog inside (I dropped him at the concierge for a night). I never found this great service in any other hotel or resort I ever stayed before. The pools are big, if u have kids, they must be love it. The room is big (I stayed on Deluxe Room), also the bathroom. The breakfast also great, they have much food choices and the staff are very helpful.

at first, i thought the place was really far. but not exactly, the place was far because i choose the wrong road from sentul. but actually if u take the road from ciawi is really close. after that when we were at the hotel, it was really amazing. the air, the view, the room is really great. the pools is really fantastic, sorry it was funtastic, my kids really enjoyed it. thank you royal tulip.

The Best Hotel in Puncak”
Our Fav Hotel my son really like this environment, the staff so helpful, we are so enjoying our holiday, fav spot is swimming pool, in the morning we can go to Feedings Rabbit, next playground so interactive activity, next go to out side my son can't wait to Horse Riding, my suggest is booked Studio type more bigger room with Bathtub and nice view from the balcony, next we will come back to stay weekend or long weekend, and also don't worry the staff always wearing mask and Face Shield, keep up the good works, for bfast lovely food with variant from Western and Indonesia food has been there, the staff we will help us for bring the service for food, once again thank you Gunung Geulis and Agoda, Love it!

A memorable stay and excellent services”
This is my second stay stay at Royal Tulip GG. I always sattisfied with the services. All staffs are helpful and Manager On Duty, Pak Dodi, him self assisted me when I in doubt upon check in. Guest Relation Desi helped me to get my room decorated for my son's birthday. Definetely recomended and value for money. Will come again next year.
